The Enclave Luxury Apartments

Been here 2 years and this is the first apartment I've lived in where everything is good. The location is convenient with a Walgreens and 2 grocery stores a couple blocks away, apartments are good/well-built, pool is good, parking is good, property managers are awesome and super responsive, package handling is good, automatic coffee/hot drink machine is my new fav amenity. I have to move cross-country for work but would otherwise stay here for the foreseeable future. Genuinely sad to be leaving this place. 10/10, would recommend.

Just completed a move into the apartment. Couldn't be happier with the apartment complex. Our apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. Similarly, the facilities including gym, swimming pool, and meeting rooms are excellent and well-maintained. We were moving from out-of-state with some help from local family. The staff, Ashley, Constance, and David, are the best--very helpful and responsive!!!

The building itself is nice with a pool and workout area. Recently someone that smokes moved in and stinks up the common area of an entire floor with cigarette smoke. It’s like a wall that hits you as soon you leave the apartment or get off the elevator. It’s a non-smoking apartment, but unfortunately one unit makes it miserable for an entire wing.

The Enclave has everything you could want out of a place to live. The apartments/buildings are well maintained, there's plenty to do in the area, and the staff and other residents are all very friendly and helpful. It's also a great place to have a pet - the leasing office even has dog treats on hand at all times. With other amenities on top of that, such as a gym and pool, you can't ask for much more.

It's been super living at the Enclave! It's truly an idea location to be. Quick walk to the village, private hidden area, and friendly/young residents. There are many amenities including heated garage parking, swimming pool, courtyard, fancy coffee machine in the leasing building, and a party room to hangout in and rent for special occasions. Above all, the staff is very accommodating and responsive, which is quite difficult to find!

I have been here a little over 6 months now and I have no complaints. This is the first apartment complex that I've actually had a good experience with. The staff is friendly and commuitaces frequently via email. They do a community event about every couple months or so, which is nice. The apartments are well built and quiet. Everything is kept clean and working. It is in a good location between Wauwatosa village and downtown Milwaukee. The coffee machine and dedicated package room are nice additions. The only thing that they are missing is a small dog park for the residents but there are plenty of big parks in the area to walk your dog.

I have been living at The Enclave for about a year now. I love the pool and fitness center. Also, the full sized washer and dryer in my unit is really convenient. The Hawthorne Glen park/ trail is within walking distance and is great for hiking. They have been very responsive to any issues, which are rare since everything is so new and efficient. It is a quiet place to live and I highly recommend The Enclave. Even with some other luxury apartments being built The Enclave still is the best because it isn't too close to the train tracks like that other one that was just built. Also, the Enclave has plenty of parking space both outdoors and indoors in the heated garage. All the appliances are very energy efficient.

The Enclave is a comfortable, tranquil and inviting place to live in close proximity to many restaurants and shops in the quaint village of Wauwatosa. Unfortunately, I will need to move out from my beautiful three bedroom apartment. I have so enjoyed my time living there. The team is very responsive in taking care of issues (which don't happen very often). The residents and pets are friendly and I rarely hear my neighbors. The Enclave is a peaceful and tranquil sanctuary, which I would highly recommend to anyone!

The Enclave is an amazing place to live! The apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces are beautiful and well taken care of. We feel like we're living in a hotel. There's a great fitness center, a business center, party room, pool, brunch buffet on Fridays, free outdoor fitness classes with the WAC - you really can't want anything else! The people and pets we've met are all friendly and welcoming. We are so happy that we decided to make this place our home.

I lived at the Enclave for 4 years, and I can very much say that this property exudes comfort and class both within your unit and within the property. I was on the 3rd floor, and I never had issues with noise or unruly distractions. The fellow residents were all friendly and professional. The property manager and the staff were fantastic both on a personal level, and as ambassadors for the property. Any maintenance issues and/or questions were taken care of within 24 hours, and prompt responses ensured that my concerns (which were very little) were addressed immediately. The maintenance staff were professional and did an excellent job at maintaining the property and fixing any issue in your unit. The trash room was always kept clean, the grounds were spotless, and any public spaces were put to good use. The amenities were also thoughtful, with new fitness equipment, a pool, an outdoor courtyard with a bbq, and a game room. As a neighborhood, the Enclave is located close enough to all the restaurants and cafés in the Wauwatosa Village, and just a short 10-15 minute drive to Downtown and the Third Ward. I would absolutely recommend the Enclave to anyone searching for an apartment in the Milwaukee area.

