Very pleased with everything and the staff is great. We got the keys a day earlier before are actually move in day. Everyone in the community is super friendly.

We just moved in 2/15 and everything has gone smoothly. We had a few maintenance issues but everything was taken care of in a timely manner, thanks to the ladies in the office.

I feel at home here at The Duke. I have not any bad experiences or issues. Maintenance is timely and on point. Great neighbors...great location...and I feel comfortable/safe here.

I really enjoyed living here. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was always really helpful. Also, the location is right in the middle of everything, which is amazing. I would recommend the Duke to a friend.

The staff is very friendly, made move in easy and looking forward to living here. Staff had all the paperwork ready, I just had to come in and sign the papers and move in that day. Great experience.

Overall, we think this place is a lovely place to live. It is Gated. It is also Nice and quiet. Nice gym and nice pool. 10 out of 10 recommend.

After 7 years here, I had my first maintenance issue….my toilet overflowed for 3 days while I was out of town. When I came home, the guys were here in less than 5 minutes to not only fix the issue, but help move my furniture, tear out the waterlogged carpet and padding, and make sure new carpet would be installed asap. I’m eternally grateful for their help in resolving this so quickly.

I love living here. It's a great place in a great location. Everyone that works there is super helpful. They get to my requests super quick, and are very trustworthy.

Absolutely love living here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is wonderful. Once I submit a request it literally takes less than a day for them to fix any issues that arise .

Great apartment! Thick walls, great floor plan, no pest, and location is awesome. Definitely better than other local apartments in the area.

I’ve lived here over two years and have never had any issues. The office staff has always been nice and pleasant. I’ve had a few new neighbors over this time but they’ve all been friendly or just as quiet as I am. I tend to mind my own business and many around me seem to do the same. I like the peace!

The Staff is friendly and responsive. The location is great. The overall experience could be improved by addressing cleanliness and updating of the amenities.

We love living at the Duke Apartments. We have been here going on 3 years and we have had a very good experience. The grounds are kept up with and the maintenance department are so quick to address any issues and are very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to rent for a very reasonable price and near restaurants and shopping look no further that The Duke Apartments!!

The apartment we have is beautiful. Maintenance always does a good job keeping the property clean and helps us when we need it. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. A few more amenities would be nice, but that's minor.

Love the service and maintenance response time, it makes all the difference compared to other apartments ive lived in. The Duke is definitely top tier on my list of places to live.

The apartment complex looks really nice and we got the first months rent free. We are mostly happy with the apartment but have had lots of issues. When we moved in, the apartment was really dirty and we had to clean everything before moving stuff in. They wouldn't let us use our own washer and dryer and their dryer had a giant clog in the duct. The guest shower and dryer were both covered in hair. The maintenance team has been very nice and helpful though. The valet trash people throw the trash cans on the ground every time, and they won't take bags that are a little heavy. Layout issues: the closet is right behind where the bedroom door opens. Same things happens with the laundry door and the front door. The guest bathroom light switch is on the outside of the bathroom, behind the door. There were burnt spots all over the kitchen counters. The dog park is disgusting, poop everywhere. Although we've had these issues, the community has nice people, and the apartment is nice in general.

Sales staff and maintenance team are amazing. Responsive is incredible. Community is well kept and quiet. Our building also has a mascot - a black cat

Very nice apartments, quiet, great location, a bit pricey but it does feel worth it. Management has always been nice, but maintenance needs a little work.

The Duke is not only beautiful, but has staff attentive to your every need. Valet trash, a sparkling salt water pool, and a maintenance team that will fix anything within a day or two to list a few. I’m proud this is my home.

The apartment is very nice, very clean and great community. Management has been great and always helpful. I really enjoy the pool and the park right behind the apartments.

Maintenance is quick to complete requests but unit was not entirely move in ready as well as surrounding neighbors are not cleanly and do not pick up their animals poop

The apartment complex has a great atmosphere, everyone that I have met has been really friendly. The staff is also super helpful. They always help with whatever is needed, without making you feel like a burden for calling.

Wonderful experience! Move in was quick and easy, onsite team is welcoming and professional. Property is clean and safe. Terrific location with mall on one side and municipal park on the other. Would be close to perfect with a few upgrades in the fitness center.

Great apartment and the staff is super nice! Everything from the application to move in was easy. Needed a few light bulbs when we moved in. Maintenance came the same day.

The over all experience is good. I think if i need something fixed they come at a good time. The trash pick up helps. Because im on the third floor. I don't like the gate is always off and on working. But the staff is friendly. Its a little expensive for me. But I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.

Staff and neighbors are super friendly, beautiful place, and quiet. All in all I would recommend as many people as I know to come live at the Duke.

Love our San Antonio floor plan and overall solid soundproofing. We’ve been here for 4 months and have very few complaints. The exercise are and pool are great!

I love living at the Duke and I love the layout of my apartment. I've lived in other apartments in Victoria and they were more expensive and nowhere as nice as The Duke. The maintenance team is always super fast as well, that is definitely a plus. The staff at the management office are pretty good too. The don't bother you constantly, but are there when you need them, so to me that is also positive.

The staff at the Duke have been extremely helpful. We have loved our residency at the Duke and look forward to making more memories here. Maintenance has always responded in a timely and respectful manner.

The office people are always so nice, and willing to answer any questions I may have. Maintenance is quick to take care of requests, and is always respectful. My husband works shift work, and they always call before going into the apartment to be sure it's okay. I appreciate that more than they know!

I have been here for about 6 months and really love it. The staff is so friendly. If I have a maintenance request, it is taken care of the next day if not the same day. The apartments are kept clean and manicured at all times. I highly recommend The Duke apartments!
