Property Ratings at The Domain at Ellington
I personally moved her because it seemed great, price was decent, area is not that great. In my first 2 weeks I had problems. When I moved in they made sure to take my months rent but did NOT turn on my how water, all of a sudden they did not have the piece to connect my washer and dryer (so basically it was not ready to ("move in") like she told me. Here am 2 weeks later trying to get them to come out and check my ac and fridge "maintenance" that is a must I have a young child and all his lunch for the week went bad. I can not afford 2 grocery trips... I made 2 request to have it checked. If you are by yourself this is a good starter apartment, not a place to have your family in if they can not maintain the things we pay for month to month.

Worst experience ever! My husband and I have been living for a year in these apartments. We have contacted the leasing office several times that our ac is not working properly. When I called (7/17/19) I spoke to Linda the office manager and informed her we have put in several maintenance orders in and have also called about our apartment being hot. She told me “are you sure it’s hot in there” how unprofessional of her especially for her position. I explained to her how it’s been extremely hot and why would I lie about the ac not cooling properly especially when I have an 8 month old Daughter. She practically called me a liar. The next day (7/18/19) I put in a maintenance request at 6:40AM! No maintenance person arrived till AFTER 2PM! Linda the office manager made sure one of the leasing ladies came with the maintenance guys. Andrea, who came along response was “oh yes it’s hot in here there’s no cold air blowing” the maintenance guy supposedly fixes the ac which is now making a rattling sound and is very annoying not only that but my temperature is reading 78!! When we have it on 70!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Worst place to live, first day moving in and the whole apartment was INVESTED with roaches which they couldn’t do anything about until the next week and even then it hasn’t helped! We have spent our own money to take care of the problem because they won’t. We also moved in with cabinets broken, outlets not working and half the stove not working please do not lease here the apartment in a whole are horrible including the management who aren’t even apologetic for the problems we have to take care that should have already been dealt with

First of all, when we moved in they gave us an apartment with broken stuff in it. They promised the gym was going to be reopened in less than a month (its been more than 5 and counting). They told us the pool was going to be opened starting May 15th, almost 2 months after and we are still waiting (the summer is almost gone). Gates were supposed to be fixed a week after I started my lease, however I am still waiting. It is normal to walk around the buildings and find trash all over the grass, apparently the people they accept does not know how to take care of the place they are living. Overall, bad ecperience. If I would have had time to look for another place I would have chosen differently. And the management does not help at anything, they are only good at giving excuses. P.D. When I asked them about the gym and pool they told me those were amenities which means they are not supposed to give it to us, however they used them to convince us to get the apartment.
