Property Ratings at Enclave
The enclave has a good community they have good security plus good parking
Enclave is a wonderful community with a lot to offer and the price is great for my budget.
Everyone does what they want here at the Enclave. Lease agreement has many rules that no one enforces, not one. Management needs to read lease agreement and enforce rules and policies. At least a few. But not one is enforced.
The Enclave community is very nice and the management/ maintenance team keeps the property very well maintained.
The apartment itself checks off all our boxes. Large closet space, Central AC, modern look, and laundry hookups.
I enjoy coming home, the community is friendly & welcoming
Great place. Cool to live here. Pleasant community.
They can keep the grounds up a little bit better then they do, also fix the gate locks on the side gates were you just can't walk in we're you need a key to unlock the gates, but overall I love my unit, except for the people above me.
Enclave is a nice complex and I see the upgrades and innovative improvements that’s coming and it great. The community is welcoming and it’s child and animal friendly. I really love the place.
Love the apartment the management team seems to be a little stress but very friendly. Would recommend this apartment to other
The units are real nice a little off-balance but they're nice
I’ve had many issues with these apartments. I love the community and layout but they are very dirty and most it’s hard to get someone in to do a good maintenance request.
I moved here short term so I can be close to work while I look for long term housing, Im 30 years old and brought my pregnant wife and 6 month old to what I thought was a decent apartment. Boy was I wrong!! The management changes every year so there’s no accountability, roaches EVERYWHERE, Dog urine everywhere, paper thin ceilings so you hear your upstairs neighbor all day, maintenance is far behind it took me living here 3 months before the dishwasher that wasn’t working the day I moved in. These apartments are the equivalent to lipstick on a pig.
My experience with Enclave has been okay/good overall. Residents need to be more clean as it shows in all buildings. Safety and Cleanliness is major
Overall a great place to stay! yes I would recommend The Enclave
I like the apartment itself. I'm in a corner unit next to the dog park and it quiet. I share a bedroom wall with the next unit's bedroom but no one lives there currently. My upstairs neighbors don't make too much noise and I feel comfortable. There are two BIG issues that I have. First, the place smells like weed. It can't be helped as it is now legalized. The second is that the management does not respond to repair tickets. I currently have 7 pending tickets over 45 days old. One is a window that was shot with a BB and has a hole in it. It also doesn't open. I have called the leasing office but they don't answer and the office is perpetually closed. I'm writing this review because now my sink will not drain and I don't expect them to respond any time soon.
Management is very rude an unprofessional, but has no problem asking for deposits. Constantly have to call them to ask about the process... only to be given the run around.
Currently been here for a year and within the 1st week we knew we made a mistake. Building looks nice from the outside. The apartments themselves are not bad looking but you can tell they were made with the cheapest type of material. My counters in the kitchen are being held up by a small ring. The cabinet had fell off the first week. The microwave handle broke off the FIRST DAY we moved in! Our door in the bathroom also came off. The amount of mold in our mold is disgusting. They’ve already came to fix it but it didn’t do anything. The little kids running around here are rude as hell. Ding ding ditching at midnight! The trash chute is AWFUL. The people here are just so messy and nasty. Not worth the $$$. You hear everything thru the walls. Roaches everywhere! This place is just nasty. I feel so gross living here. I suggest not moving here at all. No matter how nice the newly renovated apartments look, don’t bother!! You will hate coming home because there is never any peace and quiet. NEVER.
Not a good place to live...if you are looking for safe, quiet, no smoke. Smell of cigarette smoke and weed smoke is nauseating. Not very clean...they rarely hose down or power wash walkways. Many people don’t pick up after their dogs. They say dogs under 25 lbs, but there are many dogs over 50 lbs. Security is non existent, in the one year that I lived there I say a security guard less than 10 times (and usually smoking or talking to young girls). And they’ll nickel and dime you to death. Horrible experience.
Worse place to live. Everyone smokes weed. The hallways and elevators smell like weed. Pet poop all over and the manager is rude. Lived here only a year and happy to be moving. Since informing managers of my move the two lady's have been nothing but mean and rude. We have had our cars broken into twice while living here in the underground parking lot. Our car is directly under the security cameras and still nothing was done. Police are always at the u it's for fights. You pay for things you don't have here such as working security cameras, security guards who sit and smoke weed with people at night.
you can make the Enclave apartments your home miss beautiful landscape and the amenities are swimming pool jacuzzi weight room computer room also great commute right next door to the 105/605 freeway if you love luxury make the Enclave your home
I've lived here for 1 year and it's a nice building, the apartments themselves are nice, space is decent. Bad thing is they have changed management twice since I moved here and now new management barely answers the phone when calling, there's always trash in hallways and broken glass in drive way. For as expensive as rent is somethings should be better than they are.
The distinctive one-and two-bedroom apartments at the Enclave features custom touches including wood-style flooring, large soaking tubs, fireplace, and tall windows community is pet friendly, 24-hour fitness center. The Enclave is a commuter's dream,as 1-105 and 710,and other major hiahways are with in minutes, the common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful.
I love the closet space. Quiet building. Security isnt the best, should be 24hrs a day. Other than that its a great apartment.
I've lived here for over 8 years now. I've seen a lot of management companies come and go. Recently, they've finally started making people follow the rules in their lease. This helps me and a lot of my neighbors that actually respect where we live. I hope it keeps getting better, even the fire pit in the pool is really cool!
I love living here! Management is GREAT!!! When I first moved here, the property wasn't so modern. They are currently going under construction and it is making the property so much nicer!
Been living here for 3 years with my family. I love my apartment and neighbors. And this is really my home sweet home.
