The Duboce

The Duboce is an amazing apartment community- great location, extremely well maintained, exceptional staff, friendly neighbors. The touring, leasing and move-in process was super easy. We are very satisfied new residents of the building.

Jose, the community manager, and Ulyses, who heads maintenance, are a true dream team. They're friendly, accommodating, and have been so expeditious in resolving any concerns I've had.

Cory, M.K., and Ulises have been amazing. I love everything about this place. It’s well kept, close to everything, safe, the amenities are amazing, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing place to live-beautiful premises and amazing people who work and live here! We’re extremely happy with our choice to live here.

I think it is a good safe place and the services that Duboce has are phenomenal and the part and the most we love is the roof top patio and a beautiful view and a place where you can spend time with friends and family

If the rooftop of the divorce does not immediately close the deal for you, then maybe the amazing staff might swear you to close the deal. I couldn’t think of anything at all that could be improved in this building because everything runs like the smoothest tightest ship in the sea. From the leasing staff, to the management staff, to the engineering staff, the place is seamless. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, the neighbors are amazing and friendly, the location is perfect, and can I mention the roof deck one more time? I’ve never lived in a better building in my life. Super happy and satisfied here.

Ulysses and the whole Duboce staff are excellent and they really make living at the Duboce that much more wonderful.

In my opinion, it is the best location in the city with well designed floor plans and amenities. Upper market is a great and vibrant neighborhood, and the Mission, the Castro, and the Haight are less than a 10 minute walk. Hayes Valley is 15-20 minutes walk. The staff are professional and friendly, and the community within the building is inviting.

The Duboce is a great place to live, from the luxury, amenities and neighborhood to the amazing team, which is just the icing on the cake.

This place is amazing. We love the sense of community and we feel right at home. The office management is very welcoming and the amenities are some of the best in the city. And it has a rooftop hot tub!!

There are ant issues in the building and the building management has done very little to deal with this issue.

I have been at Duboce for two months ago and absolutely love it. The entire process, from initial building tour, follow-up visits, interacting with Tyler and his staff, the application, move-in, and everything else along the way has been fantastic! Prior to moving here I expected to thoroughly enjoy the apartment and building, but the experience has exceeded expectations beyond what I would have thought possible. The staff here is extremely professional and readily available to happily assist with any resident requests. The building is well maintained and beautiful. When friends and family visit they are blown away by the fit and finish, which is very high-end. If you are in the market for a luxury apartment and building in a prime/lively neighborhood, look no further!

So excited to finally be living here! From first leasing experience all the way through my, now, second month, the dubice team never disappoints. Theyre always helpful, courteous, and professional! From the neighborhood to the staff this apartment building has passes all of my expectations. My apartment is brand new and everything is top of the line. Gas range stove, huge washer and dryer, and luxury finishes like thick baseboards and door trim. The builders really paid attention to detail here and it goes to show. All of that said, the staff is really what made the leasing process so easy for me. The girls in the office are so sweet and are always available if I have any questions. The office is open 7 days a week so I can swing by any time and they genuinely care and are happy to see me. They made leasing super simple, and everything is online and easy to work with. I would have to say the best part, or at least my favorite, is the roof. The fire pit and barbecues are perfect for entertaining my friends and there's even cornhole and a hot tub for the residents. Like I said before this community was very well thought through and I'm beyond happy to be a part of it. Thank you, Duboce team!

this is absolutely the best apartments Ive ever lived in. After living in a few luxury complexes around sf I decided to make the move closer to the castro. I couldnt be any happier! The roof is my favorite place to hang out, and the staff is beyond amazing. I cant wait to spend the future here!
