Property Ratings at The Enclave At Delray Beach
I had a disappointing experience with Enclave apartment complex. Their insistence on charging us to replace a carpet that could have been easily cleaned nearly a year ago left a bitter taste. The carpet wasn't even excessively dirty, and we had already paid a $90 cleaning fee which could have covered it. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the property manager for clarification, there has been no response. This situation feels unjust, and it's disheartening to feel like we're being taken advantage of.
Renewed my lease and it’s been a nightmare ever since.! They are scam artist; and nickel and dime you. Always changing management companies and charging outrageous fees Plus , they no longer do pest control and we now have roaches, ants plus you see dead rats in the middle of the street I’ve been a good tenant for over 4 years and have watched this place go downhill Don’t rent from them! I will not be renewing my lease for sure
The absolute best part about living in the Enclave besides great location and a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is Joy, the Assistant Manager!!!! Joy’s service is always on point and never leaves me hanging. She is attentive and works at her best to get your request and/or concerns taken care of. Thank you Joy for ALWAYS giving me a great Tenant Experience!!

I'm happy that i made the move, i'm so much closer to my work, friends and family, and not far from things that i may for my day to day needs. A good friend of mind lives here also so that a plus. i love the feel of my apartment home it feels like I'm in a house and not a small apartment and the den was a BIG PLUS!! so much room for my son (my golden retriever) to move around. he loves the dog park and the treats in the front office.
I moved here about 5 months ago and so far i love it here, everyone is so nice at the front office, very helpful. its very quite and clean.
Overpriced for the riffraff they let move in, just a ripoff from all angles/
The Enclave at Delray Beach is nuzzled between West Delray and East Delray, both offering the best shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. With it's attached garages, lake views and manicured landscapes, you will never want to leave. So grab yourself a good book and sit on your patio, as the fountain flows over you and sends you in the a peaceful state of mind. Home Sweet Home!
I grew up in a small town in Ohio where everybody knew everybody. The entire community knew your name, your story, your stature and everything in between, at least, that seemed to be the case for me. It was my home for 21 years so naturally, it had that homey vibe. When I made the transition from Ohio to Florida, about three years ago, it was difficult for me. I was coming out of a bad relationship and career choice, had debt up to my eyeballs (and still do) from student loans and didn't know a soul, which isn't something I was used to coming from where I came from in Ohio. Fortunately, though, I chose to live in a community that helped make my adjustment much smoother. Within the first week of living at The Enclave in Delray Beach, Florida, I had met all the neighbors, became acquainted with the awesome amenities like the resort style swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness facility ... and by this point, I thought, "Boyfriend, who?" ... But on a more important note, I became acquainted with the staff ... the people who are truly the bread and butter of the complex ... and every single employee ... from the landscapers, to the maintenance men, all the way up to the property manager ... every single person in the community makes you feel safe and right at home. They truly want to get to know you and for me, someone who was in such a dark place, they helped me get out of that rut more quickly than I anticipated. So now, after three years of being a Florida resident, I am proud, happy and grateful to say I live in one of the BEST communities in Delray Beach ... I mean it! The Enclave ... a community that offers reasonable prices and agreements implemented by honest, caring and professional staff members in a place full of people from all walks of life ... some retired, some just children and some like me ... people who spend years in one place, move to a different state to build a new life, and do so in a way better than they could ever imagine. The Enclave is located in central Delray Beach, just north of Downtown on Military Trail. It has upgraded features like granite counter tops, new appliances and spacious rooms and offers a dog park, valet trash service, food trucks on Wednesdays, complimentary monthly breakfasts, free exercise classes, free tennis lessons, and holiday parties throughout the year. The Enclave is truly a luxury community that makes you feel at home and that's because it is ... It's my home away from home.
great place to live. Property is beautiful and kept very well. Office staff is very helpful and they act immediately if here's a problem. Apartments are very clean and up to date. Quiet, safe and very friendly.
