Hello, I’d like to share my experience living in these apartments. The only reason I am leaving these apartments a 1-star because of their Maintenance and Groundskeeping staff. Manny and the rest of the crew are the sole redeeming qualities for this complex. However, my 3-year stay here has been tarnished by the apartment complex’s towing policies. It appears they choose to single out residents for towing based on their personal preferences. Last night, my vehicle was nearly towed for the second time, and this practice is simply unfair. Residents who choose not to park their cars in the garage overnight for any reason should not have to worry about their vehicles being towed. But don’t worry, for $150 a month you can park your car in one of the MANY open spots without the scare. We pay a premium for these “luxury” apartments, and the $450 tow fee is ridiculous. This places a significant financial burden on residents, especially those on fixed incomes like me through VA disability. It's disheartening to see such a great place affected by this issue but overall, each year has got worse and not better. I hope my feedback leads to positive changes in the future.

I enjoyed living at the Enclave at Homecoming. They offered great amenities and their leasing manager Jessica was great and always very helpful. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent.
Really great staff to help with the moving in process. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and once we got in we have found it be a great community, the amenities are first class, everywhere is well presented and maintained, there's kids playing outside. Very happy with our choice.

Horrible service. Constantly infested with ants. Pool is not kept up.
I stayed here a few times planning on moving into this apartment complex and I got to say that the staff here is really unwelcoming, who seem to go out of their way to make your life really difficult. For the price you pay for rent, and the upkeep including trash, gardening and parking cost, you'd think they would make you feel at home. Instead, they constantly try to regulate and control everything you do, which feels like living in your parents' house or under a dictator. Example: randomly come to you at a pool or any recreation center and ask you to state your name and apartment number. Give you parking violations and threats of towing for not parking in your garage or having the right color sticker, and harass you with emails, letters, and phone calls about all kinds of stuff as if you have nothing better to do with your life. Maybe they don't get paid enough, or hire anyone without any proper training but honestly, I'd stay as far away from this place as possible. I do not suggest this place for anyone who likes to be left alone, or just be around decent people smiling to them every now and then, because this negativity is not a place you want to come home to. Their sister complex has a lot better team and I will be moving there.

Well I have to say that even though I have not moved in yet, I was highly impressed with the staff at the Enclave which is very rare. The property is extremely relaxing. The benefits of having inside washer/ dryer, two car garage speaks for itself and although its pricey I think its very much worth it because of many amenities of a patio, pool, Jacuzzi , workout gym, basketball, tennis courts, game room, movie room, Dry cleaning pickup relaxing clubhouse outdoor barbecue areas, location to shopping Victoria Gardens, closeness to I-15 and I-10, gated community living. This high end living is very attractive to people who love privacy and peacefulness living. Love hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances. The space is comfortable for a tall guy like me to fit a king size bed in the Master Bedroom. Ones state of mind can now relax knowing that I am living in safe quiet community looking forward to coming home every day from work with a smile as soon as I pull up to the entrance of the gate. It hasn't hit my wife yet but I am sure once we move in she will be very happy that we did move to the Enclave. Lewis Property you have most certainly out done yourself with this style of living. I would recommend this property to anyone. I am very certain that I will have a lot more to say about the Enclave once we move in.
I have now lived in here now for a month. I am glad that I did not listen to the reviews and continued to pursue this location. Our realtor and family friend showed up 4 different lewis complexes and we decided on this one because he had the stainless steel appliances and Kiana E. was so helpful and didn't try to force us into moving in here. We live in a 3 story unit with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a patio, balcony, and a 1 car attached garage. We do not have a problem with parking because we also have another garage the is about a 1 minute or less walk away. We have not had any problems with neighbors so far. We can hear noise we make inside our unit but we never hear out neighbors. I often forget we have close neighbors. The Enclave amenities are amazing. The pool rarely has residents but when they do, it is only about 2 to 5 people at most. The gym is amazing and I could live there. The business center, conference room, theater, entertainment room, pool, and gym are never full with people which I love. It is a very calm and happy location. Most of our neighbors are friendly with a smile always on their face. To live here is a bit pricey compared to the other locations but completely worth it. If you don't have a garage though, parking does seem to become full at around 7 pm. You may have to park a little distance from your unit. By us renting at the Enclave, we are open to use all of the amenities are the homecoming. We are down the street from Victoria Gardens, Ontario Mills, a shopping center that has Target, Hobby Lobby, and a ton of other stores and restaurants. We are also close to interstate 15 and 10 which is very convenient since I work in Corona and go to school in Colton. The people at the front a always so friendly when you call or come in. They make you feel like family. Our maintenance guys always wave and are beyond helpful. We have an 18 month lease but we will more than likely stay longer. Thanks to Kiana again and our real estate agent Lisa C. for helping us rent a place that we didn't know we wanted but needed.