The Enclave is a friendly, comfortable, upper scale, well taken care of place to live! While living there we were able to enjoy using the free coffee machine, workout facility, pool table room, party room and pool. We also attended some of the resident events (which had many tasty meals & treats) and we were able to get to know the friendly and helpful staff as well as our fellow neighbors! We also loved that this complex was dog and cat friendly since it allow us to get our first puppy and get to know others with dogs on the property. The apartment itself had a good amount of space and a great flow from the kitchen to the living room to allow us to host many family members or friends at one time. And, any time we had an issue with any of the appliances we were able to put in a work order right away and know that it would be fixed the very next day! If you're looking to move to Tosa, definitely check out The Enclave!

True, the accommodations at The Enclave are superior. Yes, the location is fantastic for working in Tosa or downtown. Of course, the heated garage, Friday breakfasts, and workout room make this truly luxury living. But none of these details matter without a fabulous staff, and The Enclave of Wauwatosa has just that. Chuck and Mark maintain the truly gorgeous buildings, outdoor second-level common areas, heated pool, and heated garage. While we lived at The Enclave, Leah worked diligently to uphold the high standard of living expected at such a premier complex while ensuring that neighbors met neighbors and the apartments truly became the residents' homes. Even when a moving company debacle caused our last day there to be less than wonderful, Leah was absolutely our ally, even calling the out-of-state supervisor of the horrific movers on our behalf. Her commitment to her residents doesn't end when you move out either. Our Christmas card order accidentally found its way to The Enclave this year, and with one email to Leah, she helped us get them reshipped to our new address, which included her dropping the package off at the UPS store HERSELF! An experience, above and beyond, is truly what you are getting as a resident of The Enclave, now and forever.

I've rented apartments for a while now, and I have to say these are the best. Management is responsive, fair, aboveboard, kind, and professional. The apartments are beautiful, as is the complex itself – you have a feeling of pride just walking through the halls. Love the heated garage. Enclave, if you were a piece of cake you would be a slice of heaven!

Pros: a nice complex, great location Cons: noise from surrounding units (barking dogs, people walking above), property manager was rude and condescending at times

Ihave lived in the Enclave for a little over 3 years now and can't speak highly enough of the entire complex. As a single woman, I wanted a place that would be safe and pet-friendly. The added bonus was the attentive staff, weekly breakfast, excellent location to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, farmer's market, established neighborhoods for walking my dog, monthly resident events, clean common areas, and most importantly, the life-long friendships that were formed while living here. I feel welcomed by the staff and know that if I ever need anything I can ask and it will be done in a timely fashion. They are accommodating of my dog walker and I appreciate the locked parcel room. I can contribute much of my happiness to living at the Enclave as it is truly a great place to be.

Love my apartment. Spacious rooms. corner location so I don't feel like there are buildings on top of me. Landlord is awesome. Feels more like a home than an apartment.

Staff is always there to help, issues always resolved within 24 hours. Perfect location, ~5 minutes from downtown and the Village in Tosa is great.

You can't beat the location, 5 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, miller park and the village.

I had a piece of furniture delivered to me, but I misplaced my cellphone by accident so the movers could not get hold of me. Luckily, Billy Meinel accepted the delivery for me. Management helped me move the furniture to my apartment because I was not able to move them in a timely manner. I found the furniture in my living room. I was very happy!!! Amazing.

I have lived at the Enclave for over a year. After signing the lease I told my family we were moving into a resort in Wauwatosa. Now we tell everyone we live in a resort in Wauwatosa. The amenities are perfect. The only thing missing on the property is a restaurant. No problem there are more than a dozen restaurants in walking distance. The staff is easily accessible and responsive. I have almost never heard my neighbors and have complete privacy. However the residents here are open and friendly. If looking to live in Wauwatosa this is the place to live.

I have lived here for a little over a year. The staff has been amazing in answering any and all questions. The maintenance man is awesome and rarely takes more then 24 hours to fix any issues. I love the gym and the pool! I really have no complaints, I feel safe, low utility bills and really an overall great place to live!

