Everything in one Package

The building I live in is a rent stabilized apartment located in the heart of North Williamsburg Brooklyn. It's nice to have apartments available in a trendy, hip, artsy and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood for low income or middle income families. There are many little privately owned boutiques and restaurants, subway and all amenities are walking distance. The ferry is conveniently located right across the street. In comparison to other apartments in the area it is very affordable especially for the market rent price for this specific area. I currently have a studio which is spacious however the building I live in offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Its very well kept and porters make it a duty to do an awesome job keeping it clean and smoke free.It's such an up and coming neighborhood that it feels like your living in the city minus the madness and chaos of the hustle and bustle of NYC Manhattan.