At 72 years of age , I have lived in apartments, my own home(small and large) with family, after fifty years of marriage as head of house and now a widow, I know the value of being able to have all of the necessities of activities included for family health, recreation, business and social gathering which can be very expensive. The Lewis Apartments have many of these things covered within the monthly rent, which is needed for a family 's life balance. I find myself inspired because I no longer have to figure it all out and how I can pay for all of it within a limited budget. Seeing this, I see that Lewis Corporation not only give beautiful places with the best security we can expect in a imperfect world to live but also take in consideration there clients/tenants best interest. I have and will recommend any of Lewis's Apartments and units to my family and friends. I love the garden which gives me a great hobby! Thank you!
I have been living here since February 2015, I have had a great experience. The staff is always there to help if needs be, super professional and courteous. The apartments are super modern and very stylish. One of the reasons I decided to live here is that apart from being modern, they are super cozy. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable living place with up to date services.
My wife and I love the Enclave. We instantly fell in love with the Spanish style feel. Reminded us of some of our favorite desert resorts. The complex is brand new and well maintained. The spacious floor plans with hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances allow a lot of creativity when it comes to decor. It also allows you to entertain guests comfortably. The amenities are very nice, with a large gym and decent sized pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The Maintenence crew responds very quickly. The one downside to this complex is the lack of parking. There is no main parking lot, and although there are enclosed garages if multiple residents have guests visiting you may not find parking anywhere near your unit. This complex has a lot of families and children. The amenities tend to get very crowded on the weekends with guests of residents. Unfortunately the "2 guest maximum" rule is not strictly enforced. All in all we are very pleased with the unit and would highly recommend the enclave as a place to live to anyone looking.

The Enclave is truly the best. The property is brand new and the management team takes care of its tenants. It is so close to everything. No noise from neighbors which is a big plus. If you can afford it, come here.
Let's face it! We all wish we could just stay on vacation forever. Look at the reasons why: -Rest -Peace -Enjoyable (even if all you do is stay in your room and watch the walls) -Convenience of Entertainment -Convenience of proximity to places such as grocery stores, schools, gas station, etc. -Easy Upkeep and cleanliness Living here at The Enclave at Homecoming Terra Vista is basically living in your favorite vacation resort at home! I am absolutely in love. The entire family is. The office staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. Since Day 1 of moving in, The Enclave has been a life of luxury for us. The array of amenities and activities are amazing! There is a movie theater, large gym, pool and spa, multiple outdoor BBQ areas, a garden area for residents to lease month-to-month, dog park with dog wash station, and car wash station. We have the opportunity to participate in free exercise classes such as spinning, Yoga and Boot Camp. We are very close to grocery stores, a top-notch outdoor mall, with a movie theater, various staple stores such as Target, Sears, Home Depot, and even less than a mile down from an Urgent Care and various doctor offices. And did I mention the Farm Share program where the farmers come to the property with food for us to buy? Amazing! The apartment unit is beauuuuuuutiful! It is a 3-level with hard wood floors, granite countertops and energy efficient appliances. We have saved so much money on bills with the appliances alone. The property is kept extremely clean and the neighbors are the best! Everyone here has been very friendly and it is greatly family oriented! The Enclave hosts various events per month for us to take part in. We have done lunch at the garden, Sunday movies, Beach Day, the ice cream event, and the list goes on. We love it here! Have not met anyone here who felt any different. This is resort style living at its Best!

The majority of the staff always greet you with a smile , are friendly and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . We had a faulty breaker and they were out the same day to fix it on 3 occasions. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day , although with the drought in CA the greenery is now more brown than green lol. The workout rooms are amazing! Star of the art machines with built in tvs and Internet plus they are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. Especially the pool area and we love the convenience of the bbq area . I live here with my hubby and kids and I could not feel safer anywhere else....

Coming home is a pleasant venture into a beautiful landscaped scenary with gated entry that provides a safe environment for the residents. Service and repairs are accessible with touch of a button. Everyday you get a feeling you are entering a resort but it is home. Where neighbors are friendly, grounds are clean and you are important. Located in the awesome city of Rancho Cucamonga, this Spanish style community is central to all the city has to offer. But why leave home the community has all you need. Activities for young and old, movies, gardening, get togethers, pool parties. The services can't be beat, with cleaners pick up and drop off at the community center. A massage that caters to our community, what more can you ask for. Well not done yet. Your apartment includes great spaces like master bathrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with a fireplace, energy efficient kitchens, laundry area and attached garage. After living in a beautifully upgraded detached home for many years, I wanted to continue my style of life, while feeling safe after my divorce. The Enclave at Homecoming Terra Vista had the stamp of luxury all over it - not to mention, a LUXURIOUSLY gated community with attached garages! As a woman, I could not care for the lawn or do the "heavy lifting" in my former home, but I don't have to at The Enclave. I'm spoiled living here and lovin' it! I can even continue large or intimate gatherings with family and friends in their beautiful gourmet demonstration kitchen, or have a meeting in their state-of-the-art Board Room. When I tell people that I live at The Enclave, eyebrows lift and the word "wow" follows! Finally, the size of my master bedroom and the storage options are greater than I had in my home. I have a sense of pride about living here and it touches the core of my soul.

The Enclave Apartments are the most upscale apartments in Rancho. The community is quiet, and guest parking is never an issue. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. I've lived in several apartments in this city, and these are superior to the others.
Love living at the Enclave. Have all the amenities of homeownership. Without the maintenance. The property is beautiful !