Living at the Enclave is the best! It is the quietest place we have ever lived. Having owned and lived in two condos downtown, we find the Enclave far superior and no monthly condo fees. Office and maintenance staff are outstanding. They take care of your needs immediately. Ground floor parking is a plus. You cannot beat the location: one can get everywhere in all directions quickly. Give it a try; you will like it!

I have lived in the Enclave for a year and a half. This is by far the best apartment building I have lived in in the Milwaukee area. The apartments are sound-proof within and well designed. The various floor-plans make it easy to find what suits you best. The staff is extremely friendly and personable, they know every resident by name (and my dog!). The pet policy is what first attracted me to the Enclave. It's rare to find such a nice living space that allows dogs and the staff is determined to make sure it stays that way! There is a close knit community within the building- many residents attend various outings and events hosted by the management. It's a perfect place for people just moving to the area! The buildings are within walking distance to the Tosa Village, Hart Park, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Been here at the Enclave since it opened the East building last fall. I love it here! Location: If you don't want to deal with the busyness of downtown and lack of parking--this is the perfect solution. It's minutes to downtown with easy access to freeways, Miller Brewery, Miller Park, State Fair Park, Mayfair Mall, and more! I actually feel safe on this side of town. I am not worried about someone breaking into my car since I park outside. Maintenance: They are on this! You either drop by the office or call in an order and they will have it done that day or the day after. The lobby smells good all the time, best during the holidays. Everyone is pretty friendly. I like it. Amenities: Yes, the Enclave is on the pricier side, but you get a lot of amenities. The pool is opened in the spring/summer time. The gym is readily available. There's a courtyard within each building and a grill for everyone to use. Every morning, coffee is available in the main building. Friday mornings, breakfast is provided in the Entertainment room between 6-9am. The business center is a great place to study and do work. They even have a conference room for people who may be work from home. I almost feel like I am living in a hotel! Overall Staff: Courtney, the manager is on it! You let her know about a concern--she is on it like white on rice. Everyone is really nice too from Oakbrook Corp. I am still getting used to the friendliness of people in Wisconsin. She doesn't dick around when it comes to the welfare of her residents. If someone parked in your spot, she gives them 24-hour notice then tows it. Noise: Overall noise isn't too bad. It is an apartment after all. If you have a complaint, they will deal with it. Occasionally I will hear noises coming from upstairs, but that's just my upstairs neighbors, I'm guessing. Overall Value: Yes, the Enclave is pricy. Sure--you could move down to the Eastside. Then you have to deal with parking, non-new, non-eco-friendly amenities. Does the Eastside come with breakfast on Friday mornings? A pool to lay out at so I don't have to deal with parking and people at Bradford Beach? Does it come with a gym? Game room with a pool table and TV if I really don't want to watch the same show as my roommate? Or the Entertainment Room with a full kitchen? I like the location. It's superb. Close to everything. I'm a young professional--not interested in partying at the bars downtown. If I want to grab a drink, Leff's is just down the street. Cafe Hollander! The Enclave is a great little gem if you can afford it. It's not just about paying for an apartment. You are paying for a lifestyle that accompanies the apartment and its lovely granite counters, ceramic stove top and wood finishings.

I've lived here for over a year now, &, quite frankly, I wouldn't move anywhere else, &, i'm in the property management business!! I believe the building to be constructed very well as when im in my apartment, I have never heard anyone around me! the last place I lived, for seven years, I basically lived with my neighbors!! this community is also smoke free & simply WONDERFUL!! furnishings & amenities have also been well thought out. any issue I have encountered, has been promptly addressed by the staff. I did a lot of searching, &, as a matter of fact, still do look at all of the apartment communities, &, so far, nothing comes close to the rents & amenities here at the Enclave!!

The Enclave is high-class living. There is a floor plan to meet every need, the amenities are top notch, and the office staff is knowledgable. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury apartment.

Ridiculous exorbitant rent for shabbily built buildings with mediocre finishes, unexciting floor plans, poorly designed amenities, and poor service from the staff. The location is great if you work in Tosa, but you can get so much more for the same money on the East side and be in the middle of all the action. Absolutely not worth the money.
