The Enclave Apartments at Waterways

Good experience so far. Although it falls short in some areas, the administration is very present in community matters. The maintenance team does an excellent job.

It's a great experience living at The Enclave at Waterways! The whole community is clean, quiet, and beautifully kept. The staff is awesome, super friendly, always professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance needs. It's clear they really care about the residents !!

Staff is nice. I wish the tickets were taken care of faster . Property manager is nice. Neighbors need to pick up their dog poop. Events are nice

Overall, a good experience. Sometimes they overlook some necessary maintenance in common areas, such as trash removal and refilling the propane for the grill.

It's been very pleasant the apartment is cozy for the both of us the staff are courteous and respectful the only thing that I have a Problem with is the entry gate not working and staying open every night which is being paid for off everyone rent and I think that should be first priority to be fixed at this compound for everyone security. Other than that we're good :)

The Enclave at Waterways is an excellent place to call home with plenty of amenities and a peaceful and well maintained community with beautiful surroundings. The staff is amazing !! always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and taken care of. The Enclave truly feels like home.

The community is well maintained by the staff and maintenance team. They are always taking care of the gardens and making necessary repairs. Maintenance requests are almost always handled quickly and efficiently. It’s a peaceful place, but unfortunately, some neighbors are quite dirty.

Becoming a resident was a delightful process, they were so nice and answered all our questions and has awesome venders that come to the community to serve us!

The entire office staff are lovely, friendly and attentive. My children and I especially enjoy the community events. They’re the best I’ve ever seen.

We love it here, been living here since 2015, property is a well maintained, the maintenance staff are polite,. Leasing staff are great, especially Rashad! Very people friendly and understanding.

Great place quiet clean and resident are very friendly, everyone keeps to them self no issues whatsoever. Lots to do here there’s pools gym little cafe I believe food trucks every Friday.

We are so excited to be moving into The Enclave! Kayla was so helpful with providing the information needed in a timely manner and was so quick with answering any questions we had.

Everything is awesome , all clean and organized. Very electronic is my favorite part, I like the gym and the pools. They are always there to help you at the office

We love it here! Been here for 9years now, the property is still very beautiful and quiet. The management team is amazing and they are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring! Shout out to the best property manager and assistant property manager Nakoya and Rashad and to our fabulous Leasing agent Kayla you guys are all awesome and you have turned this place around. It once again feels like a community with all the resident activities you host to bring us together. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed at all.. I totally recommend Enclave at Waterways to anyone looking for a sense of community that is also a safe place to live and raise a family!

The staff here was very nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner! The apartments when moved was extremely clean and if there is any problems they come and fix it an a timely manner!

My wife and I are about to sign I think my 12th or 13th, could be 14th lease with The Enclave. What else can I say, WE just LOVE it here. The office staff is great, maintenance as well! The amenities are awesome, and location location location! What else can I say???

I love the aesthetic of the apartments and the vaulted ceilings. The community feels safe, and the location is convenient. The pool area is very nice and is always clean. The cons are that the gates are always open, parking is not good in the evening they charge you for internet with ATT although I have another company that I was using and preferred.

Living at The Enclave at Waterways is a nice. I enjoy living here, it’s quiet and clean. The staff is wonderful and everyone is friendly. The food trucks and family events are really awesome perks too.

Move in was easy but a little concerning with pest. Overall really nice counter top for kitchen and spacious closet space in bedroom. Love the balcony and the large windows for scenary.

The grounds are beautiful. The swimming pool is really pretty. The people are really nice. Plenty of parking for yourself and guests. Prices are great.

I appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood; it feels like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Having a balcony is such a great feature, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

It’s been alright. There has been a few minor things that just don’t get attended to but it’s been a decent year living here. Just be prepared for some neglect but it’s a good neighborhood

It’s a nice and quiet place to live. Great location to all the main roads to travel to work or hitting the roads for vacation etc. Also, many good store and restaurant near by.

I’ve seen many mangers and staff come and go. However the property is very quiet and peaceful great place to raise a family. The current staff from the property manager right down to the maintenance staff are always willing to listen and assist in any way they are very flexible, professional and most importantly, accommodating Rashad and Nakoya is extremely helpful and understanding and by far this current group of staff is one of the best that has been here. The only thing is I wish they would update all the apartments. But all in all it is a great place to live and my family and I had enjoyed every moment of it for 9yrs now!! I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a sense of community and place to live

So far so good with apartment my girlfriend and i are happy to start our life together here. Great amenities and quiet place to live. Would recomend

I have been living here for a few years and can’t complain. The apartments are spacious but they do not include a lot of storage (closets). The rooms are decent sized and separated.
