If youre looking for a sign to move in.. this is it! The staff team are excellent people with great personalities. They are so helpful and welcoming. You feel right at home before you even sign the lease. The community feels so nice. Everyone speaks and are so friendly. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and has a great view. If you go out at the right time, you might even get to see all the different dogs with their owners. Absolutely adorable! The floor plans are to die for. The kitchen is the icing on the cake. A very lovely home and I am so glad I made the decision to live here!!

I have lived here for 3 years and I absolutely love it. The grounds are clean and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family friendly. Office staff is always helpful. Convenient- we're close to major highways (but not too close) and shopping. Parking has been the only slight challenge recently. Other than that, it is still a wonderful place to live.

My husband and I and our 3 children are moving to the area from out of state and not being able to be local to do everything as you normally would i.e. see the apartment in person, meet the staff, tour the grounds and just feel out the environment, Melissa has made this process so easy and seamless for us! She made sure to send videos and photos for us to see everything, she also FaceTimed with us to show us their model apartment to give us a “real time” feel ?? She also answered a billion questions that I had and was very patient and friendly with me. We are very excited to actually be in our new home and can’t wait to be residents at The Enclave!

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to the parking! It is absolutely terrible! You receive these crappy little parking stickers to put on your car window and guess what? It does absolutely nothing! Please don’t stop to run an errands after work because by the time you make it home it won’t be any parks available close to your apartment building. If you don’t mind walking so far then go right ahead. It is absolutely amazing how more apartments are being built on the property but nothing is being done about the parking! I guess you all couldn’t put your freaking brains together and say “Hey we should really consider taking the parking issue more serious and build a parking garage or something.” But no we’re getting more apartments instead. How selfish and greedy? But at the end of the day the residents are just another number. I myself and several other residents can’t wait to move when our leases are up. I would hate to be living here once the other apartments are finished being built and people start moving in. Start taking the complaints more serious. I’m pretty sure you all don’t care because you don’t live here. When it comes to the office staff the property manager definitely needs to work on her customer service. She is very snobby. One of my relatives came out to tour and let’s just say the property manager put a bad taste in her mouth. I’m certain that’s not good for business. But once again I’m just a “number.”

If you like to walk this is the place for you. I have to walk home from around the block every night after work because all the parking is occupied by unused and abandoned vehicles. And the others are for people that have multiples of vehicles per unit. Rain, snow, hot, cold... Walked home in a hurricane once this year. That was awesome. Management staff doesn't seem to care because it doesn't effect them. I know I'm just a number to them, but this number cannot wait to move out.

-Not enough parking for residents. -Maintenance calls are a joke. We have waited weeks before maintenance came and fixed important issues. -Apartments look nice, and so does the neighborhood, BUT- there have been at least 3 cars broken into in 6 months. Just last week we heard a gunshot too. -Came home from work TWICE to find the water was cut off in the entire complex. Water was out for HOURS and the office did not give residents any heads up! And how did they let residents know when their water was back on? A Facebook post. No call. No email. -And the office lost our certified check! They actually tried to have us pay it again.

