Property Ratings at The Edison at Peytona
The apartment itself is beautiful. The lack of soundproofing is glaringly obvious. I can be in my bedroom and hear every word of the conversation the people in the next apartment are having. And I’m not talking about raised voices. The road noise is horrendous and non stop. I have complained several times to management about the noise from the apartment above me. They say they have spoken to them, but it has done absolutely no good. I’m not sure what’s going on up there, but it sounds like the running of the bulls and it’s all the time.
Absolutely a disgrace to all who live here management will not listen to anything you say the noise from their own hired services is absurd time and time again residents complain and nothing gets done this is not my first negative review for this place but I don't see any of them on here choose somewhere else
Sam and Brian are amazing people! I have met tons of new people at their monthly events and have the best friends here. Their maintenance team always addresses anything I need quickly and courteously! A great place to live in Gallatin. Super pet friendly. Great residents.
Shady to work with. Beware. Tacking unnecessary cleaning fees on at move-out. They wouldn't allow me to walk through with them and then charged me without being able to do anything about it. When trying to discuss with Manager, she said that $40 was petty and not worth arguing about so she was going to use her personal checking account to refund my money herself. She said $40 didn't mean that much to her. I declined out of principle. Why would she pay out of her own pocket??? I also asked why they deducted my water bill from the deposit(I always paid directly) and she then ACCUSED me of "not wanting to pay" my water bill either. I told her that was blatantly false, and explained I was just asking because I just made a big payment. Long story short, the apartment was left very clean. They felt like they had to find something. Aside from that, apartments are noisy, especially with giant dogs above you. The neighbor yelling at her baby, and the loud revving of trucks at 10pm at night gets annoying too, as well as the groups in the parking lot drinking and smoking. Most residents are very nice, however, and a bit older generally. The younger college age kids are loud and downright rude.

We tell all of our residents that we are available, during the week 9 am-6 pm, to do walk throughs with them for move outs. We have pictures of the apartment that was left dirty and they were sent to you upon your move out. I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience. We strive to give every resident here a good experience.
We have loved living here the last 8 months, the staff have all been super nice and helpful whenever we have an issue. The only complaint that we have (and seems to be common among neighbors we've spoken to) is that we can hear EVERY step that the person who lives above us takes, from the time they get up at 6 am until they go to bed at 11 pm it sounds like Frankenstein is up there having a temper tantrum. We would gladly recommend to anyone willing to live on the 3rd floor or in a 1 bedroom over a garage.

If you would give us a call or email and give us your apartment number, we will get in touch with your upstairs neighbor and do our best to minimize the noise. Sometimes neighbors aren't aware they are being loud. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do as well.
We love living at the Edison. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice and the amenities are even nicer! We especially love the saltwater pool. The location is awesome—being in between Gallatin and Hendersonville is really convenient and we are close enough to downtown Nashville to make everything there really accessible.

I have never lived in an apartment before, but I really enjoy living here. The staff is GREAT, and the amenities are excellent. I highly recommend Edison.
We moved in this past July, location, amenities are great, love the apartment, staff is wonderful! Just one thing we've noticed recently. Someone moved in recently above us, and either they walk REAL hard, or the soundproofing between first and second floors is not what it should be. We hear just about anytime they walk across the floor. My wife and I have never lived in an apartment before, always owned a home, so perhaps we're sensitive. But it appears our above neighbors walk real hard. Don't hear tv's, or music, etc. Hopefully something can be done, because other than that issue, we love living here!
I just love my home here at the Edison at Peytona! Wonderful view, great amenities, clean, spacious. Great office staff. A definite recommend too anyone looking for their new home. Kellie
By far the best apartment experience I have ever had. The facilities are brand new and very well maintained. Staff is always willing to help. The apartments are gorgeous as well and they have plenty of floorplans to pick from. The amenities are like nothing else and hard to find in apartment living! They are pet friendly and even have a pet wash station as well as dog parks. They host resident events often and make everyone feel welcomed.
New resident and could not be happier. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. And the amenities are fantastic. Pool, clubhouse, dog parks, car wash and more. The internet is fiber and the apartments are very high end and reasonably priced.

We moved into The Edison at Peytona about 6 weeks ago. Coming from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, we were looking for a modern home but with some southern hospitality. The Edison is that place! Our home was clean, new and very nice. The office staff is extremely helpful and make you feel like you aren't just a number. They genuinely care about you having a great experience. We are very happy with our decision to move here and plan on staying for years.
