A great place to live. Thankful for the BEST office staff and maintenance people in Bowling Green. There are so many amenities on grounds, and two dog parks for your doggie friends!!
I am very happy with everything about my drake experience except the front gate being broken all of the time. The ground are kept very nice, the staff are all great, it’s quiet and comfortable here.

We LOVE the Drake!! We knew the Drake would be our home from the second we toured a room. All of the clubhouse staff are so helpful and caring, and the maintenance staff is amazing!!! There are so many great amenities that come with living at the Drake- we never want to leave! The cherry on top is that they do a monthly -sometimes twice a month- event like bringing a food truck to the clubhouse, giving away mums during fall, movie nights by the pool in the summer, or setting up snacks in the clubhouse. We LOVE this place and do not have any plans of leaving any time soon!
Everyone in the office, maintenance, etc. is always so nice and helpful! I love the amount of storage the kitchen has, the in-house washer and dryer, and the space in the shower!
Love it here! Very quiet, tons of amenities, we couldn't ask for a better place to call home. Plus you can't beat a Starbucks coffee machine on tap 24 hours!
I've only been living in The Drake for a month, but I have already fell in love with the place. Everyone has been so nice and helpful to get me.
We’ve been at The Drake for about 5 years and love it for the most part. Maintenance is great, the grounds are kept very clean, and management is responsive. It’s also a very dog-friendly neighborhood, which we love! Our only wish is that there was better soundproofing; our new upstairs neighbor is very loud!
Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. I have truly felt like a member of this wonderful community from the moment I walked in the door. Thank you!
I love the fact that you can put a maintenance request in at any time of the day or night and the response is almost immediate during the day when it comes to the maintenance team fixing the issue.
We’ve been here 17 months now, and are very happy. Our building neighbors are quiet and polite. The staff are wonderful! We weren’t needing a pool or exercise room anyway, so the small ones here aren’t an issue for us. (We are at the smaller of the two related properties.) The amenities at the much larger complex are great! My sister lives in that section and is very happy there, too.
It’s been awesome! Very friendly neighbors and the management have been nothing but very helpful. Great place to live and highly recommend anyone to move here!
Staff are efficient and super friendly. Complex is so pretty with green space and beautiful landscaping. Mu favorite area is the quad, with the lights and firepits.

Nice facilities. I love the amenities such as the Starbucks machine, pool, dog play areas, and the walking trail. There is also a really cool area to wash you dog.

We love living here. We always feel safe and the grounds are always kept clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the soundproofing. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does…everything.

The Drake apartments is run by very kind and attentive individuals. The complex is clean and quiet while also catering to anyone wanting to have fun and relax by the pool and bon fires.
We have no complaints this far! After only living here for a week, we are so happy we chose the Drake. The one issue we mentioned on our move-in inspection was taken care the day after we turned in the paper. Great environment!

The Drake has been such a great place to call home for almost a year now! We are growing our family and have a baby on the way, we are so thankful to have a beautiful, updated, clean unit with a supportive staff that is always going above and beyond to make sure our needs are met! We love the food trucks that stop by frequently as well!
The Drake and its staff have been nothing but kind, caring, and they’re so personable. Honestly, one of the best communities I have lived in. Everyone is so friendly, and they always have community activities and food trucks that visit almost weekly. Not to mention everything is so clean. I really love it here.

Everyone is friendly. I’ve had no disturbances. It’s such a beautiful, comfortable, nice neighborhood. My doggie loves the dog parks and to play with the other dogs there. Very satisfied with our new home.
The staff at The Drake are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the green space around the complex and the amenities for dogs. I just wish it were a non-smoking community. It definitely feels safe and peaceful.

The clubhouse and pool area have been very well maintained and enjoyable to relax at. My unit has been great with lots of space and hot water in the shower is on extremely fast.

The apartments are pretty nice. Like the set-up. My biggest complaint, is why aren't the parking spaces directly in front of the breezeway lined out for "no parking" so residents can actually have a clear walk path to the parking lot. Its a huge problem when carrying bulky items.
It’s a nice place to live, albeit expensive. Grounds are always kept neat and clean, maintenance is great, very dog friendly community. I only wish there was more soundproofing between units.
