It’s what you want it to be - fast paced, stay in and cook while watching football or taking advantage of its upscale location with tree lubed streets while dining on a night on the town, catching a movie and enjoying the great local independent restaurants located within walking distance from your doorstep!

I have lived a Cortland Glade Parks for the last three years. these were the first apartments I ever moved into and still can’t find a reason to leave. The staff has always completed service request professionally in as quick as possible. The managing team nominated my pup for pet of the month, and even dropped off treats and a new toy for him when he was sick. We also have fun events that I really enjoy attending! Overall very satisfied and couldn’t be happier!

I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences while living here. The office staff are GREAT, especially Alexis. KUDOS to maintenance staff in responding in a timely manner, when needed. Staff are very observative and friendly!! Grounds are ALWAYS well kept. The living accommodations and location are MARVELOUS !!

We could not imagine living anywhere else! We absolutely adore our beautiful unit and the community here. Ownership and management are highly attentive and accommodating towards our needs. Issues, if any, are always solved in a timely manner. The building and amenities are well-maintained and well-managed, and the concierge staff is always friendly, professional and willing to help. It's a luxurious building with lovely ambience, and we always feel safe and secure.

We have lived in apartment complexes in San Antonio and DFW area since 2000, probably four different complexes. This is, by far, the best. The front-office team is wonderful; everything else is secondary but still first-rate. I particularly like the "openness" of the grounds. It does not appear the original developer tried to squeeze in as many units as possible at the expense of amenities (pools), gyms, parking, etc. Gets my top recommendation.

Ive lived here almost 4 years and its been great for the most part. I hadnt lived in an apartment in over 25 years and I knew I would likely not care for loud noises, shared spaces, etc. I havent experienced many frustrations living here. I miss the former maintenance team and was really bummed when I found out a couple men were gone from that team. They were the BEST and that was always my #1 reason for recommending Glade Parks. Cortland should not have let them slip away. Still, Ive had a couple new maintenance guys help and they are polite and professional. New office staff is friendly and helpful, not snobby.

We have spoken with higher level management and even with the issues weve had since moving in nothing has been addressed. To add insult to injury rent goes up and no aspects of our negative experience was taken into consideration. Staff onsite is great and so is maintenance! However, loyalty to staying at the complex should be taken into consideration and not punished with rent increases. Dont think we will renew later.

Find another property to live. Cortland generally offers nice accommodations, this community does not live up to the Cortland brand. Gates are broken more often that not. Anything brought to their attention is quickly dismissed and some of the office staff interact with tenants as if THEY are paying people to live here; customer service is nonexistent.

Excellent community to live in. Great location in the middle of the DFW metroplex and near a shopping center with good shops. The community is clean and well kept by the Maintenance team, they are friendly, quick and reliable! The apartments are nice with great layouts and aesthetics. Great place to live!

Overall- the maintenance team is fantastic and deserves all the praise. They are great and extremely responsive. With that said - I think the change we have done to trash collection is really unacceptable. The matt is cheap and having folks leave trash laying about outside is tacky and not worth what we are being charged.

Ive lived in this complex for almost 6 months so far and I have no complaints about this place. I love it here. I also love how we are so close to the highway and also around all these grocery stores and shopping centers. I dont have to go far for much at all.

The location of Cortland Glades is excellent. Shopping, restaurants, movies within walking distance. Great walking paths all around. Apartments are spacious. Closets are generously sized. Bathrooms are large and provide great storage. Numerous windows allowing for much natural light. Very comfortable place to call home.

I really love live in Cortland glade park due to their perfect location and good management. I live here for my kids school when I move here, now they almost graduate from high school. Everyone loves here, we feel peaceful and safety to living in this community. I think Cortland glade park apartment is the best in around areas.

Cortland Glade Parks is an exceptionally well run property, in great a neighborhood, with many new restaurants, stores, shops in walking distance, and its only 10 minutes drive away from the DFW airport. Its also centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, only 20 minute drive to either downtown location. The property is extremely nice and the cost of living here is very reasonable!

Fines and threats of eviction are the most frequent topics of communication from management. I have not been fined or evicted, but it is stressful wondering if it going to happen because of some event or situation I was not aware of. Be aware that there is only a three day grace period in which to make any payment before threat of eviction, so dont travel anywhere there is no internet service if you are going to rent here.
