Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at The Estates at Ridglea Hills
I’ve lived here since March of 2021 and haven’t left since, Callie is so sweet and professional she always checks in to make sure we’re fine. It’s a plus because my baby loves her so much. The maintenance men are polite and get the job done Antonio doesn’t leave unless it’s done correctly and I appreciate that so much.
My family and I have lived here for almost two years, and it has been such a lovely experience. We are in close proximity to any store we need, so the location is fantastic. The apartments are beautifully maintained on the outside and any time we’ve needed any attention to our unit, it’s just a quick text away to the office. We have three pools, a dog park, a workout center, and are centered in a lovely neighborhood. We also sent our daughter to the neighborhood elementary school and we couldn’t be happier. Until we are ready to buy, we plan on staying here. Callie, Laura, Richard and Antonio are the foundation and make the apartments an even better place to be.
My son and I have lived here since 2020 and I am not planning on moving. It’s so quiet and the maintenance is excellent. I love all the trees and it’s so clean. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I love the neighborhood it’s in, Ridglea Hills. I can walk my son to school and there’s a public park right next to it. They have three pools that are actually open and clean. We spend the whole summer in the pool. I have my own designated carport that I don’t pay extra for. As a single Mom that’s so important to me! The maintenance and office staff have all worked here for a long time and they really care about all of us. It’s like a family here at The Estates. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex that felt like a community. Most of my neighbors have been here a long time too and we all care about this place. If you are able to move in here you should! Just go on a tour and you’ll see for yourself. You’re going to love the leasing agent Laura!
we were 6 months in this apartment without AC! called every week and their response was that they couldn't change the AC unit, the ceilings of the bathrooms fall off(i have pictures). there was a leak on the bathrooms and all the sudden without notice they showed up at the apartments trying to break in, the door was close inside so they decided to call us, same thing happen when they want to change the filters, they just open the door and walk in. high price and poor quality on their units. They keep changing personal so your complains and requests get lost on the way. I found my gas tap open. we were two days without hot water because was on a weekend. Maintenance guys are helpful but their hands are tied without a budget.
So when we moved here everything was going good. Maintenance requests are completed timely. And we always had water. Now with in the past 6 months our water will be shut off with no warning. Our water bill had gone from 30 to 35 dollars to over 50 a month. Management doesn’t care. Having no water doesn’t effect them. We came home one night no hot water. According to the recording it’s concidered an emergency. Called in and spoke to the person answering phones was told maintenance would come out. He never showed. I was extremely frustrated. So I left a Facebook message. I was responded to quickly. And was advised that the maintenance person went to the boiler room and office. That the boiler was on and the office had hot water. No one showed up to my apartment. So the next day we still had no hot water. All the on call maintenance person did the next day was turn the temperature up for our hot water. So now it’s freezing or scalding when we actually have water. I could understand one or two times a year the water gets shut off due to an emergency. But this is a monthly occurrence at least. Always different days and different times. But all of them with no warning.
These apartments are great! We’ve moved in March 9th and our experience has been great so far!! Pool are great! Fitness room is great! The staff is happy and there to help!! Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been fixed same day!!
This place went down hill fast, We lived here for 6 months and liked it when we first moved in, but could not stand it any longer!! No one picks up after their dogs, our dog got sick from it! Then we all got sick from black mold that was in the vents!! The place is a dump with no parking! The office is not open on the weekend, and you can’t put money on the card for laundry!! STAY AWAY!!!
We've had continual issues with our A/C and they refuse to replace a twenty year old A/C unit. It's currently 85° in our apartment and when I called their emergency after hours phone number they refused to take any information or pass along the maintenance request. They said call back tomorrow after 8 AM. They make it very inconvenient to pay rent and consistently over work their maintenance staffmi can't wait till our lease is up and we're out!!
You have one covered parking per unit. So if you have two cars and one parking spot you have to look for uncovered spaces. Which this apartment complex DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT spaces for the residents! I literally have to come home early just to get a parking spot and not park outside the apartment complex which is by the way at least three blocks away from my unit. Doesn't make sense to pay for a apartment where your car isn't even in the complex and in free range in the neighborhood for anyone to get to. And they don't have cameras to ensure that nothing happens to the cars!
Moved in to this apartment a few months ago now. I have to say I'm very content here. The apartments are very spacious. Much larger than my old one. You get your own covered parking, which is great for when it rains or hails. Fridge works fine, stove works fine, oven works fine, garbage dispenser works fine. Shower didn't have adequate water pressure when I moved in, but they had a maintenance worker come and install a new shower head pretty soon after I moved in. If you like your privacy and quiet time, you'll find it here. That being said, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Crystal and the rest of the management team do a great job of keeping their residents happy. Also the price for this area of town and this size of apartment, you won't be able to beat. Trust me I've done the research.
Unlike most apartment complexes in the area, there are no pet breed restrictions, the neighbors are friendly, and respectful. Moving into my first place I heard stories of the terrors of moving into apartments, staff being rude and not helping, but its definitely not the situation here, the staff is always friendly and always helpful. The apartments are off the 183 and less than 5 minutes away from the 30.
