Getting bad out here. Somebody broke in my car and some of these neighbors are super weird. Been putting in work orders for my AC. Which was suppose to be a brand new unit. Work order gets created then cancel. There no communication with the office at all. They'll tell you one thing. But will not stand on what they say... need new management.

When we moved in we had no hot water for about 2 weeks. Roaches everywhere, dog crap everywhere, been without properly working AC for 7 months now . Gate has been wide open since we moved in. Doors on the gates are welded shut to keep “ homeless people out” they just walk through the open gate. Work orders get completed without anybody doing anything. Maintenance just opens apartment doors unannounced when they do look into work orders. .

People break into cars unsafe for people with kids. Mold and roach infested apartments. Please don’t move in save your money and be safe

Reposting this gem again: This place is horrible. Fresh paint doesn’t hide the fact that this place needs to be condemned. They will screw you out of your deposit and will report you directly to Genesis Collections for small issues with the apartment after you vacate. They are very deceptive and will not notify you! They know what they do. They charge you a monthly pest control fee but this place is infested with small roaches. The dumpers are usually overflowing and the weekend parties outside are out off control. Kids outside trash the area everyday, people do not pick up after their pets, maintenance response is usually a long wait, and the laundry room is always trashed and has broken equipment. Please please please stay clear of this place. Save yourself the heartache.
