This is a luxury duplex affordable apartment building with hardwood floors, fire places and your very own rooftop patio within your apartment. The property is well maintained and just two blocks from Metro North station. Parking garage for all tenants and close to schools and shopping areas unlike most buildings, it is pet friendly.
