Property Ratings at The Encore
The leasing office has changed hands multiple times in the past 2 years, and each seems to neglect the place worst than the last. They don't return emails or phone calls. I waited months to hear back about a maintenance request. They stopped cleaning common areas, spraying for spiders, or even taking out the trash for periods of time. It's a shame, because the apartments themselves are nice and at a good price. The place is simply mismanaged.
The new management makes all the difference in the world! Very kind and super easy to work with!
Manager will not do anything, will not walk the property. Will say you need to solve your own problem. People have been leaving here because of other neighbors that do not respect your rights. Strange things have been going on at night. Building is from 70's, pipes are bad, mold everywhere, walls are thin and railing is jumped by kids who are looking to steal items off of the balconies. THIS PLACE HAS BAD HISTORY, THEN and NOW. Ask people who have lived here.

It is unfortunate that I am not aware of who this resident might be so that I can address their problem. Under new management and ownership, we strive to address all resident concerns. My goal as the community representative is to make sure that our residents have a comfortable place and clean environment to call home. I believe we meet that expectation with availability to management, 24 hour emergency maintenance service and after hours security. Our community is also undergoing renovations and remodeling.
