The Driscoll at River Oaks

I had a tour with David and it’s honestly one of the best tours I’ve had. He made an overwhelming process fun and easily digestible. His attention to detail is truly top tier.

I chose this property over other hanover properties solely because of Maya. Service and explanations were by far the best. Maya left me feeling so confident in my choice picking this location that I decided on a penthouse. Hard to top "the people" over the property. But in this case that was the case.

The Driscoll is a great place to live. The building is safe, well appointed, and clean. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Maya Eastman! Thank you for everything.

This is a lovely high-rise in a very desirable location in Houston. The building has all the things I was looking for and I just renewed my lease few months back. The area is very walkable and the views and amenities are an icing on the cake. For anyone looking for a quite luxury high-rise this is the one. The place is very well maintained and the staff go out of the way to help. Maintenance folks are very responsive to all requests. Special shout out to Kevin our outstanding concierge who has helped me with questions and issues on many occasions.

This a very nice property-- dedicated staff, good mix of both older and younger neighbors, quiet, clean and very well maintained with wonderful amenities and stunning views in all directions (you've got to visit our 8th floor!). I've now lived in three luxury apartment buildings in Montrose and this is the best.

As a visitor and prospective tenant, I’ve had only good experiences at the Driscoll. We have several friends in the building and they highly recommend it. Once our lease is up I will certainly be considering this property! Maya in the leasing office has also been extremely helpful and friendly

Great location, amenities, decor, feeling, and best of all...Service! Maya has taken care of me from day 1. I was that guy that came in after hours and she luckily was there and took the time to still show me around. I was sold immediately. She also goes out of her way to accommodate all needs and suggestions.

I had the pleasure of viewing the property with David who was an excellent tour guide. The amenities here are top notch! I can tell that they really value their residents. I really enjoyed seeing the different floor plans.

Living at The Driscoll has been an absolute game-changer for me; it's hands-down the best place I've called home. The apartment itself is a dream - spacious, modern, and great views! And shoutout to Kevin at the concierge - his help with the endless packages I order has been a lifesaver. As well as David in the leasing office who made the move in process easy and is always super nice and helpful. It's the little things, plus the top-notch amenities, that really make The Driscoll stand out.

River Oaks is absolutely the most beautiful high rise in Houston! I’ve honestly never seen a property so clean and put together as this one. The property manager Loni was so sweet & accommodating when helping me with finding my new home :)

I've been looking at different apartments throughout Houston and i don't think any of them are as nice as The Driscoll. The amenities are beautiful and the building is simply amazing however what does it for me is the staff. Essentially the buildings property manager loni.

The team here is very friendly and helpful. They are responsive and go above and beyond expectations. Concierge, valet, and managment always provide assistance. The Driscoll is a wonderful apartment community with top notch product.

After 2 years at the Driscoll River Oaks, I’m still very impressed with how well the property is managed. Thanks to Elyssa, we settled on a unit that’s perfect for our growing family. This has been a great introduction to Houston!

I went for a tour of the complex with my family. Elyssa gave us a wonderful tour very detailed and knowledgeable. Even had answered all my questions that I had about the facility. Definitely considering this place as my top favorites.

Elyssa was great! Extremely helpful working with all my budget and bedroom requirements. She’s extremely personable and didn’t rush the tour at all even though it was the last one. Driscoll is at the top of my list now for sure.

Today, my girlfriend and I visited The Driscoll @ River Oaks to check out the O and P floor plans. We had a scheduled appointment at 5 pm and Elyssa gave us a grand tour of the property. We were impressed with the layouts on multiple floors and loved the amazing views from the Southwest of the pool, Galleria, Medical Center and the incredible sunset, even on a cloudy day. Although we couldn't go up to the top floor to see the different Penthouses and Q floor plans that share the amenities floor, we were still happy with what we saw. The largest Q floor plan was already rented, which was disappointing, but my girlfriend loved the O floor plan - and we could see why. The view was breathtaking. We thanked Elyssa for her time and promised to be back at The Driscoll soon. We were hopeful that it would be our new address.

Stellar is an understatement when it comes to the Driscoll. David, Loni, Elyssa and Maya are best management team in Houston. They’re professional, welcoming, smart, and efficient and they have made my stay here perfect. The maintenance team is fast, responsive and extremely skilled at their tasks as well. Our amenities are top notch, and they’re always adding new trinkets to the property. Our residents are extremely pleasant, kind professionals and it’s been a joy living amongst with them. The Driscoll has been the most amazing living experience for me. As a Houston native, I am well aware of the disasters that can occur when living in an apartment and I was very hesitant to live in one, but I am SO glad I did. The views are unmatched, the staff is amazing, neighbors are respectful, the amenities are great (especially the pool). It is also nice to have an amazing club room to throw events in. Overall I have had a great experience and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and beautiful place to call home. Maya is one of the leasing managers and has been so helpful throughout my experience. She is always willing to help and gets the job done. Ask for her if you decide to take a tour!

Moreover, working with David has been outstanding with his exceptional customer service and attention to my needs as a new resident. That said, the entire staff at The Driscoll is spot on which makes this a great place to live.

To begin, David was OUTSTANDING. I mean from the hospitality to placing me inside my future home he could not have done any better. He answered all my questions before even asking. I’m very particular about my accommodations and that was no issue for the concierge staff at the Driscoll. David was extremely helpful and made sure my needs were met during showings, Kevin was very knowledgeable about the surroundings and is always a phone call away. I’ve always been a homeowner and had heard horror stories about renting and unscrupulous property managers, but Hanover has been consistently professional and easily allayed those fears. Easily a 5 star service to me.

I’m moving to Houston permanently in 2024 for work and saw online that the Discroll was one of the highest rating luxury high rises in the River Oaks area. I came in for a viewing and I was greeted by concierge and valet staff and immediately felt like I was at the right place from what I saw online. David showed an excellent unit right off the bat. The amenities in the building are perfect for me and David gave me the layout of the area which has anything you could want in a 5 mile radius. I was ready to get the process rolling immediately after the viewing and David once again explained everything throughly and was very helpful. Thank you for everything.

Moved from New York to Houston last September, and I can tell the Driscoll rivers apartments are luxurious and spacious comparing to other buildings in the same district. Elysse is one of the amazing staff.

The best leasing agents work at the Driscoll. David for example has such a heart for his residents. I’ve seen him be accountable, reliable, and show exemplary leadership and integrity from the moment my wife and I toured. Loni, the property manager has also been a prime example of how true management takes care of their residents. I would give more stars if I could.

Iv had a great experience since my move in mid July. It’s a great location with a helpful maintenance staff. Ariel is great and resourceful!!
