My mother has lived at this community for awhile now, but recently we have been running into some issues that just aren't going the best. The new lady, Angie has gone above and beyond to help us out. She is on top of things and really cares about resolving our issues. The manager on the other hand has not helped out the best of her ability. I am so grateful for Angie because she has even followed up just to make sure my moms issues have been resolved.

A Hiddden Gem in a Trendy area! From North Dallas location, the property is centrally located to key business and entertainment destinations. Journey to either Airport, Uptown or Downtown, Shopping, Greenville Ave or Addison entertainment districts in 15 minutes. Newly remoldeled, roomy units. A new, friendly, onsite Apartment Leasing Staff led by Ms. Chiquita arrived with a mighty "can do" attitude and is oriented toward the comfort and satisfaction of Entro residents. Ms. Chiquita and her staff do an outstanding job with property.

I moved here unofficially on March 1st 2017, officially on March 10th. The reason for the 9-day gap is because we actually had a discount (wife's best friend was a leasing agent at the time) and she allowed us to move our stuff in before the lease began. So I go in there on March 2nd and what do I see? Roaches. A metric ton of them, it seemed. So I get in the car, go to a nearby Lowe's and purchase 5 bug bombs: 1 for the living room, 1 for the kitchen/dining room and 3 for the bedrooms. I come back the morning of the 3rd and what do I see? Literally, I see hundreds of dead roaches piled up in clusters throughout the apartment. So I sweep them up, dispose of them, and notice a bunch of live ones still crawling around. I go back to Lowe's, get 5 more bombs, rinse and repeat. Go back on the morning of a the 4th and the same thing happens, so I get yet another set of 5 bombs. By the 5th, there were only a couple roaches left and we were able to manage them. Shortly after we're moved in, the A/C unit in the hallway starts leaking badly. Maintenance comes and "fixes" it. This happens again 4 times in 6 weeks. On the 4th maintenance visit, I happened to be at home for it. The reason this kept happening? These idiots that call themselves "maintenance technicians" were just patching up the leak with wax and there was a massive pile of wax over that general area of the panel. This legit pissed off my wife's friend and she got the manager to order that they actually replace the panel with a new one instead of patching up a broken one. The master bedroom ceiling leaks every time it rains. They have to contract this work out since maintenance isn't trained to handle these issues. 3 weeks later, a guy comes in. What does he do? Rolls over the affected areas with mold-killing paint. Again, same shoddy strategy: patch it up, never actually fix anything. This goes on month after month every time there's a rain. In the meantime, my family and I are getting sick with bacterial infections that doctors repeatedly tell us is likely from exposure to molds. This went on until in June, the paint had cracked and a giant hole opened up in that bedroom. I filled out a 60-day notice to vacate, and they never fixed it. They kept saying "it'll be done this week," but no one even came to look at it.

So my husband and I live here with a roommate. We have kind neighbors and there is a security guard who walks at night. I am leaving one star because of the management, the customer service, and the rudeness we receive from them. Prepare to have cars towed randomly and unjustly while steeping a $300 bill for it even when you are in the right. Would not recommend.
