My experience so far has been amazing! I love the overall community and there are plenty of fun things to do that are close by. Highly recommend this place for all ages but I believe this is the perfect fit if you are younger!
Move-in process was easy. I do wish the pool and gym were open but I understand why they are not.

The complex is clean and safe the most important reason I stay here. Even with Covid, there is still little access to the amenities.
The Enclave is lovely! And Todd, the leasing manager was incredibly helpful when we were inquiring with him about considering to move in all through to signing our lease. We had to do everything over the phone in another state and he was very quick to respond and made sure we got exactly what we were asking for. He even welcomed us the day we moved in and has been very helpful with maintenance requests. Hes super friendly and does a great job! Its quite here and the community of people seem to be very friendly so far. My partner and I especially appreciate the proximity to a large grassy area we can take our dog to. Its big enough to play fetch in and sheltered and away from major streets. This complex is also walking distance from Sprouts! Literally just a five minute walk and the walk is enjoyable because you go through a park area with a pond full of ducks and turtles, picnic tables, grassy areas to lounge in weather permitting, and Spokes when bars are open again! The landscaping is pretty too, lots of tree coverage and well maintained grass for dogo potty breaks. Were very pleased with our decision to move here and plan on staying for quite some time! Definitely check this complex out when considering your next home. Were very happy and comfortable here!

moved here to be closed to Hudson School. Closed to I-60 freeway..several fast food restaurant s. Groceries store and library near by.
The Enclave is my first apartment and I am blown away by how amazing it has been since moving in. Such an easy process for a first time renter and a great unit to call my own!
The community is safe, quiet, well maintained, and close to everything as in everything!
The place, in general, is very homey, very welcoming, people are decent. I love how the ground keeping is well maintained and very greeny too. It is a walking distance from Sprouts, goodwill, restaurants, my school, and parks(love the park behind the community, it is like a welcome Oasis). The apartment is a 2-minute drive to Fry's, gasoline stations and 10 mins drive to whole foods, Tempe lake, hospitals. There is also an Orbit Shuttle that you can take to go around Tempe and to the light rail. I am happy and content here. Just lucky to find this place as my home! Peace. (Jo & Butchy)
My A/C was blowing hot air. I called the office and placed the service. In 20 min maintenance came and located the problem. I was very impressed by how quickly they came to fix it. I greatly appreciate their promptness.
Before moving in to our apartment they decided that at least minute, the week of our move they would do a half renovation ( increasing the previous stated rental cost). It was last minute we couldn’t very well find anything else in less than a week. When we moved in nothing was complete, our kitchen drawers don’t have handles, paint stains everywhere and our fridge like to fall apartment randomly ( the shelves just fall). 3 Months later our sinks don’t drain, and the tub has major water damage, the ceilings have water stains and today our cabinets straight fell off the hinges. I’ve gone to the office multiple times and all there is excuses. This place is not worth the money we pay every month especially for a “half renovation”. Save yourself the trouble, all of the apartments are like this one and they won’t make it right no matter how many times you go to complain.
Everything about this complex was amazing start to finish. I only stayed for 7 months, but if I could’ve afforded to switch from 2 beds to a 1 bed, I would’ve!! Everyone in management is so friendly, always willing to help with whatever you need. Maintence always fixed whatever issues I had the NEXT DAY after I submitted my request. The amenities are top notch. The complex is mostly quiet. Only complaint I have is that we constantly could hear the people above us, but I think that had more to do with the tenants. Overall, this place was amazing and I’d recommend to anyone!

I lived in this apartment for 3 years. The management office dropped me like a hot potato when I left. They charged me over $600 when I left although I cleaned up the apt. When I asked the leasing office about it, what they said is that I should return the apt as I first moved in. I cleaned the appliances, but it is not new anymore so they charged the cleaning and the replacement fees to me. I painted the dirty parts of the wall, but they said it is not new so they charged the full paint fee as well as the labor fee to me. I cleaned the countertop, but what they said is it is not new so they charged the countertop resurface fee to me. They also charged me the replacement fees of many things and even taxes of the replacements. Because I have experiences to live in other apartments, the management office didn't change the fee like this amount when I left those apartments because I always try to clean up the apts. I am very disappointed by the way they treat me after I left.

I have lived at this apartment for 2 years and had nothing but positive experiences. However, at the time of move out, there were numerous issues. They were supposed to do a walk through to make sure there was no damage. I waited all day for the office to come and it was never done. Then I paid for the apartment to be professionally cleaned top to bottom and they tried to charge me almost $1,000 in 'damages' that didn't exist. Luckily, I took lots of pictures before dropping my keys. I am in the middle of fighting these charges now. Save yourself the trouble, move in somewhere else.

We just moved from CO to AZ and found this place! They had a great rate going on during summer. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially the maintenance guys! The pool is a great spot to lay out and enjoy the wonderful fall AZ air and cool down in the summer, while grilling your favorite food. It's a quick walk to the grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. It's also just close enough to ASU's downtown campus to bike and enjoy Mill ave's nightlife, while providing a great place at night to study! The newly remodeled apartments are extremely comfortable as well and very aesthetically pleasing.

The Enclave is a beautiful place to live and we have enjoyed our time here. Tranquil neighborhood, pet friendly (I love meeting the neighbors' dogs), gas grills near the main pool are excellent. The location is very convenient. Hop on US 60, close to 101, biking distance to ASU, walking distance to the Orbit line to ASU. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Landscape is immaculate, except the sidewalks are VERY slippery when wet either from sprinklers or rain. I've almost slipped several times. Our only real complaint is the exorbitant increases they gave us when we went to renew our lease. We always paid our rent on time. In order to go month to month after successfully completing a 12 month lease, the rent would have to go up $700 per month. We should have more flexibility since we have proven ourselves as worthy, reliable tenants but there is no flexibility because it is a mandate from a corporate office. To cancel a lease there is a 2 month penalty, also outrageous. Feels like highway robbery.
