Just finished a year lease here and 100% recommend it. Tammy specifically made my experience great, she is kind and addressed all of my concerns promptly. The location is also unbeatable, I always felt safe. You can walk right across the street to access Ute Valley Park and Garden of the Gods is a 5 minute drive away.
