As a newcomer still every thing is Good the house is clean the leasing department is hospitality is Good I hopefully everything is keeping Going for the future!!

Very helpful staff and management. They were efficient and answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Very nice amenities as well.

Super great community! Neighbors are quiet and courteous. The community is kept clean. I always feel safe here. If I ever have a problem it’s fixed right away!

Great community! It’s quiet, well maintained, and just overall a place I love living. My neighbors are courteous and it’s clean. They recently painted as well to make the community look even nicer

Comunidad bastante tranquila , apartamentos lindos y lucen como nuevos , nunca he tenido problemas con insectos o cucarachas , el condominio fue pintado recientemente

Quiet community, leading office staff very friendly, property kept neat. Moving in was a breeze, lots of shopping, entertainment and restaurants nearby.

I really enjoy living here at Emerson. The location is great. The apartment is nice and spacious and all/any issues that have come up have been taken care of rather quickly.

My Pod storage unit (which was kept next to my apartment) was broken into within a month of moving here, so theft is an issue. Neighbors are friendly and the kids love to hang out at the pool.

I was having a hard time trying to find a place. I couldn’t really picture myself in any apartment without finding flaws. On a random Tuesday… I came across The Emmerson Apartments. Something just told me “I need to check it out!” So I did, and right off the bat the clubhouse was just gorgeous, and then I met a staff member Sarah, and she was just so helpful and overall so kind to help me out. I asked questions, even the dumb ones. Now this is my first time getting an apartment, so I’m sure to her she had heard every question a million times before but she was reassuring and honest. I really really appreciated it! Anyways when I saw the apartment I knew I HAD to have it! And I was able to get it. Thanks to the help of Sarah dealing with my many questions, emails and phone calls. I’m just now settling in and everything is perfect. 10/10

Great place the only downfall for us is the AC unit, it doesn't get cold on the master bedroom side. Other than that great place to be love the amenities.

I love the Emerson. It’s very clean, quiet, and an overall great community. I haven’t had one issue and that’s pretty great for any apartment complex!

My experience in the condominium is very good, so far I have felt well cared for when I have requested any service. When I have had to go to the reception with a concern they have explained it to me satisfactorily and there have been no problems.

I’ve been living here for over 6 months already and it one of the best places. Staff is very nice and respectful. The apartment complex is very comfortable to live in.

Lovely, quite family-based community. I loved living here during my lease term. Maintenance and office staff were fast and friendly with their response. I love that the staff cares about their residents and love the community building they do by bringing food trucks, ice cream and other treats for us to enjoy

4/18/24 - I'm in my last month here. Moving for the following reasons: I need a bigger place with attached garage, a balcony, walla too thin& I am tired of paying toll fees. Overall, Emerson apartments is a nice place to live. The people in the office are nice. They keep property grounds nice year around. Shopping center is about 5 min away. They have a program where you can earn points for gift cards. Note: some of the finishes are poor. Like the sink in the kitchen is very shallow, imperfections in the wood and off centered cabinets. They still do not recycle. If you enjoy outside space, not having a balcony will get old. Close to Round Rock, TX(R.R.), and Williamson County Line. Williamson county gets alot of severe weather. 2 years ago, I saw the R.R. tornado from my front door. Overall, I would recommend this community. If you happen to get mostly quiet neighbors, you won't deal with noise so bad but if you have loud neighbors with loud pets, it can affect your experience here.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. My experience has been wonderful here at the Emerson the staff has made the transition to moving so smooth and professional. Sierra kept me update as to how my application was being processed and what I needed to do next. When I was having trouble getting into the link she quickly resolved the issue for me

The apartments are comfortable, look really nice the only down is the noise that we can hear our neighbors and they can hear us but apart from that everything it’s been real nice.

Always quiet and peaceful in our community. When I am able to get out and around everyone is so friendly. Maintenance is always taking care to make sure everything is going smoothly and looks great.

Don’t move here unless you want to hear everything your neighbors are doing. The walls are extremely thin. Also good luck finding parking close to your unit.

Desde que me mudé me siento súper bien. Me encanta la atención que tienen con toda la comunidad, las actividades y sobre todo la forma en que se comunican con nosotros y todas las informaciones que nos brindan.

We absolutely love it here, now. We first moved in we had a really bad mold issue that was put off and put off for at least a year. New owners came in we resubmitted our maintenance request concerning the mold, and in less than two weeks a mold cleaning company was here cleaning our vents, replacing vent covers, and repainting areas that had contact with the mold. The front office staff are always so welcoming. We were able to rent the clubhouse to host a baby shower. One a very cold day of school we were allowed to enter the building to get our kids out of the cold, while waiting on the school bus. (Although it was before opening hours) The Maintenance Crew here now are awesome. Requests are handled super fast and they know what they are doing. Can't wait for summer. We love it here!

My resident experience has been one of my greatest experiences. The property workers went above and beyond in assisting me with finding the perfect apartment to making sure all my paperwork went smoothly. Everyone in. The office is so nice and professional! I can tell already things are going to be great here!

Overall very very good. I feel like there are some areas in need of improvement. Overall tho I’m very happy and the support staff here across the board is the best.

good community, nice living arrangement, and over all a good place to live. There are nice amenities for residents, good communication between the office and residents letting us know of up coming events or if the office will be closed. Fast maintenance help too, the process to put in a request is quick and easy and the help is just as good.

I love Emerson! Every one keeps to themselves and for the most part are quiet! It’s a clean community which I love. There’s never any trash around and people pick up after their pups

The experience in this condominium is very good, I have only been living there for 2 months and they have been excellent. We have felt wonderful, and I like the activities they have done. Everything is very clean and pretty.
