The complex makes me feel safe and it’s just a great community to live in. The front office is always extremely kind and very attentive to me and my needs for the apartment. I haven’t felt this cared for before by the leasing office staff

Quarry Lake is such a pleasant environment. Everything is clean and bright--especially those lights at night. The management is responsive and alway ready to help.

Great staff, location, amenities, apartment layout. Buildings are old and have a lot of issues. Area can make it a target for crimes like catalytic converter theft.

It takes two weeks for the maintenance person to come to my apartment to fix things after I pushed the lease manager. Dogs not on leash and some neighbors make laud noise.

Overall I love the Estate!!! I’ve been here 13 months and aside from small fixer upper issues, my experience has been HOME feeling the whole entire time. Quiet property, great staff, good neighborhood, CLEAN community and I feel very safe. You can tell it is an older complex but that does provide more room than other properties that you can consider affordable in this convenient area! Located by the domain and and arboretum in North Austin. The Estate is a gated community nicely nestled between two very busy areas but somehow stays a safe haven and away from the chaos that most renters worry about. I’m proud to call the Estate Home and would happily recommend it for any single female’s/males, families, seniors and the young generation as well. If you are potentially considering the Estate, take this review as a sign to do so. I’m sure everyone has had different experiences but I just renewed and will more than likely stay until I become a homeowner

My time at estate so far has been wonderful. The staff is kind and prompt, the homes are lovely (especially the remodeled ones) and the amenities are great. I especially love the walking/running trail.

Good. Could be better. The stairs can be cleaned atleasg biweekly and pool cleaning should be done regularly. Also the leasing office could organize more get togethers.

Has a great experience with moving in. Application was easy online and the easy access to the lake is nice for my morning walks. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I have been living in the community for almost 10 years. The location is great. Easy access to Domin, 183, Mopac. There are two swimming pools. In unit washer and dryer are also excellent. I enjoy walking around the lake.

Great location, convenient trail, nice apartment layout. Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been responsive and is also friendly. Love that they have been consistent with refilling poop bag dispensers. The buildings seem to be very old and have a lot of issues beyond maintenances control and ability to repair. Cost of AC is higher than new properties. Ice storms tend to break fire sprinkler lines. Random window leaks when it rains. Ants that live somewhere not visible and constantly try getting into my window. Thankfully they die because of what pest control sprayed but as they try to come in the literally fall apart into little ant debris on my window daily.

Swimming pool can be cleaned regularly. Also there can be biweekly cleaning of the stairs. Pest control can also be done biweekly. The apartment is situated in an amazing area.

Living here since June 2014, 10 years! I love the lake. Washer and driers are in the unit, which is so convenient. The only thing bothers me is that more dogs are not on leash. Everything else is good.

Nice community. I have been enjoying my time here. The maintenance people are sweet and attend the issues quickly and resolve them in no time. The leasing office staff are polite and super helpful.

Great location, quiet. Leasing office employees could be nicer, but maintenance requests are handled quick. Landscaping/grounds are always kept up. Trash on weekends gets piled up high. But I stay because it’s affordable, quiet, and location. Neighbors are nice.

My experience at the Estate on Quarry Lake has been great! I have been here for about 2 years. I just renewed for another 13 months. Management and Maintenance has been outstanding. Nikki, the office manager is very helpful and available. She will answer her phone.

Loving my 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments are older and things break here and there, but it’s been worth the view, the space, and the trail. It helps that management and maintenance is great.

We love it here! It’s been our favorite place we’ve ever lived, it’s beautiful and maintenance has been quick. Quick access to the lake and closer to the gym we love to use.
