Went Downhill FAST
Pros: FISD, mall nearby, walmart nearby, lease ends soon Cons: Too close to walmart so you hear constant honking, VERY LOUD, found rat poop on the patio, lacking proper managers, wrong rent posted MULTIPLE times, rude staff This place has gone downhill the past year and a half Been here two years. First was okay, but then management got disrespected and lazy and tenants leave trash everywhere and are extremely disrespectful. Excited to move out next week!!!!

Had very bad experiences with people living above us. We have been complaining since Feb 2020 and management has never been strong on enforcing leasing rules, like eviction. We even complained to police twice and still no improvement in situation. We are not here to live with noise of other people and pay full rent.

Great place to live!
My husband and I recently moved into The Encore Apartments and we love it! Staff is friendly and everyone who lives onsite is friendly as well. Everyone on site keeps to themselves however, when the office plans events, the whole community becomes one and comes to enjoy each others company! We are excited we chose this apartment community to live in!

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open till midnight are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with walmart and sams at a walkable distance

DON'T BUY APARTMENT HERE...
People, Don't ever dare to rent an apartment here. I had been there for a visit a few days back... the Barbecue area was awesome, but the furniture there was in such a bad condition, that all the women had to stand up and chit-chat with each other. Many kids were playing in this area. An accident can happen with any small kids trying to seat there. The chairs' seating net was completely torn. Look at the pics which are uploaded. Even the furniture at swimming pool area was useless. This shows how much management here cares about people living in this apartment.!!! I canceled my plan of renting an apartment here....

Dear Sandeep, thank you for your feedback regarding the furniture at the pool and grill areas. Our new grill area and pool furniture has actually already been ordered. We chose not to replace anything earlier in the year because of the exterior painting project which finally finished mid-September. My guess is that the furniture is taking a little extra time because our property's furniture was ordered along with several other properties' furniture. Therefore, the new items might not be delivered until the entire order has been completed and ready for shipping. Thank you for your attention to detail and the care you have for your community. ENCORE IS Simply Superb.Wonderful atmosphere to live
Hi I am Sandeep Kokkattu Govindan, I am living in ENCORE Apartments,Tribeca lane,Plano,TX-75024. ENCORE IS Simply Superb.Wonderful atmosphere to live. Apartments are very clean and maintained properly.They are providing washer and dryer with rental package. Inside of the apartment is coverd with carpet and wodden flooring.Paintg was excellent. Kitchen was fully covered with wooden cupboards and black colour stove. The refrigerator was good and big one and also spacious.Bathroom and toilet was well spacious with bathtub. They also provided spacious balcony. Garden is amazing and properly maintaing with various plants and flowers. Grounds are fully covered with Tiles and grass. Grass cutting is happening every monday without fail.Next is Swimming pool,beautifully maintained AT whole the time. Some light arrangements in the pool on nights which looks awesome. Leasing office is WIFI connectd and interior design was good. Health club is 24 hours open with almost all items available for body building. There is lot of space for car parking.They have six building and they arranged enough space for each building. The community also fine.no noise pollution and no other pblms from outsiders. Safe place to live.Small park is there for children.Lot of Shopes,Supermarket & restaurents are very near to this apartment. Especially Walmart and SAMS is in walkable distance. Management and service staffs are superb.Their response was very fast.Excellent service. The overall i will rate this appartment is 4.5/5.I will recommend all to this appartment.It is a safe and neat place to live. As per the facility and service the cost is also Good.

nice apartment
Nice apartments . All are new and ceiling height is around 10 feet which is good . it is good saftey wise also as only allowed through access security

My Dream home
My apartment is just like mine dream house. I love the place, locality and surrounding. Its good to have a house at such a wounderful place where sunrise and sunset are happening infront of eyes. The houses looks like 5 star hotel with all equipments needed fro day to day life... I love this place...:))

The Encore Apartments
The people in the office is very helpful. When I have a problem with anything in my apartment the maintenance come right away with no problem. My neighbors are very nice and kind. I been here for about 2 years and I love it.

Awesome place to live
encore apartments are very new. Appliances are too good. Maintanence is very nice. Very near to big grocery stores and many restaurants . Secured community . Easy access to near by bigger concerns . Personally after staying here now we are not liking any apartments in this locality even though if we get something with cheaper rent also. Referral program they run is really good . They try to arrange many occasions to meet our neighbors through various events . Brunch, pizza party, pool party etc. oh yeah gym and pool in this community is well maintained and very nice
