Property Ratings at The Edge Apartments
Rent elsewhere, the only good thing I can say about this place is its proximity to campus if you're a student. Read the fine print on your rental and move out agreements because they will charge you $100s for cleaning fees, equipment fees, and will refer to the fine print in the agreements when questions are asked. There are much better places to rent for cheaper that offer the same things this place does with less deceptive business practices.

As for the amenities provided, The Edge Apartments offer Wi-Fi and cable services, and residents have the option to lease or purchase equipment directly from the cable and internet provider. My son just moved from Georgia to Mankato for a job. The Edge team were excellent and so supportive in every aspect. The apartment is clean and spacious. The area is great with lots of parks, shops and restaurants. 5 stars all around - especially to the Property Manager Rebecca!
