STAY AWAY! Poorly managed building. Unsafe due to rockslides from cliffs. Self parking was unilaterally suspended and an incompetent valet parking service was instituted trying to jam over 250 cars in a parking garage designed for 135 spots. The new property manager is a nice guy but can’t manage himself out of a wet paper bag.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the suspension of self-parking; this decision was made in an effort to accommodate all resident vehicles following the rockslide incidents. We acknowledge there have been challenges with the valet service, and we are always working to improve your experience. We are glad to have been able to implement a parking plan swiftly and appreciate your patience as we refine this system. Your comments are valuable to us, and we hope that you see these changes and responses as our way management strives to serve you better.
I witnessed 2 rockslides that almost took down the building. The first one was bad but the second one destroyed my car ! Absolutely totaled. The management basically lied to my face for a week saying that they will let me out of my lease. They didn’t. I have been robbed here as well and they said there were no active cameras. Stay away!
