No complaints living here
I have lived here for nearly 2 years and I have not had any issues. Whenever I do have issues maintenance workers and staff help me to fix those issues quickly. The apartment complex is a great and friendly place to live

Love this place
Such a good place to live, staff is amazing from the office crew, maintenance and renovation TEAM. The property is very clean, work orders are done quickly. Love the resident events they host as well. I would definitely recommend this place

Very recommended
I’ve been living here about 7 months and honestly and very happy with it. Maintenance and leasing crew are very friendly and always get their work done on time. Clean property and friendly people around, no pest issues. I also really love the renovation, everything is so modern and sleek. Only thing I have to say about it, sometimes the prices are kinda high but I guess it’s depends on the season

I love this community
I have been living at the Enclave for almost two years. We enjoy living in this community, there’s always resident events and food trucks to look forward to. I enjoy connecting with my our neighbors during these events. The maintenance guys, David, Pedro and Altemio are very helpful and responsive. I leased with Dana but Julissa was very helpful in the process. The entire team and staff at the enclave are amazing. This was a great choice for me & my family.

passive aggressive manager
the manager Dana there, is very demeaning to the residents. Passive aggressive and says things out of her own anger to residents. If you're reading this, don't choose this place. they nickel and dime you. Change their policies to suit there needs for the my moment. always smells like dog poop, and the highways always busy. Not worth the money there asking.

No place to feel home
At first I loved it here but after only 3 months I feel neither home nor safe. Before I moved in, I was at no point told that I will have to face construction noises. Working 12 hr shifts nights, I have to sleep during days but this is at the moment almost impossible. Construction to redo the patios/balconies is in progress in my building and no end in sight. A neighbor told me, he was not able to use his patio for 8 months. I have to pay for my patio, but I am unable to use it. Also, my apartment was entered while I was sleeping to do a minor repair, even though I had my "Please do not disturb sign" on the door, which really does not make me feel safe at all. With all the construction and the noise, my apartment is for me almost uninhabitable. Several times I had to go to a friend just to get some hrs of sleep. In addition to this, the construction crews are using up to 40 parking spaces, which makes it very difficult to find a parking space especially evenings. At this point, I really can't recommend this apartment community at all.

Amazing place and service
My girlfriend and myself were looking at a few different areas around Tampa and we found Riverview and we absolutely love the area and the apartment complex itself. So much around the complex in terms of food and activities. The staff were extremely nice (especially Erika) and made the whole process seemingly easy for us to move in. Highly recommend this place :)

Great first apartment
I recently moved from South Carolina to Florida by myself and Cassidy made my decision where to live easy! She has been nothing but helpful and informative. As far as my apartment quality it is spacious and was very clean when I moved in. I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the area when moving but I definitely made a great decision living here! As far as safety the only issue is the security gates that are not always closed at night.

If you're only focused on the visual...
This complex is visually appealing and the apartments are luxurious and very home like. There is beautiful wood and tile floors In the bathroom and kitchen. There are full size washers and dryers! The lakes are serine and peaceful! The deal breakers are the hidden fees and the lack of communication with their guests. They will give you any type of reassurements but when it comes to delivering, they lack greatly. They don't care about their residents like they should and with the amount of money being shelled out, they should be able to replace important things- such as a/c units that are always breaking.

TERRIBLE COMPLEX
My apartment complex sucks. When something break it takes forever to get it fix. They charge a redulious amount just can't wait tell my lease is up.

Amazing lifestyle
Great place to call home. Theater for entertaining friends, another room with pool table and wet bar, lounge area and 24-hour gym. Beautiful pool, grills, outdoor fireplace and great walking areas. They even have a car care area, dog washing station and park. Like I said. Great place to call home.

Peaceful Lifestyle
I have lived here for 8 months and I simply love it. Both office and maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly. They go out of there way to help. I had to call maintenance once because my air was not working, they came right away. I called once for a light bulb, they came right away. The grounds are kept nice, although they could use a little cleaning up on the sidewalks and parking areas now and then. And they could clean their stairwell a little more often. They have a clubhouse but right now it is a first come, first serve policy. The pool area is quiet; they have a 24 hour fitness, which is nice. I have a 2/2 and the baths and bedrooms are both large. The kitchen is nice and it even has a laundry room. And I feel safe here. The main, and big, negative is that I was told that when I go to renew my lease that the amount would probably not go up much, and now I am told that my rent is going to increase by almost $70. I was told this a day after I was suppose to have my intent to move letter in, so I am renewing for another 10 months, even though it is going to be hard with the increase, because I do not have time to find another apartment or to save up security deposit for another one.
