Property Ratings at Enclave Apartments
Mold on windows, spiders and ants everywhere. All the bushes around the complex causes so many spiders to live here. I don't know why they dont just cut them all. They charge you for water that includes the water they use to water the grass. During moving time they will charge you for just about everything even after they keep half you deposit for cosmetic upgrades. Money pit don't move in.
I am pleased to recommend The Enclave Apartments to prospective tenants. During the pandemic I was able to easily apply for and obtain a lease for a lovely 2-bedroom unit without having to visit in person. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, particularly when Spectrum mistakenly delivered my modem and router weeks before my scheduled move in. When I arrive the unit was immaculate. I had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the friendly maintenance staff. The neighborhood is quiet, but the location in Southeast Reno is close by to a large variety of local businesses, including the new DMV branch. Now that Spring has arrived I can see the grounds are well maintained. All in all this is a very pleasant place to live.
Enclave Apartment has a lot of green landscape. This is a gated community, makes me feel secure. The apartment is spacious. Beautiful balcony. I love the fact that I can do my laundry inside the apartment. I can't even hear my neighbors. The office staff are one of the nicest folks i have ever met. If you have any problem, the maintenance folks show up right away. This is home sweet home.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, safe place , the property is well maintained.
For the love of all that is good do not be fooled by this AWFUL complex. Yes, the units are pretty when they are shown to you and it looks like a lovely place to live. I am very budget conscious and also very safety conscious. Willing to make sacrifices to get both those things. This place is NOT WORTH IT. Please do not waste your time. When I moved in I was charged over 2 grand in deposits and fees. I meticulously documented and photographed the apartment at move in. The complex harassed me over my dog while turning their head at my neighbors dogs. I once had an issue where my toilets water would not stop running and it was running up my water bill. I gave them permission to enter while I was at work and came home to find the maintenance man had used all my clean towels and my CLOTHES from my laundry basket to soak up the toilet water and then tossed them soaking wet on the carpet in the hallway. I called them about it and they told me sorry but oh well. I had to toss half of the clothes because they were damaged and ruined by the gross water. The apartments above were constantly flooding and doing damage to my unit and I was told at LEAST 10 different time they would need me to be present at my apartment all day for them to come inspect and I had to call in to work to wait for them. The worst of all though was when I moved out. Remember that $2000 I paid in deposits? Well I was expecting to get a pretty good chunk of that back. Especially since the apartment was nicer than when I moved in. I got sick of their awful service and had multiple repairs and cosmetic issues fixed on my own dime in the time I had lived there. I got $200 back. I even asked for a note of proof when I dropped off my keys and ended up charged for them and told the note "wasn't sufficient evidence" I could go on but character limits will stop me here
The grounds of the apartment complex are lushes and green, it's always clean. The apartments themselves are spacious with plenty of storage. Apartments range from a one to three bedrooms. Lastly, the office does an amazing job at accommodating your needs and notifying you of any changes on the apartment grounds.
A lot of green land! Property is gated in and set back from the busy street so it is really quite. Close to everything around reno. The floor plans are spacious and big rooms. Huge master closet. Washer and dryer in most units. Along with community washers and dryers around the property. You can not hear the people around you (above or next to.) Every window has a beautiful view. Have the choice of a garage and/or storage. Has a hug, clean (almost looks brand new) pool and spa area. A basketball court and large workout room and many play grounds for children. People working in the office and living in the area are very welcoming and nice! My favorite place so far.
We came up from Vegas to view the property and instantly knew we wanted to call it home. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and are kept very clean. The staff in the office are friendly and extremely helpful especially Seidy who orchestrated our whole move-in with us still living in Vegas. We did not get to see our unit before moving into it but Seidy assured us we would not be disappointed and we were not! Unit was in great location with ample parking. The apartment itself could use some upgrades but everything worked and it was clean. We did have an ant issue but the office sent a pest technican within a week of our complaint. So far I am very satisatisfied and would recommend!
