Property Ratings at The Element
Bad management, liars and disrespect. Pictures are not of apartments . I was evicted tho I paid all of my late rent before my court date. These apartments flooded during Harvey and they lied and said it didn’t

I am sorry to hear that about your experience one this i will assure you we were not affected by the hurricane damage.
The sidewalks flood, there are stray cats everywhere, and if you need any maintenance be prepared to be placed on a long and forgotten waiting list. Jessica the manger has forgotten that the tenants don't work for her, she works for the tenants.
The Element,is one of the better properties on Greens Road. The staff here is always friendly. I cant wait til the pool completed,it was beautiful before I can only imagine what it will look like once they are finished. Our complex is the only one on Greens Rd that didn't get flooded on last year& they are still upgrading the apts. I have easy access to the freeway. This place will be my family & I home until I move in my house.
Renter beware! The images shown must have been taken 20 years ago. The grounds and parking lot are run down. The parking lot is filled with children playing until well past dark. The beauty of the surrounding area stands in stark contrast to the ugliness you find inside the security gates. The office staff is dismissive. I was able to finally move in to the first floor 2-1 almost a month after the date they knew I needed it; and it's on the 2nd floor. I've had to jump through hoops to finally get in to this place though I would have gone with option 2 or 3 had I been more diligent. Each time I follow their instructions to get things in order, I find there's always one more thing someone else should have mentioned to me. I've heard every variation of I'm sorry. (Oh I am so sorry. I'm really sorry. I'm truly sorry. etc.) There's mold on the patio; mold on the inside of the window frames and mold on the stairs leading up to the unit. I've barely started on the move-in checklist and my hand is starting to cramp. I can't believe anyone gave this complex more than a single star rating. Unless I discover a supermodel neighbor; this is going to be a totally negative experience.
From the staff, to the location, to the inside of my apartment home. Me & my family are in love. We are highly valued here as resident's & with any issue. It has been resolved. Thank you so much to the office staff. For welcoming me & my family a much needed all around "home." We are more than thrilled to live here.
Aside from the filters for the AC's to be replaced just about every month, I don't really have any complaints. I received my 9th and 14th month of my lease for $99. I'm renewing my lease for another year. I can't speak for others, I haven't had any real issues, and pray it stays that way.
I was nine months pregnant looking and searching for an apartment I thought I had found the perfect apartment I put my 300 dollar disposit down and all other fees. I had everything packed and ready to move then they told me I couldn't get the apartment and I couldn't get my money back either. I was so devasted and lost I only had a few weeks before my child came and I still didn't have my apartment. Thats when I looked up apartments.com and seen some apartments very close to me so I went in the lease office and they were so nice to me Ms.dorrian my lease agent help me get my apartment in less than a week with no complications and low rent since I've been living here I haven't had not one complaint. I would recommend everyone that's looking for a nice and quite place to come over here.
We only live here for two months and we love the floor because its easier to sweep and mop. The air conditioning is very good and its cold. The pool always locked and uncleaning. My door lock is issues and gate too.. maintenance is good he did came fix toilet,ac but i told maintenance to fix the lock and gate and blinder but never came to fix it. The landlord is ok. overall we love this apt tho ;)
