Buildings dirty with trash everywhere and they have the constant smell of smoke. Still unhappy I was forced to have the cable package that I did not want or use and was not in my renewal lease. Leasing has never resolved any issues so I haven’t wasted anymore time reaching out. Since moving in the community has definitely gone down hill and it’s nothing luxury about living here.

The apartments are paper thin, cheaply made, the community is never clean, people don’t pick up after their dogs, loud music at night. I wish things were better organized and that management did a better job at maintaining the property

Lately, our resident experience has been of a very dangerous and unsafe enviorment. Parking is still a nightmare and with the front gate being broken for 2 months has become very very dangerous. People come flying through the broken gate, which is the going out side, so you think you are ok to pull out of your spot, then someone comes flying in the out gate. Also, now big trucks are parking in spaces so when you get in your car you can't even see the gate let alone if cars are coming through it

An overall WONDERFUL experience! Michele and Alex were great from moment we stepped foot into the leasing office. They are very professional and really care about helping potential residents! Michele went above and beyond to deliver great service, and stayed working late and hard to make sure we were able to go through the application process as smoothly as possible. The apartments are very nice and welcoming, and located in a very convenient area, having everything you need like supermarkets, restaurants, etc..I feel at home already and highly recommend The Easton at Riverview Apartments!

The apartments are nice, but it is truly the staff that makes this a wonderful place to live. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very friendly, very helpful. They are right on it if you have a situation and need help
Living here in the easton riverview has been a nice quiet experience for me. The clubhouse the pool and the grills that are around has made it a real pleasant and comfortable evening when I get home from work

The apartments I love. Samantha and Alex have been absolutely wonderful! At first it was rocky and alot of miscommunication but they fixed it all. Havent used any ammenities but they have amazing amenities. Its so quiet here. I am excited about the year i have here.

Building common areas are dirty and smell like smoke. The leasing office is terrible. Extra charges added to the rent. With the trashed piled up daily and people breaking through the fence nothing luxury about this place.
People in the main office are very helpful. Maintenance staff is on top of things and is quick to respond to things. Kudos to the community to negotiate a deal with spectrum.
Beautiful spacious apartments. Alti is super nice and helpful. The 24hr gym is extremely convenient. I love the beautiful views of the apartments.
Would love to be able to b positive but after almost two years here I am unable to be. Most of our pool chairs are broken, ice maker has been out of order for months, landscaping in many areas is overgrown and in need of TLC. When addressed with staff, always told they are working on it but no visible progress. We now have a security guard at the pool, but he is ineffective as there was a large party a couple of weekends ago and he did nothing to break it up. Property continues to go downhill as many residents are not held in check and are not respectful of the common areas. From looking at the reviews it is clear that many of the good ones are from new residents who have not had the opportunity to experience living at the Easton yet. Hoping to be able to stay here, however the clock is ticking. Unless rules start to get enforced, I will be gone. That includes pool rules, parking rules and the other rules that are supposed to be in place.
I love everything about this place . Close to stores and restaurants transportation. Close to 75 and beaches. Gym pool and Cabana and clubhouse always clean and ready to use or rent out for a party.
Parking is a nightmare. People park a bunch of cars and don’t live here. Even non-handicapped cars take up the handicapped spots. Overall not a bad experience.
Love living here, it’s fairly quiet and peaceful. Management and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Move in was a breeze. Amenities are great and the gym is very clean and has a ton of great equipment.
The floor plans are nice, but the leasing staff isn't. Expect to be gaslit if you report maintenance issues they don't consider worthy of fixing. In addition, illegally modified loud cars are actually encouraged, so don't expect to live peacefully here. On the plus side, the grounds are pretty well-maintained, and maintenance responds to calls quickly. Overall, I can't recommend people live here though.
I love living at the Easton riverview! Such good vibes and people! The amenities are amazing! The pool is definitely my favorite place to be and grilling is such a good time.

The Easton Apartments are upscale and new making them appealing. They are no where near affordable. My husband and I got the 14 month lease so we could get 1 month free rent. Beware they force you into valet trash which is charged in the rent, I absolutely hate it and we barely even use it. Ideally it would be perfect if everyone was respectful and didn’t leave their trash outside overnight. Especially during the summer hot months this should be unacceptable, not only is it nasty but also super unhygienic. Our front neighbors will leave trash out overnight or over the weekend instead of dumping it at the compactor. At one point there were two vehicles burning in our parking lot. Management has poor to no communication. They were good at first but then eventually stopped communicating. The amenities are standard. Only thing saving them is that maintenance usually comes by within a business day of me putting in a request.

Maintenance is slow to respond if at all, and the sheer amount of dogs barking at all hours is ridiculous. I am also frustrated that I was refused an extra key fob for my door (even offering to pay for it)

I have been pleased with the way the community is being managed for the most part. I wish that some things wouldn’t take so long to correct. Examples being the pressure washing and the missing nozzle at the car wash. But other than that my only complaint is about the loud vehicles that are allowed here.

Great location to Walmart, walking distance to Publix and other places to eat! Staff is pleasant. They are willing to work with you. Price is outrageous.

Been here almost a year. Sadly people do not follow the rules. Dogs are off leashes people letting their dogs poop anywhere and not clean it up. Also, this is a non-smoking community but yet people are smoking all throughout the property and leaving their cigarette butts everywhere including the dog park. It's a cute community, but sadly a lot of people don't care. They are ruining it for others.

No parking, no proactive maintenance (air filters, pest control, building cleaning), can hear all your neighbors and leasing does not address issues
