Be sure to do your research before applying. The staff is wonderfully nice but trying to get help from the property manager is like pulling teeth. When asked to talk to the property manager it is like there isn’t one.

Bridgette and Will are both the best! She is always quick to answer Any and all of my questions, and he is always quick to take care of anything and everything that has to be done, and he does it with a smile. I’ve been here almost 4 years and they both have made it a very pleasant experience!
First of Bridget is the current office manager and one of the best. I have lived here 6 years but honestly everyone has been helpful. Of the maintenance workers I have dealt with over the years Will is one of my favorites. Things happen and everyone does their best to resolve it. My only complaint is that the wonderful renters I meet move on eventually.
I moved in on December 30. 2021, and I was pleased with the transition with the application process and the move in was smooth with Bridgette assisting from beginning to the end. The home is beautiful. Any concerns or issues are handled within the day or 24 hours. Will (maintenance) is a joy to work with.
Bridgette is the absolute best. If anything goes wrong the great will fixes it immediately. Enclave is a great place to live.
We’ve lived here almost two years and love it here. It’s very comfortable and safe for kids. Very well kept, and the front office led by Bridgette is always extra friendly and ready to help. I’m glad we found this place.
Bridgette is always a great help. Anytime we need have a question or need maintenance she gets us help and answers as fast as possible. She’s very professional and her hospitality really makes living an the Enclave feel like home! The guys working maintenance are also very fast and professional with their jobs as well. Anytime we need something fixed they’re out here asap and even tell us how they fixed it and what we can do to prevent it.
Will is a great maintence guy, always willing to help solve issues.
This place is beautiful, well maintained in a great location in SLW. Stopped by for some information spoke with very nice girl in the office, Bridgette, she provided quick and helpful information. What a pleasure to see nowadays. Hopefully this will be our new place to call home.

Nice little area with many friendly neighbors. The front office girl and Maintenance team are quick to resolve any of our issues as well.
On the surface this place looks acceptable but they have painted over mold stains in the bathroom cabinets and glued together the toilets. Look inside the toilet tank and hello mold colony!
I moved into this complex in 2020 and I have to say that my experience was a very rewarding one. Dealing with Regan in management went very well from beginning to end. She was very responsive to all our needs an concerns with all the paperwork and finding the right townhouse for us. She helped make the process go very smooth. I would also like to express my satisfaction in dealing with head maintenance man ,Quintus and his assistant, Will. They both responded very quickly to are work order requests and completed everything to our complete satisfaction. They always kept our place clean and answered all of our questions in a very knowledgeable and professional way. My Hat goes off to maintenance and management for all they do to keep this complex looking good and running smooth. I would highly recommend this Community to anyone looking to move into this area. I thank everyone involved in making our move in here a very rewarding one.

Our experience has been horrible!! When we moved in, my child's room had a growing animal urine smell. I pulled up the carpet to find there were multiple urine spots that went all the way through the padding and to the flooring. They treated it at first with an animal carpet clean treatment but it did not work and actually made the odor worse due to the moisture. Then the maintenance worker came in and could smell the odor and identified stains on the carpet and flooring. Then the property manager came in and claimed there were no stains or odors. I had her put her nose to the floor to one of the spots and then she said it somewhat smelled of animal urine and proclaimed they are a pet friendly community...Pitiful. Then property manager then gave us the ultimatum of, they will do another deep carpet cleaning but if we don't like it we can just break our lease....For somebody who relocated their entire family, spent thousands of dollars and heart ache to move from far away, then to have that thrown at them is a shame...For a Luxury townhouse title, it does not bear a meaning to people who live here.. The only saving grace is Leo who sealed the bottom floor and ripped up the padding which in return forced a replacement...I will not recommend this place as the customer service is poor and they lack the initiative to replace what NEEDS to be replaced.
Rent is raised on average of $150 to $200 each year. Office managers will tell you no worries it fluctuates up and down. Until it's time to renew, then you get the big surprise. Promises are not kept by staff and you can forget about your deposits.
The Enclave at St Lucie West is a very well maintained quiet property. Management is very nice and accommodating and maintenance is speedy. Highly recommend.
