Property Ratings at The Elaine
I have lived in a one bedroom in the Elaine for 13 months and can't recommend it enough. My apartment is spacious and has huge south-facing windows. In selecting an apartment (aside from the location), having lots of natural light throughout the space was important to me, and my unit in the Elaine exceeded my expectations. I've even been able to angle my couch so that I have a gorgeous view of the spires of the National Cathedral while I watch Netflix. Antonio, the manager, is kind and responsive. The building is fairly quiet, and the neighbors are nice- mostly college kids. I will miss The Elaine!
Antonio and the team at The Elaine are wonderful. While the building is older, it is well maintained and I have had a great time living here. The location cannot be beat!
We loved living here. Location is great! walkable to restaurants and gorgeous green space of the Cathedral. Manager Antonio is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. When we toured he made us feel already at home. Great public transportation options just down the block. very responsive to maintenance requests. Apartments are well equipped and comfortable.
