Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at The District on Collins
This apartment complex is overrun by rats, roaches, and trash everywhere. The manager Mia is rude and the office never answers the phone. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Listen I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. This place is horrible, from the first day I moved in, the apartment was not clean, I went back to the office to tell them it was still dirty, they had a lady come and clean it, all she did was mop the floor!!! Holes are everywhere in the apartment, mold under the sinks, and roaches are everywhere. The office is terrible when it comes to communication, and maintenance does not fix anything! I’m so happy my lease is up! Avoid this place if possible. If I could share photos of my apartment I would!

Trash everywhere. Water shut off everyday. Office ignores our calls. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. My whole apartments falling apart. Tub paint peeling. Water damage under kitchen sink. Potholes all over the parking lots.

I scheduled a tour and the front office is still closed… an hour after they’re set to open. Not only is there trash everywhere but i can’t even tour the place? after setting an appointment ?
Stay away. Daughter has complained, I have complained, still hot as hell in here
I just moved here and I hate it!! Worse decision ever! The neighborhood is nasty, when I moved in my apartment it wasn’t clean, there’s bugs everywhere, communication with the office is terrible, I wouldn’t give this place no stars. I serious hate that I moved here. The model apartment is nice but it’s nothing compared to what you move into. Trash everywhere, when I let the office know about how nasty my apartment was when I moved in, they had a lady come and clean it but all she did was MOP the floor!!!! Nothing is fixed in the apartment... don’t do it!!
Honestly worst place to stay at, office is completely incompetent. Community grounds are awful, potholes everywhere, water shut off every single day for at least an hour. Gate system literally does not work 99% of the time. Office never and I mean never answer the phone, repair never happens.my heat been broken all winter long. Pest control never comes by but you are charged every single month for it. Honestly is it a way to report them, because at this point it’s ridiculous. Would give negative stars if I could.
I've have lived here for over 5 years. This year I transferred to a renovated apartment and I love it. The staff is very professional. During this time it's been hard for me but the manager always has an open door. Maintenance has always taken care of my issues. When my Ac went out this past weekend maintenance was there to fix it asap. I want to personally thank the staff for all the hard work you do especially in this day in time really is a true blessing to be apart of this great community. Keep up the great work!

I have watched this place improve tremendously. They seem to be very caring in the office and get you right away. The staff is very friendly and kind. I've have lived here for over 3 years and they have got rid of alot of nasty residents that don't seem to care about where they live, which is great for me. It's very close to everything. To each as own but I like it here.
Will NOT fix your ac unit. Takes them 3 1/2 weeks to show up for water leaking from the ceiling. NEVER answer the phone. Will not return your calls. Been here for over a year. New owners but they are more concerned with painting and tearing down the privacy dividers on our porch than actually fixing anything. They have 2 maintenance men for almost 300 units. Electric bill is 400 per month. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
