Property Ratings at The Edge Apartments
Don't live here. This place is awful. Highly over priced with very poor management. Also my bike was stolen from the bike rack inside the garage and management told me their cameras are too blurry. They encourage theft and are doing some sketchy stuff if their cameras aren't on. Will not be renewing my lease. Don't live here.

Hello Tyler. We're so sorry to hear that you've had these experiences within our community. Please reach out to bonaventurelistens@bonaventure.com so that we can discuss these issues and work on improving your experience. Thank you.
The management doesn't respond to anything (even once they respond to reviews) and noise policies put in place for residents to enjoy their home are not enforced at all. I'm barely in my apartment, and even in the little time that I am, it is impossible to enjoy because it is SO NOISY. It's been an absolute nightmare living here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Seriously. STAY AWAY.
Ive only lived here for 9 days. I feel that its too soon for me to write a review. I will say that, so far, I love my apartment and the neighborhood. I am very pleased that I chose the edge. Oh yes, I really wish there was a bike rack on G1 or even better; bike storage. However, I know nothing is perfect.

Title basically says it all. For the amount of money you spend here (much pricier compared to other apartments) there are way too many issues. Constant maintenance issues, elevators are always broken, amenities (pools/common areas) often overtaken by private events held by other tenants (which isn’t allowed but no rules are enforced). They also closed down the outdoor grills once the weather was nice and still haven’t reopened them. I just moved out to my new place and could not be happier for way less. So much wasted money on an apartment that wasn’t worth the price.

Since moving in, we have experienced continuous maintenance issues (AC stopped working for 4 days in the middle of the summer, water leaking through the ceiling, etc.) despite this being a brand new building. Our apartment feels like a revolving door for various maintenance workers, who show up without any notice and then let themselves in after briefly knocking (which is a fun surprise when you get out of the shower to find 2 random men in your apartment that you had no idea were coming). We have gotten up to 3 visits daily from various maintenance people and feel like our home is a construction zone with no privacy at all. The leasing office staff is friendly but it can be very hard to get in touch with them. If you call the office you almost never get an answer, and you often have to send multiple emails before you will get a response. There seems to be no communication between staff members so one person will tell you one thing, and then when you follow up about it later, someone else will tell you they don’t know anything about that. Living here has been a very frustrating experience for us so far.
