Jose was extremely helpful from the start. From calling to confirm an initial viewing to checking to see how we are getting settled in. He did a video call to show me the exact unit I would be in. He helped get everything pushed through as we were on a super tight time crunch to find an apartment within 24 hours. He worked around us moving in with his coworkers on his day off to ensure we were able to get the keys to our apartment in a timely manner. Overall we have had great initial experiences. I only give a four star to the unit itself as it is older and there are some features that could be updated but are manageable. Parking can be a little tight but also something to be expected with such a large community. Overall seems to be a great location as well.
The customer service at this property is amazing! We recently relocated from Florida and we were able to get everything done prior to our move-in. It has been great working with Ty. He is extremely helpful and responsive. At times the phone wouldn’t be answered but if I sent an email or left a message, someone would respond within a reasonable time. I’ve been in property management for about 10 years and have been quite impressed with this company and their on-site staff! I look forward to living here!

I enjoy living here and the friendliness of staff. Very caring and compassionate. Maintenance team members are very professional and friendly. Although not yet able to participate in community events, I'm looking forward to attending my first one soon.

My apartment is very spacious and i am able to fit my stuff in my home without having to rent out storage space. I am happy about that and its a good place to host friends.

This is a great place to live because of how easily i can access all that i need. I am new to the area so i wasn't really aware of how close i really am to everything. When my family comes to visit, we go to the huge mall that is literately across the street. Driving to places is easy because i can get to an highway in less than 5 minutes. I also love being close to the airport. The people that work there are also very helpful and friendly. I am happy i chose to live here.

The apartment complex is second to none. You have it all, amenities such as fitness center, poll, a great mall and restaurants walking distance and grocery shopping. The best part however is the staff, they always treat you with a great deal of respect and with such a positive vibe. I had the experience of submitting a work order (for minor fixtures) and they were completed professionally and promptly. I never waiting more than a couple of hours from when I submitted the work order and the work was completed. If you want a stress free experience, high end luxury with top notch amenities, look no further.

nice quiet area, near the mall and casino. short distance to 295 and 95 as well as the airport.
What I love most is how spacious and naturally lighted my apartment is. With vaulted ceilings and sky light windows, the natural light floods in. The slider door is one and a half times a standard door, letting the breeze flow in. Also, living on the back woodline gives me the privacy I want, but it's conveniently close to everything I may need in town.