I lived here several years and saw my rent dramatically increase each year. The noise increased, especially on the weekend. There is no assigned parking, so you cannot find a place near your apartment on the weekends. The same goes for the pool. Very overcrowded as well.
I love the location, but there were several things that I discovered after I moved in I wish I'd known ahead of time. The parking is horrendous. Quite often I'm required to park 200-300 yards away from my apartment. Normally I'd just shrug it off, but after a trip to the grocery store or on rainy days, it's a real problem. The sidewalks end abruptly meaning if you're walking your dog, you have to walk in the grass which is a mine field of dog waste, owners picking up after their dogs is not the norm. The first problem I had upon moving in is that several pieces of my furniture didn't even fit thru the door. The front entry is designed in a way that you have to make an immediate 90 degree turn once you enter the door and robust furniture just won't fit. My new reclining sofa now resides in storage because of this poor design. The heater/air conditioning unit is in the living room and runs so loud that is makes it difficult to carry a conversation or enjoy the tv. It has an old style Mercury thermostat and cuts on and off every 10 minutes causing us to either increase the tv volume or pause what we are watching and there's no way to hold a conversation without speaking loudly and disturbing the other people in the apartment. They have "package service" meaning that USPS won't deliver packages to your door, instead you have to make sure you can get to the front office during business hours to pick up your packages. I find this an inconvenience. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are also a decent size. The hallway bathroom is bigger than the master bath. The tubs are a great size but the water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired. The hot water doesn't get very hot, and the water heater is small, not even large enough to fill the bathtub to a decent level before running cold. Two people can not take a shower back to back, but rather one can shower, then you have to wait about an hour before the next can shower unless they just enjoy a cold one. Water is definitely not hot enough to wash dishes. The bedroom closets are spacious and allow for some storage in addition to plenty of room for clothing. The kitchen is enough to get it done but there's little to no cabinet or counter space. They recently gave us the ability to pay rent online which is nice. In addition to rent, they also bill you for your water usage, a pest control fee, and the valet garbage service which I love.
Very spacious floor plans with walk in closets in every bedroom. Our third floor apartment has a sunroom as well. There are also garden tubs in both bathrooms. This is definitely one of the larger floor plans available in its price point in the Greensboro apartment rental market. The community is very quiet and well maintained. Residents are respectful of the community and it is very clean. We rarely hear our neighbors at all when we are inside. There is a nice pond behind our building to go on walks around and there are walking/jogging trails around the neighborhood. Even though the apartment community is tucked in a quiet area, it is only five minutes to shopping, dining and the theater. It is a great location with reasonable rent. Maintenance is very responsive and the staff and very helpful. The pool area is well maintained and has lounge chairs, tables, and an outside restroom area by it. The gym is 24 hours, but is a bit small. The only negative that we have experienced is that parking can be a bit difficult and when you come in late you will most likely have to park away from your building a bit and walk over to it. However, all of the positives definitely offset this one inconvenience.
Pros: Great location, between the major stores on Wendover Road and the Palladium shopping center but not right against major traffic. It stays quiet here, even though there seems to be a contingent of young college age residents. The pool is well maintained, there is a bay for washing your car with a trash can. The valet trash is an awesome amenity, especially if you live on the upper floors. The vaulted high ceilings are great, and the sunroom space on the upper floors give the floor plan the feeling of a house. Chen's Express, Grub Hub, Pizza Papa John's highlight some of the delivery available here. Storage unit is extra, but is deep and tall, great if you get a smaller apartment and plan on moving soon. Cons: Parking is easily one of the major cons of the apartment complex. It's not reserved and it is a fight to get a good one after 4:00pm. Visitors and sometimes residents will block the trash compactor with the parking overflow. Maintenance has been friendly, but not perfect. I've had to re-request a couple of times for maintenance to fix our dryer vent and stove. While these issues were resolved, it wasn't a quick process. The apartments do not come with a microwave, prepare for that. The gym is tiny, although there are gyms within driving distance, Gold's Gym being very close, Planet Fitness on Market St. being a little further but much more affordable. Overall, the rent is on par with what I would expect for the location and space. At around 1000 a month with a storage unit, if you aren't afraid of a little bit of a walk from your vehicle, the apartment itself is well worth the price. In the end, if I still need an apartment once our lease is up, I'll happily stay until we're ready to settle down somewhere.
I lived here for two years and I just renewed for my third year. What really invited me in was the very large bathroom. The rest of the apartment is very large as well. Brand new all black appliances. Large rooms for a decent price. They also have valet trash pick up. The Good: (1) They are not located near a fire station or an airport so no worries about loud sounds constantly. Located directly off of Wendover so shopping and movies are very close. (2) Friendly community and management gets things done promptly. (3) They have sidewalks throughout the community for walking as well as outside the community which also leads to a long bike trail. The Bad: (1) They have a silverfish infestation in all the apartments and they charge you for pest control monthly. (2) They don't have designated parking spaces so first come first served. (3) Although the patio looks impressive on the outside, it's not as good once you are on it. Very average. Overall it's not a bad place to live. You don't see the silverfish often. The quiet community makes everything sound peaceful. The convenience of being 10 minutes away from the interstate as well as movies and shopping is a plus.
