Property Ratings at The Edison Daytona
I called to enquire about an apartment, I could only leave a voicemail. I was ready to rent I just needed someone to speak to which did not happen. I gave all details of the apartment I saw online. Received no call back and when I checked the next day they had raised the price of the apartment I called about. Very bad service.....this is not the place I would want to move into based on the customer service.
Living at the Edison has been an overall disappointing experience. Doors have been broken for over a year. Internet constantly cuts out and cant access the spectrum app on our tv's, the upstairs neighbor noise is unbearable, the smell of weed is everywhere, the hot tub is out of service so much it might as well not even be there its also dirty to the point it smells and foam is taking it over, management never lets you know when amenities are broken or when they will be fixed they also aren't helpful and are condescending for the most part, tv's have no remotes in the clubhouse and cant change the channels, pool sticks have no tips on them, shuffle board has no beads available so it doesn't work, all the appliances are starting to break in the unit, our apartment was dirty on move in, I could keep going but you get the point...
I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience living at The Edison Daytona apartment complex. The once-promising neighborhood has taken a drastic turn for the worse, leaving residents feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. The once-manicured lawns and sidewalks are now littered with dog poop, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. The stench of marijuana is overwhelming, wafting through the hallways and into apartments, making it difficult to breathe and enjoy one's home. Despite repeated complaints to management, the situation has only worsened. The lack of responsiveness and action from the property management team has been disheartening, leaving residents feeling neglected and unheard. I urge anyone considering The Edison Daytona to reconsider. The once-appealing amenities and location are no longer worth the sacrifices in living quality. The complex's deteriorating condition and management's inaction have created an environment that is far from what was advertised.
Tried to rent here, front desk lady blew us off multiple time for almost two hours telling us she forgot about us each time. Dont rent from here you wont be valued at all.
Brand new 4-story elevator buildings. Great amenities including resort style pool, fitness center, business center, and game room/lounge. There are cabanas and grills poolside. The floorplans are well thought out--porches are large, the units are quiet, and features are great including quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and lighted mirrors in the baths. The staff is very friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to live.
