Great find among all the horror stories I’ve heard about and seen in NYC, everything is clean and well maintained, concierges are super nice and the views are amazing. Walls are solid and you can never hear your neighbors. Location is ideal, we just walk to most places.

I love living here! I moved in a month ago and this is my first apartment. What I love is the convenient location (you're within walking distance to essentially everything), the staff, the smell of the lobby area, the gym (open 24 hrs) and the amenities. (microwave, laundry machine and dishwasher in every unit). I highly recommend living here!

Quality Living
I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved out at the end of 2019 for work unfortunately but I'll never forget my time at The Dylan. I got engaged in that apartment. I spent countless evenings with friends on the beautiful rooftop. Management was a dream and the staff truly made it feel like home. Cheers to the team for making The Dylan such a special place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you live here, hopefully you don't have to deal with the office much because their customer service is POOR! Beautiful building but what does it matter if you can't communicate with the staff. If I could I would give them NO STARS!! I will give them one star because the community is actually beautiful!

Modern and Cool Apartment in Midtown
This property is a very cool and modern building in the middle of midtown, with a boutique and luxury feel. The staff are always available and very friendly. The building management also tries very hard to make an overall good lifestyle for the residents. About once a month they organize some kind of event or mixer. Our two bedroom apartment is a very nice size with great, gray hardwood floors and high ceilings. The appliances are decent(not amazing) and the walk in closet is a dream. The views are also very inspiring. The building has a great roof deck and lounge and the neighbors are all quite friendly. But the apartment isn't perfect. There are no intercoms in any of the units, which means that the front desk has to call you on your cellphone or landline when you have a visitor or delivery. This has proven to be inconvenient on more than one occasion. The building also won't deliver newspapers to your door and instead makes you go down to the lobby to pick it up. Smells seem to travel very freely within the building as we have no trouble smelling what everyone else is cooking. Also, when neighbors run water you can hear it very clearly in the pipes in the walls. Despite these criticisms we still enjoy living here and have no intention of moving any time soon.
