It may not have the flashy reputation of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but Sacramento embodies the very best of what makes California so unique. The city is well known for preserving its history, from early settlements like Sutter’s Fort to the gorgeous 19th century architecture of Old Sacramento to the artifacts in the Sacramento History Museum. Pop culture and the fine arts are well-represented, with local stages hosting symphony concerts and rock shows and galleries displaying works by the old masters as well as modern upstarts. The local restaurant scene is famous for its heavy emphasis on “farm to fork” principles, making it one of the best places to find fresh, locally sourced food.
Those living in Sacramento love to take advantage of the mild climate, whether that means biking the River Trail, taking the kids to Fairytale Town, or heading over to Sutter Health Park to catch a River Cats baseball game.

This place hands down is beautiful and the staff are amazing!!!
Ever since new management came aboard it’s difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office.

Thank you for your 5 star review! We appreciate the feedback.
I thought this was a great place to live, and it was until 3 weeks in. But, it wasn’t unlivable until the new property and office management took over. All of the great communication and the issues being fixed stopped once the new office management team took over. The new staff is lazy, incompetent, and demeaning. The common areas are always dirty. For instance; the yoga room floor is covered in dirt and debris, the grills are always caked in burnt food and residue, and they hardly police dog poop/pee. The gate and call box are often broken. No one is ever reprimanded for breaking the rules (such as loud music in the pool area, alcohol in the pool area, not cleaning the community grill after use, and exceeding the number of guests allowed in common area’s). There are ants and bugs. Car break ins and theft frequently happen within the grounds and the management team does nothing. They just blame you and say it’s your fault your car was broken into or your property was stolen. At first I loved living here but but the new management team has done everything to make me hate living here. They do a terrible job of managing the property, communicating with tenants, and doing the bare minimum of their jobs. I will not be renewing my lease and will be moving as soon as possible.

We're sorry to hear that your experience at The Eisley has not met your expectations. Our team is in the office 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call or send us a message via the resident portal so we can discuss this further.
The staff at the Eisley was great. I made an appointment to see the facilities online, they were on time, friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. They were extremely patient and flexible in working with my daughter and me, and our very different schedules throughout signing and moving in. Love the staff! The facilities are excellent. The gym is perfect. The pool and fire-pits are gorgeous.

NOISE: My room literally vibrates from the sound of music and bass and other people. Multiple times I have notified the office and nothing has changed. The “on-site” security team takes about an hour to get out and won’t make contact with people. PARKING: is atrocious hopefully you don’t have a second vehicle and have to park outside of the complex and have your car broken into. Broken glass lines the outside of the complex which is where roughly 40% of the parking seems to be here. I’ve had my vehicle broken into, the catalytic converter stolen, my roommates car broken into, his motorcycle stolen, and a friend of ours had their car hit so hard it got pushed onto the sidewalk. For about a month a car was sitting on blocks outside. If you want garage, good luck. I’ve been on the waitlist since around October and there are no updates even though they told me when I signed it would be around January that I’d get one. WASTE: Lots of animal waste everywhere too, but the limit of service done in that regard are the emails they send out to everyone as a reminder. Usually after Valet Living takes trash too there’s a ton of waste left behind everywhere too until they come back again. The apartments themselves are decent with nice features. Just about what you’d expect from “modern luxury”. It’s all a gimmick really. Also, prepare to get at least 5 emails a day from the Eisley about vehicles being towed, them “enforcing” the rules, and giving you reminders. The package room here is always full too so that’s fun trying to actually work around in there and get packages. Typically some just sit out in the open because they can’t fit until The Eisley sends them back. ——————————————————————— Updating my review because the neighbors continue to shake the room, but the apartment has only offered that I move instead. The apartment staff has a real “brush you off” after you’re in attitude about this and even though they have “talked to the neighbors” as well, nothing has changed. If you call the security too nothing happens or changes so don’t rely on that like they say. Typically the response time is sub-par anyways, hopefully you’re not in real danger. Overall, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Why would you want to pay for Midtown prices when you’re going to have to deal with the crime in the area, poor staff, and the other issues? You should value your time and everything more than that, everything is way too expensive nowadays for you to not have a comfortable home.

Beautiful apartments!! I love that they are brand new!! My floorplan is open-concept and feels so modern. The staff was so helpful! I am self-employed and have found it challenging in the past to rent places because of it, but Misoon asked me for specific documents right away and got me approved in just 3 days!!! She is so nice.

We're so glad to hear that you love your home and had a great leasing experience. We appreciate your wonderful review!
I was interested in a studio, so I contacted the office to see if they have availability for the March relocation plan. I was advised of a studio opening in March, but it has yet to be available on the website. I went onto the website and paid the $58.58 for the rental application. I then had an alarm on my phone that showed that I was charged an additional $206.00 of the Eisley, which I did not know. I immediately contacted them and discussed the holding deposit that was billed to my account. The representative has informed me that this is their process and that I have 72 hours to cancel if I choose not to proceed. At that point, I had the impression that they would be quick to take action. As I would have to ensure that the amount I'm going to provide for the security deposit is enough for my budgetary requirements. It was a Monday at the start of the week when I spoke with the representative. I've followed up every day since then. I talked to Simala on Wednesday, and she stated that I have to pay $2190, but she is still waiting for the manager to get back to her with the final amount. She then says she will call back on a Thursday, which would be the last day my 72nd hour is valid. No one ever called me back. I decided to put in another phone call on a Friday. I finally got a follow-up from Simila to check on my Eisley welcome email. I asked her for an exact down payment before I hung up. Her answer was $3,000 plus. The amount has gone up; surprisingly, this is not what I can afford. I told her I wanted my S200.00 because they did not exercise due diligence in contacting me about the pricing. I was treated unprofessionally and with no real intent to help future tenants clarify their forecasted amount. As a candidate, I should have been informed of the situation within the appropriate timeframe to make the right decision for myself and my budget. They provided no services and intended to take money from future applicants only for what they considered to be their right to retain and have. The effort to communicate diligently, to say nothing of treating people with respect, integrity, and compassion with fairness, really doesn't exist for this directorate. Nobody deserves to be ripped off! This company has never taken on the responsibility of accepting its failure to act quickly. On top of that, their incompetence cost me $200, and I got out of the business without money and an apartment.
