Ridiculous Charges
To be honest, the complex for me was okay, as a single person needs just a clean and quiet place to stay in. However, it is ridiculous to be charged $650 upon moving out, since they said they wanted to replace the glass stovetop, which looked good

Look elsewhere
Where to start! This apartment complex is ran by some really rude, non-helpful, leasing specialists. I have lived here for almost a year and I cannot wait to get out. The staff purposely avoid contact with tenants to not deal with issues that do matter. On top of that they blatantly lie even after contradicting themselves. The walls and floors are PAPER THIN. You can hear people arguing, stomping, yelling and god knows what else. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in Germantown; 5 different ones in the past 8 years, and this one is by far THE WORST. The minute you call them out, they get super defensive and try to act like they care but when you start to email and call them to confront them with issues, they hide and avoid you. I advise looking far from here.

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS AND STELLAR STAFF!!
I moved into my apartment in March. It is amazing here! The community is beautiful. The apartments are brand new and huge, with tons of natural light. The management and leasing staff are wonderful. Ron, Elena, Sandra and Meredith all make you feel comfortable, welcome and at home. Ron worked with me throughout the entire leasing process. He was so patient and kind. I was having difficulty choosing an apartment. He was gracious and kind every time that I called, stopped by the office to ask a question, or asked to see an apartment. He even came in on his day off to ensure that I had everything that I needed and that my move went smoothly. Ron is Awesome! A wonderful experience with the leasing process and I LOVE my apartment!

everything you want in a community
Lets start off with location. You honestly can walk to most places and brand new community. The apartments are gorgeous and make it feel like a home. Elena, Sandra and Ron were awesome! Amazing apartment and leasing office personnel
I came to visit the new apartments and was kindly met by the leasing office personnel. They explained all the options on renting apartments that available and gave us an amazing tour. Once inside the model apartment they walked us through all the parts of the apartment and explained how certain things would be slightly different in other apartment but basic would stay the same. The apartments are amazing and spacious with ample parking space. It also has great amenities as I saw on the map of the place in the leasing office. Very close to various restaurants and shopping plazas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, spacious and friendly environment!!

Perfect place to stay!
I love living here! it's a very beautiful community and the apartments are brand new and so spacious! Very peaceful and quiet, serene area as well. SO AMAZING!
I moved to the elms in January and it has been such an amazing experience so far. Sandra is amazing and made my move so much easier she was very helpful and knowledgeable she is also assisting my mother and grandmother make their move to the elms. AMAZING PROPERTY AND AWESOME STAFF!!!
This property is beautiful, the apartments are spacious and the kitchen are spacious with plenty cabinet. The leasing staff especially Sandra is so nice, amazing and very helpful. Poor experience
I visited The Elms yesterday and met with a gentleman named Ron. He was extremely RUDE, condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to get out of there! The apartment was lovely but would never move there knowing that’s what I would have to encounter if I needed assistance! My advice go anywhere else!

I love it here!
Elena is amazing, and always makes sure her residents are happy! Everyone in the leasing office is welcoming, but Elena is so charismatic and genuine, which makes my stay here amazing! And the apartments are amazing too, so it helps a lot!

Amazing Staff!!
I am in the process of moving into this apartment complex. The staff has been so hopefully and understanding as well a friendly. Elena has been amazing and beyond wonderful with helping me find the right apartment!!! Thank you again.
