The Enclave At Arlington

Everyone is amazing, if I have a problem they fix everything right away.maintenance is always on the ball.i love the enclave, I would tell everyone about it.

Cockroaches everywhere in the apartment, no lighting outside, dirty pond and not drained, The complex is completely closed on game days. Package theft.

Exceptional customer service from Elizabeth, the leasing agent. She has an effective communication skills. Plus, she’s also a good listener and a problem solver. I found the community very clean and protected.

Going on my 5th year here. Great office staff and maintenance crew. Busy area but if you like to go out or go to football and baseball games then it’s a good part of the city to be in. Safe complex and kept pretty clean.

Enjoying living at The Enclave. The staff and residence have been great. Truly a great place to reside. Very convenient to restaurants and great venues.

It’s a great atmosphere, entertainment, sports, concerts, restaurants etc. the list is endless! My wife and I love our unit. I can’t believe the year is almost here already. We are so content with the area that we are going to be renewing our lease for another year. Yes, simply a great to call home!

So far in a few days everything seems to be going good. Office staff has been friendly and helpful with all questions. No issues can be said and hopefully stays that way throughout my stay

So far, I have been living in this residence for at least 2 weeks now and it is a great experience for me. Its very nice and quiet. Friendly neighborhood and it makes me feel safe. And I work for the night, so I don’t get too scared at night walking back home because its very near to my workplace so its kinda convenient to me. The gym and pool is also great, my friends and I sometimes go there when we have time.

Quiet and good ubicación in arlington, only problem It's when there are events at the AT&t since if you're outside it's hard to enter the complex

I’ve been here 7 1/2 years and it’s been great! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and quick to help when an issue does occur. They are friendly and truly care about the complex and their residents.

The community The Enclave is one of the finest place to live in view of management team, people working there, quick maintenance services, good neighborhood, adequete common facilities and locatiin in Arlington Texas.

The complex is quiet when there isn't an event going on. A bunch of working class individuals and students here, so everyone keeps to themselves.

I just moved in to The Enclave at Arlington and I am truly loving my place. Elizabeth is truly a gem. She really helped my moving process go smoothly.

A great place to live for the entertainment and sports person. We enjoy going to Texas Live, wonderful places to eat and a nice park by Globe Life Park. Like the gated community, and the friendly neighborhood environment.

I recently moved this community and so far I feel good. Bathrooms are very tinny space, pathway and steps need to be taken care by maintenance.

Been here nearly 3 years and I haven't really had any problems. Outside of a few roaches, not much to complain about. Nice gym and community to walk around and just vibe.

Awesome experience can’t complain the location is phenomenal centralized to everything near by especially to fort worth and Dallas residents are very friendly too and the gym is awesome

My experience here has been relatively good. The maintenance workers are fantastic they take care of things in a timely manner. They offers personnel are fairly good there could be some things done better around here.

The people in the office are amazing, maintenance is quick. I am having the best time living here. I have not had any bad experiences since being here.

Office staff is very helpful and maintenance crew is very timely efficient in helping any problems that i have. Ponds when full are very beautiful and peaceful. In a good location and relatively safe especially due to having gates.

Comfortable, clean and quiet community. Location is great! Football, Baseball, retail and restaurants all around our beautiful community. Love living at Enclave. The staff is amazing!!! Just renewed my lease. Year one was pretty incredible.

My resident experience has been great, the ladies in the office are all wonderful with any help I’ve needed. Any problems I have they get it taken care of that same day or the next

Terrible experience!! I don’t want to even give this experience a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE! Filthy disgusting apartments, mold found, front office never knows what’s going on gates always broke.. the maintenance men will ignore the black gunky mold in your vents and just replace it with a new vent until that one gets black mold and gunk then replace it again and have you living in black mold without a care in the world, the pools are always filthy and never open. Be careful they might move you into an apartment that had never been cleaned.

I have been a tenant for almost five years. I have multiple episodes of flooding in my apartment. This apartment is so old that there isn’t much else to do but totally gut it and start over. The maintenance guys are great and they have been in my apartment a lot. The office staff are very professional and personable. With that being said, I also enjoy the peace and quiet most days. There is a lot of marijuana smoked throughout the complex and it gets very strong at times. I’m here for now and would only move if I could purchase a home or my health further deteriorated.

We love it here! Maintenance is very quick to respond, everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean and well kept!

The community is a really good place. Is clean in well order. Office personnel is always there ready to help on any situation. It been a good experience to be part of this community.

The office staff is always very nice and accommodating. Upkeep both inside and outside is great and timely. Some may worry about the traffic, but onces you've been here long enough you learn which way to go to avoid it.

Love it here! The staff is pretty great and the complex itself is a good safe place to live! There are ponds and I can walk my dog and have doggie areas when I walk him! And everything is walking distance including the AT&T stadium!

Close to great event centers!!!!! Great location fun for family and friends!! Most of all Thw Dallas Cowboys Stadium gotta love being right across from it

Been here for about 10 years and it's been wonderful for me! Minor hiccups here & there but nothing that couldn't be resolved accordingly. I also appreciate the maintenance crew as well for their committed work around the complex!

Not a terrible place to be but there are constant issues with the water, meaning we have random days without any water and other days with no hot water. Maintenance is usually pretty responsive. Management is usually very last minute with getting the rent posted though. Also just a very busy place to be due to the proximity to all the stadiums, so if it's a game day, you're definitely gonna have to be patient when it comes to leaving or getting home because the traffic is terrible. It's easy to find parking within the complex. They don't do very well with keeping up with downed trees though, and I've never once seen the fountains work in my year of being here. Overall decent for the price and location though.

I just renewed my lease here for my 3rd year. I enjoy living here and the maintenance staff are prompt about fixing any issue that may arise.

Staff has been wonderful to work with during my move in, from application to move in day. The community has been great so far. I have seen several dogs and everyone cleans up after them, which is amazing. Other places I have lived did not have people who did this.

Nice, clean, quiet property with a friendly staff. The location is prime. All the sporting venues, restaurants and close to the interstates.
