Property Ratings at The Edison Sugarloaf Apartments
The inside of the apartment is great with a gas oven and large refrigerator, but the outside has a lot of problems that ruin the living experience: Noisy - sports cars and those wannabe cool cars have loud engines roaring through the community, loud music from car radios is also common. Trucks on the adjacent property blow horns. Dirty - stairs are stained and trashy, trash compactor regularly overflows with trash, pool has mold or mildew on the floor. Broken - gates broken often, outdoor fireplace and TV have never worked.
This place is a hidden gem in Lawrenceville. The leasing agents are super knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive to all questions we had during the moving process. The amenities are always well maintained, and service requests are promptly addressed.

Best apartment consultant I’ve had ! Since day one Nicole has answered all calls and emails promptly . Any maintenance issues have been addressed either same day or next. Between the staff and the maintenance guys that have come , they all have been more than great . Glad to have had her as my leasing consultant ! ??
The Edison is so UNDER PRAISED let me tell you don’t believe any negative reviews First of all there is no issue of crime, break ins, thefts or physical fights among community Second : maintenance is awesome I be had Armando the chief of maintenance service my unit more than once always Informative and goes above and beyond to do what he can with getting replacements and scheduling things within quickest turn around; Buren Lee helped me understand about how to keep thermostat not higher than the Tempe outside or would freeze which what was happening and I haven’t had the issue since; Adonis had been super effective with changing out things when doing the repair job, maintenance are people just like you and me down to earth and apart of the community family and use the up most integrity in work! Third : leasing property manager GOOD LUCK finding a better one Aga will bend her back to ensure you recover fair and accurate service , Nicole will ensure you laugh and understand all there is to know, Angelo the assistant properly manager is very laid back but when you have the opportunity to work with him he allows his sunshine to brighten up your day with his energy and radiant personality LAST : When you weigh the comment against what you read on reviewed about trash or packages all those solutions have been addressed and just giving you my testimony if you want a SAFE, CARING , UPSCALE , AMENITY FILLED residence that your FAMILY can be there self in THE EDISON AT SUGARLOAF; I really challenge you to find a better community at the great rent price in this area !!

I came to tour with my girlfriend and let me tell you, you need Aga to do it!! She was super helpful and informative. While on tour we met the maintenance guy, Mondo was his name I think! He was nice as well but so was everyone else in the office! This place has moved up in my top 5 of places to move.

We are a family of four, we've lived here for a year and half. We love our apartment, we love the facilities, the gardens and location of the complex. But there is ONE thing we cannot tolerate one more day: a bad neighbor. There is NOT a peaceful moment due to a permanent noise coming from the apartment over us. We're going crazy! We've complained to the admin team but their "solution" is just giving us the police's phone number. I would much rather solve this issue somehow without involving police, but the administration is not willing to do anything. It is literally a desperate review, we're counting the days to move out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
