Property Ratings at The Earl
Moved in a few days ago and am extremely disappointed about their major roach problem. They have shown no effort to help rectify the problem.
The only reason this place has 5 stars is because they paid the residents to do so. I have lived here since 2019, out of necesity NOT by choice. This place is a dump. Its dirty and the management is complete garbage. If you can avoid living here save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
Excellent place to call Home. the staff is very attentive to your individual needs. Ray, Tracy, Danny Paige are wonderful office staff. You feel home when you rent in Savannah. The Maintenance crew is excellent. Very prompt. Joel Rivera
I have been living here for 4 months and have had problems with my rent payment, their online payment processing never works so I had been bringing in money orders and they have messed up my rent every month and I had to explain it to them for it to be fixed, they couldn’t even find the problem themselves. They never answer the phone or any emails the only way to get a response is to go into the office. Our apartment is fairly nice and clean but if I would have known I would have so many problems with management and getting answers I would have looked elsewhere.
She’s a good worker & she explained everything, hopefully I become a resident with you guys.
Title says it all! I found out 3 months into living here that the building was infested. I have a recording of the former property manager saying they knew it was infested. I waited 3 months for a door knob that fell off and prevented me from getting into my coat closet to be fixed. They just don't care. The sidewalks always have dog poop everywhere and there were always broken down cars all over the place. The only time they bother to spruce up or pay attention to residents is during fall move in. The buildings look decent on the outside by the management is horrible. They are on their 4th management company in less than a year, and they are just as bad as the ones before them. They will probably never get their infestation problem under control. FYI- the new 2 bedroom model is in the building they knew was infested!!
The manager does not communicate with residents and is almost impossible to contact either in person, text or email. Way over priced and the qualifications are ridiculous for what you get. Better off staying at a pay by the week motel. Very disappointing.
The new management is TERRIBLE and the apartments are over priced. When we signed our lease they made us FEEL like the residents were their main concern but that's not the case. We've had serveral problems with our apartment and 11 full months later it was finally fixed. Many residents have moved out since we moved in and we're right behind them. Good luck McKinley Management because you're going to need it.
Fairmont Oaks Apartment 1 is a decent size apartment with a good amount of storage space. I would love to upgrade to a more renovated apartment and winning this prize would allow me to do that. The staff here is always friendly and willing to help and a safety officer lives only a building over from me which is nice. There is a pool and gym on site which are added bonuses for the property. This is a nice community to live in and the only home my dogs have ever known.
