Quick and efficient Sent in a request in the morning and the issue was resolved by the time I got home in the afternoon.
Great apartments We lived at The Edge for 2 lease terms. Maintenance was always right on time and it was a beautiful community. The management team always have events themed around the holidays and my favorite was the patio competitions. The office was always friendly and engaged with everyone whenever we had a question they answered. Such great community.
We lived at the Edge from 2021-2024 and we had to leave- I did not want to. The feeling of living right at the mall was fabulous. you are just minutes away from all the hopping and fun activities you need. The Edge is walking distance to the grocery, a good Vet, and pizza, Chinese food, you name it. The floor plan is roomy and luxurious, and the build is solod and well done. The staff was the beat part of the experience. They went out of their way to make The Edge feel like a little city- a real community. They know you by name, and all maintenance requests are done the day they are filled. They staff is attending to every question or need, and they are nice to just stop in and visit. A good percentage of our neighbors walked to work at Chase across the street, and the neighbors were highly educated, clean, respectful neighbors. The staff throws wonderful parties and invites food establishments in for free party catering. I will say you are going to need a garage for your car because the courts barely prosecute crime. Living at a busy mall brings some theft- but if you keep your things locked up it will be fine- we did. You will not regret moving here- and if you have to leave, you will really miss The Edge. So go fill out your application today!
Very high priced rent and less secured despite being a gated community. There were several break-ins last 6 months I lived here. Management is less interested to provide a secured environment for the residents. The management keeps the garage cost so high to get as much revenue from the residents who fear breakin of their vehicles.
I just moved here and I couldn't be happier with my new home. It's so beautiful here!!! The staff is amazing, great at answering any questions or concerns you may have. This community is a great place to raise a family including your fur baby as well!!! Friendly community as well....
Car break-ins during the summer, many other issues. They'll also do everything to keep your security deposit and then charge for stuff they were going to do anyway, routine for next renter. READ OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT MANAGEMENT.
