I have lived at these apartments for over a year. For the first time ever moving out, I can say I was extremely blessed to move here. Let me start on explaining why. 1. At night it is VERY quiet. There has never been a night where there were obnoxious people or loud music. These apartments are quiet and people are respectful. 2. Everyone is nice. Every person I have met have been so welcoming and sweet. I have never felt unsafe. 3. Trustworthy. There has never been a night where I was scared walking alone to my apartment. 4. Maintenace. The office employees are very helpful and welcoming. The second I send an email with a plumbing issue or any issue I have, the next hour they respond and within 24 hours the issue is repaired/fixed. I wish I could stay here forever. I love calling this place my home and I was very happy with my stay. -Isabella Durondeau

Roaches, Gnats, and Fleas are VERY bad. The internet is awful. The ceiling is peeling, always problems with the ac, parking is a nightmare, leaking sinks, pipes are always breaking. It’s not worth the price!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years and the management will try to rip you off at every turn. My current roommate had been waiting for a parking pass so he parked where we were told was guest for about 2 months when out of nowhere his car was towed and when we talked to the office they weren’t willing to do anything to help us and we had to pay $200 to get his car back. I switched roommates after the one I moved in with moved out and when I asked them to take off my old roommate and add my new one they never did even after we signed a new lease. When our last lease expired we asked to sign a new one and it never got put it so we signed another one and it also never got put in so for the third time we asked to sign a new lease and for the third time they still did not update it, in fact they actually put us on month to month for an extra $200. We also have to deal with roaches all the time and the internet we have to use is the worst internet I’ve ever seen. Spend the extra $100 a month to live somewhere better.

After 4yrs we can't wait until my lease is up and run far away from here! We used to like living here, and now dread every second. Don't let any of the renovations and upgrades fool you, because the vanity is hiding a real hell hole. We would give them half a star if we could and that's only because of the location being so close to everything you need. The newest staff is THE WORST. We've had money and belongings stolen from our apartment by MAINTENANCE and when we reported it, nothing came of it. They're passive aggressive when you bring up concerns, and maintenance requests won't get done unless you're complaining daily for days if not weeks. But are more than vocal about rent and utility payments being due on time. The ROACH INFESTATION IS UNBEARABLE!!! The first three years weren't this terrible. Maybe a few tree and german roaches would find their way in every few months. Now german roaches of all sizes are everywhere you turn. Every kind of treatment you can think at this point either doesn’t work long enough or at all. They crawl out when you cook or clean, in your pantry and drawers, from behind your TV. Even found them in our microwave and inside the fridge!! We have to re-clean our silverware and tableware before use just to get the smell out, and will literally crawl on your table when you’re eating. It's disgusting and embarrassing to deal with. We have thrown so much away because of the infestation, and will more than likely throw away more when we start moving. Tenants refuse to pick up after their dogs, and with all feral cats it smells like a litter box and dog poop everywhere. There's now a flea problem on the property that we never experienced and we’ve been bit by them while walking our dog. Then there’s the creeps that roam the property. Police have gotten called for folks attempting to follow us, look over our balcony fence and look into cars and windows and steal bikes and property IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. Two homeless men even sleep at the pool!! The office says they'll "look into it" but they still come and go. To top this off, the laundromats are always out of order, the garbage on property is always full, and gets used by the neighboring houses, trash only gets picked up when you complain about it, and more things I can’t even fit on here. For the TLDR crowd, JUST DON’T MOVE HERE!! We’d rather be homeless than spend another year here.

Ever since new management has taken over I have had several bills added to rent, such as Wi-Fi I don’t want. My car has been towed. They slowly added reserved spots and now I park on the street. The maintenance team is very slow, I have mold in the bathroom ceiling. I’ve had a work order in for weeks marked as critical.
Their pest control doesn’t work. I had to leave my light on all the time. My roach bait doesn’t work. My wondercide spray doesn’t work too! They charge you monthly for pest. Plus 45 a month for internet that I’m stuck with contract with Xfinity
The management is so nice and very helpful in any way they can. They made mine and my boyfriend's experience awesome and very fun. I'm so thankful for Debbie for helping us out since the beginning and for the patients she gave us. I'm so excited for my boyfriend, to be moving in these apartments they are amazing plus like I said before the management is awesome.
Unless you like german roaches. The newly remodeled are not what you expect. Roaches are still living behind the walls, ceilings, coming out of the carpets and just all over. Read the reviews before making your choice. If you can pay a litte more for another place, do so. For a few bucks more you can get a house. Too bad I am unser contract. Id rather live in a place that is not remodeled and not have to worry about roaches on my face at night. Yes, you read that right.
Where do I even start? RECEPTIONIST IS SO RUDE!!! My refrigerator is broke, my dishwasher doesn't clean my dishes, the adapter for my modem for internet doesn't work due to installation, washer&dryer never work, My front door doesn't shut fully, ROACHES everywhere, DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Bobby (manager) is always yelling at staff. Horrid environment
The stars given are for the Manager Bobby. Although the complex is not what I expected, the Manager was excellent and honest about problems that faced the property. The complex itself would get a 2 stars from because they are renovating however the grounds are in need of care. People are allowed to have whatever they want at their front door and on their balconies. The parking lot is horrible, because off the excellent greenery around the property apartments attract bugs. A great place if you want to lease fast. They have a great availability.
I absolutely love the area. Its conveniently close to Target, Wall Mart, a gas station, I-45, etc. There is a park to run near by and i love that to run. The area did take up new management and the apartment manager is not sympathetic when we are dealing with new construction. The water gets turned off regularly and i had the "pest control" come in a few times on me. Once while i was sleeping and the second while i was in the shower. Quite disturbing. Other than that i receive a clean apartment and the area is quiet even with kids around.
This place is good for a short term lease until you can get to a better place. I have been here almost three years and its just gone down. Im ready to move. Maintenance is slow and when it rains get ready to get your feet soaked just walking out of your apt. The staff can be helpful when they want to be. Other times get ready for some rudeness.
Though this complex has spent the last few years remodeling the dining rooms and kitchens to look more updated, there is a surprise hiding behind those new finishes that they ignored. While living here for the last year, we've been overrun with roaches in every room to the point where they are crawling on the ceiling too. Despite weekly pest spraying( a service they tack the cost of onto your rent bill rather you use it or not...) we have seen no results. Now we can't even store food or clean cooking utensils in the kitchen cabinets or drawers because they just get covered in roach corpses and waste.
Apartments are nice and quiet!!! Is doggy friendly and a has a nice pool
