Property Ratings at The Enclave
I realized I never wrote a review. I was absolutely in love with the apartment!! I lived there with two other roommates and I wish I could go back but is in high demand, and for good reasons! First off I saw a lot of bad reviews about the leasing professional Beth. Personally, with the stress of roommate changes and all, she was very patient, polite and I never had any issues. I believe that if anybody has had issues, it was caused by the tenant. Secondly, the complex is extremely quiet. The apartments are BY FAR THE BEST in the area, probably the best in all of Ohio in my opinion, completely renovated, we never heard any noise above us or below us (we were in the second floor apartment) open concept, superb kitchen and bathrooms. I could go on and on. Not to mention the view!! From the dog park, You’re able to see Springdale, a bit of downtown cincinnati, parts of Fairfield etc. It’s beautiful at night! If you drive to Springdale, if you know where the complex is located, you can even see your apartment from miles away. The hotel next to the complex makes it easy to spot (weird perk but ehh) I believe many issues revolving around complexes are noise, leasing professionals, cleanliness and structure of the apartment. The complex I live in at the moment was a temporary adjustment to save a bit of money and with as much of a nightmare it has been, it makes me realize that no other complex can compare to this one. This complex checks all the boxes for 5 stars! With the price, if you can afford living here, you won’t regret it!
The Enclave is a fantastic place to live. I just moved after purchasing a home, after 3 years at the property. It's very new and has many great amenities. The 2 BR apartment I had was very spacious, and reasonably priced compared to other luxury apartments in the area. The pool and clubhouse area are very well kept, and useful. I only had 2 maintenance related issues in 3 years, both were handled within 24 hours. The property manager Beth is very responsive and everyone at the property was friendly, and helpful.
