We moved from Washington and Malia really helped make the process of applying and moving in go smoothly. My sister was able to tour the place prior to us making the decision to move here. Malia has been awesome and very knowledgeable in what she does. Thank you Malia for all your help and all the back and forth emails. We’ve been here for 3 weeks now and we love living here. Very convenient location and the amenities are definitely being used by us. We love the pool and gym! Everything is clean.

The office staff, especially Malia, have been nothing less than professionally cordial in all of our dealings she was also a key reason we finally settled on moving into the Element. Since our move we have also had great and positive interactions with the maintenances team, Ren and Sherry. The location, amenities and cleanliness of the Element also factored into our decision.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and have only grown to love it more with each year. The apartment is beautiful, updated and the community is exceptionally well kept. I have nothing but good things to say about living here!
I have lived at the Element for 3 years since it was finishing the last building. I do think a lot of money and effort is put into landscaping which I appreciate the beauty some of the money may be better spent in better appliances in the units they are very basic for this price point
We love it here! It is newly built, the community is very nice, and some amenities around the neighborhood are still under construction. The floor plans and amenities are amazing, and the monthly rent is reasonable.
The community is clean, safe, friendly and quiet. It is well laid out and close to local amenities.
Overall our experience at The Element has been wonderful! We really enjoy living here.

I don’t know…once you experience this central air with washer and dryer in your unit along with pool, gym and Amazon hub, you might not want to go anywhere else. These are all great things but when things need to be fixed, you need a trustworthy, competent and motivated maintenance team, and that’s exactly what the Element has.
Love the security and the landscaping. Control over pool entry should be better controlled to keep many, many non residents out on weekends.

The Element is a great place to live at. They have a wonderful staff that is approachable and efficient. My leasing professional made my moving process very simple and not difficult. The area is close to the freeway which makes everything accessible. Also the amenities are top tier; the spacious gym and pool? talk about elevated living!

I moved into The Element a year ago when it was under the wonderful previous management. Several months later the apartments were sold and were put under new management. The new management is absolutely awful!!! The people who work in the management office are unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and do nothing to resolve resident's problems. I have been hung up on several times by the staff in management office when I called them about complaints such as residents smoking in their apartments and stinking up the hallways with cigarette smoke, residents not cleaning up after their pets when the urinate or crap in the hallways, residents dropping a case of beer in the hallway and not cleaning it up. The management wants the world to think that The Element is a wonderful perfect place to live, so their ignore the problems here and remove negative reviews.
We love living here! Service is amazing and amenities are also very good as well!! Both the Maintenance team and leasing center go above and beyond for any questions and concerns we have. I would especially like to give props to Brandon as he is always very helpful, quick, and efficient with his work.
Lack of professionalism, lack of rental /credit approval process, non existent listening skills, lack of problem resolution skills. Beautiful new apartments(many empty) run by a major corporation whose only concern is money and prestige. Good luck after you sign that lease and any problem or issue arises.

I've had issues with a neighbor that smokes from the beginning of this lease, previously was working with the manager about it. This is supposed to be a smoke free community unfortunately not everyone abides by the rules. Since being here I've had issues with my monthly bill. Another issue I had with previous management and they never fixed the issue. New management had fixed the issue, but just recently the new bill with this new provider Conservice I'm having issues with unknown charges. Had my husband contact the front office and have it explained, we paid the extra charges waiting to see if we will have the same issue next month. I've had a stress free no issues with Greystar management taking my monthly bills it all made sense for maybe 2 pay periods but with this new provider I can't say the same. Again I've had to deal with monthly payment issues since the start of my lease. For this reason I'm not sure I'd recommend The Element.
I love it at The Elements — the friendly staff, amenities, and the location.
