Property Ratings at The Eddison
They look great, as it is supposed to be a gated community but since people hit the gate it is always broke. People go in the exit only gate so you risk an accident, no cameras whatsoever except in front so guess how many people get their stuff vandalized and stuff happening randomly. Nicole is the only reason anyone actually signs on and agrees to live here. The pool was opened in July and was open two weeks maybe then back down for rest of Summer for maintenance issues. It is always something with this place.

There is A positive here, that's Nicole. She is a wonderful person 5/5. Now for everything else. We had non stop issues since the start. Our move in date was pushed back several times due to "cleaning and getting carpet replaced". We expected a pretty clean apartment with brand new carpet as that's the reason we were told our move in date was delayed several weeks right? Wrong, it honestly left me speechless. The carpet had been replaced, as for cleaning and their make ready prep? As soon as we walked in half of the blinds were the wrong size, not sure how someone didn't notice it. As we went through everything for our initial inspection list we came across a bottom cabinet section that was absolutely filthy, had not even been touched at all. Cat food, crumbs, onion peels, hair, you name it and it was there. Cabinets had stains and food residue. Our dishwasher had standing water backed up into it that reeked of mildew even after several cycles of running cleaner through it which tells me it had been sitting there for a long time. We had practically no water pressure. Our shower would cut off water pressure almost entirely as soon as the handle was turned to the point where the water was a comfortable temperature. We had several work orders put in for it. The first one maintenance came to look at it and said they had to order a part and they'd have it fixed within a week. They never showed up. We put in another work order thinking they forgot about it. They canceled the work order. Every work order we put in got canceled. The entire time we were living here we could not get ahold of management on the phone. If we needed to talk to management we had to go into the office in person. During our first year and a half there the swimming pool looked like a swamp.

DO NOT RENT HERE. They didn’t communicate with me what so ever! They just keep telling me they needed more things and just would never call to to tell me I was accepted. IVE NEVER had an apts so unorganized and terrible! Listen to reviews don’t do it!!!
Absolutely terrible!!! When I first moved in two years ago it was good but a year after, they changed management, twice, and both have been awful. They're rude, don't care about your needs as a resident, maintenance takes a month to fix anything (after calling 4 different times to ask when they were coming to make a repair) and the air ventilation is terrible. The air conditioning in each building is connected and my neighbor that moved in about a year ago smokes, so all of his second hand smoke is coming into my apartment. I've talked to the office about this at least 6 times and they don't do anything but offer to move me to another apartment. Why should I have to go through the trouble of moving my belongings if he's the problem? They don't say they'll move him since he's been here less time than me and they say they'll talk to him about it but he keeps smoking inside! As a pregnant women now, it's detrimental to my baby and I've tried to get out of my lease because of the smoke but the office won't let me. So I'm stuck here another two months dealing with cigarette smoke carrying an unborn child.
I have lived her for 33 years. I am very happy here and have good neighbors. I love this community and the resident parties they have. The maintenance personnel are very professional. I plan to always live here.
Our apartment is very big for a great price and we got a great deal for moving in. They are very helpful and have been the entire time.
My apartments are nice and very quiet. I have been living there for almost 4 months and I enjoy the view and the peace. I haven't had any problems and i feel safe and welcome in my environment.
The Canyons at 45th West used to be 5 stars but ever since these new owners bought the complex they have turned into a horrible place. The maintance has just disappeared. Our garbage disposal has been broken for over 3 weeks and our apartment smells thanks to that! I have asked 3 different times and each time they say they will get it done ASAP yet we are still with a broken disposal. The lady at the office is absolutely rude! The balcony and wed hook ups are nice to have however. They also just got new stoves, refrigerators, and dish washers. As I mentioned before, the apartments are well worth the price but the new management just ruined everything. Thankfully we are moving at the end of the month.
when we first started looking for apartments we wanted a safe place for our kids to play things to do besides watch TV at home and a place that would except our loving cats. We have found that and more here at the canyons at 45th we live in a gated community , covered parking, amazing pool, outdoor grills,on sight gym, and a play ground for our kids . with all the activities we have here we have not had one boring day this summer. The apartments a roomy and spaces with a usable fire place ,, great views from every window , walk in closets in every room ( yes even the kids rooms ). well maintained common areas ,, on sight computer lab , free WiFi . ( I know right ) hard to find all the right things at once , but this time we did , so if u want to enjoy the out doors ,walk your pet ,, let your kids play out side on the jungle gym , sit at the picnic tables grill out ,, laugh with friends and just a place to call home ,, then look no further then here . the canyons at 45th wont disappoint .come join us and enjoy life like we have. , \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
