I went in for a tour, and the lady showing us basically was there for a runway. she didn't hold the door open for us and almost slammed it on my toddler and husband. didn't say anything about the pool or other items of the apartment. I just basically walked from the office desk to a model room and told us this is what it looks like and then basically shooed us out. I asked if we could see the 2 bedroom one next, and she said no, but when I talked on the phone, they said it was no issue to see both on the same day. I guess she didn't want to climb the stairs in fear she would ruin her makeup or run out of breath. when I asked for any more information, I was basically met with a blank stare. Definitely find another place to rent this one doesn't help out in any way possible.

I had my neighbor came to my apartment screaming and swearing at my wife when the mangement found out they told me we are not responsible for our tent's safety. I swear they told me that.

We were reluctant at first considering the rent for this place is on the high side. But weighing the cost of utility running if we would have gotten a house and having all the nice ammenities plus the proffessional business center this place offers, i believe we made a winning choice. We make use of all they have to offer and enjoy everything from the coffee, gas grill, gym, pool,massage, and their on staff maintainace crew to help us install this and that. With all that said, we are glad to be living here at the Domain apartments.
Rules for me, rules for others. People next door had a dog, no pet deposit, no sticker on their door. Had a noise complaint at 3am, car broken into, items stolen, management did nothing. Appliances look nice, but no water pressure in the sink or shower. The pool is always cold, and jets in the jacuzzi never work. Gym, free Starbucks, movie room, and computer room are nice. The man in charge of maintenance is the only one who knows what he's doing. The rest of the maintenance crew couldn't fix a sandwich. Location is good as banks, grocery stores, and restaurants are close. It's $1,181 for a one bedroom apartment which is hundreds above the average.

These apartments are nice big and well landscaped. Everyone here is friendly the people in the office are nice the pools stay clean the pools area stay clean these are the best apartments i have ever lived in. They are close to everything and i mean everything this is a nice area to live in. They also have the best schools around. Point blank if you are moving to vegas or you already live here move to the Henderson area to DOMAIN APARTMENTS.
Lindsay, the assistant manager was absolutely fantastic! All of the office staff are. I like how the manager treats me, and how she treats her people. These apartments truly sell themselves. A 24 hour gym, soon to be 24 hour pool with cabanas, firepits, an infinity pool, a Starbucks machine in the lobby/kitchen area, a computer room with 3 state of the apple computers, printer, and brand new Whirlpool appliances, double pained windows, etc. It's like living in a 4 star hotel! I signed a 15 month lease about a month ago! I love it here! This place rocks!
