The Estates at Wellington Green Apartments

Living at The Estates at Wellington Green has been a great experience. The apartments are spacious, accommodating and modern. The maintenance and office staff are prompt when answering concerns and addressing issues that are within their scope of work. Any items that require approval can take time to be addressed but I've never had a repair fall through the cracks. The only issue here is that the gates are frequently inoperable due to a resident or resident's guest driving through them and causing extensive damage to entry gate or communications box itself. That aside, packages are always received, there is a feeling of safety and a sense of community at The Estates at Wellington Green. I look forward to being a continued resident.

The community is amazingly clean and safe. The houses are clean, good space in al sections of the house like the bed rooms, leaving room, kitchen and storage areas

This is a great community. Great amenities, great staffs. I barely know my neighbors. The driving in the community can be crazy they could careless if there's kids outside playing.

We have had a great experience moving in. Traci has been super helpful in supporting the learning curve of moving in. We have loved how responsive the complex is to concerns and questions, and concerns are resolved immediately.

Things were so much better when I first moved here and over the past many years.The beauty of the property is no longer the same,things have change drastically The new management point doing such a great job screening people.The renters don’t care they feel I don’t own this. Our gates are constantly damaged yet we have cameras..I hope things change because it once was a beautiful property.

Absolutely love loving here ! It’s so quiet the neighbors are nice I feel so secure in my apartment it truly feels like a home. I’m so blessed to have been able to be able to rent here

We have been living here since February 2024 and we have no complaints! Very peaceful community and lovely neighbors. The lake is wonderful to view day or night

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately my unit smells of marijuana and was very dirty when I moved in. That was very disappointing

My experience so far has been wonderful. The community is well-maintained, and any service requests are handled promptly. The staff is responsive, andI appreciate how quickly they address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and pleasant living experience. Highly recommend this community!

Absolutely love our new home. The pool and amenities are amazing. My kids love to be able to play outside in a great and safe neighborhood. I also love the food trucks that pop up!!! I Absolutely love how everything is close by and i could even walk to the grocery store if i wanted to. So happy that when moved in this neighborhood.

We are loving living in the Estates! The smart home amenity is amazing and the unit itself is perfect for us. We especially love having a garage for storage!

This community is great, just getting a bit louder than it used to be and the mosquitoes are awful! Anytime you go outside you can expect to get attacked by multiple, and if you have dogs then you can expect the same for them. When I walk my dogs, swarms of 10 mosquitoes attack each dog and myself. Wasn't this bad last year, but this year has been awful. Not to mention, most of the time you can expect atleast 2 mosquitoes to hitch a ride in your car with you everytime you try to get in.

everything went smoothly. From see apartments, to signing lease, and all the apps to help get started in our new home. the apartment is clean and the people we have run into.

Great place to live and extremely convenient to shopping, dinning and entertainment. We really enjoy living in The Estates at Wellington Green.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and It’s been fantastic living here. The people here are nice and also the people in the office. Also everything is kept clean.

I just love it here, and love my new home. Lorenzo is awesome. I do wish it was easier to reach someone at the leasing office but otherwise this place is perfect and beautiful and I’m happy to have it be mine. I have yet to utilize it, but I’m very excited to utilize the 24/7 gym. And I’ve been wanting to get into that pool for a while??

I have had a good experience so far. I woul recommend due to the location and the convenience of the complex. The mall and surrounding area is beautiful. The area is quiet and walkable

I've lived here for 11 years and noticed that it has become a noisy neighborhood. The excessive barking from dogs and neighbors with loud sounds from a home system, that penetrates through the walls and floors, are prominent at my building. Oother than that, the maintenance crew is top-notch and responds quickly after placing a work order. Nice neighborhood, but a bit too noisy at times.

I recently moved into the Estates at Wellington Green and I am thrilled to call this place home. From the moment I inquired about the property, Lorenzo was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. He made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, patiently answering all my questions. The amenities, well-kept grounds, prompt maintenance service, convenient location providing quick access for needs and desires while offering a peaceful retreat, zoned to great schools, all at a more reasonable price point, all make this a great place to call home. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking in the area

The application process and move in was smooth thanks to Traci. She was communicative and very thorough. So far so good. The unit was very clean and comfortable for my liking. The community itself seems clean, well kept by maintenances. The only negative thing is that the walls are a bit thin.

Traci was so great and made everything easy. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our move in experience. We are so excited to be working with her and the rest of her team!

Community is great maintenance team is on point and very knowledgeable, neighbors are great don’t have very many complaints other than the gate not working a lot of the time

Wellington Green apartments is a great place to live. Good restaurants near by plenty of shopping opportunities. I also enjoy the many parks and lakes around the community.

I enjoy all of the amenities of the property. It is overall a tranquil neighborhood. The barbecue area is definitely my family's favorite. Overall a great experience!

We moved here in 2018 from Deerfield Beach to be closer to the West Palm Beach VA Hospital. I am handicapped and bound to a wheelchair. We needed a first-floor apartment. The administrative staff was great. We have found the maintenance staff to be very efficient, friendly and quick to respond to any problems. The location is ideal for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The safety and security at the Estates is very comforting. The activities provided by the Estates are always family-oriented and FREE! I believe that the Estates at Wellington Green is a great place to live.

I been here for 6 month and So far is a good place, I’m really happy here, clean, nice amenities, friendly staff, I hope I can stay for a long period of time.

We absolutely loved living here! We never had an issues. Our neighbors were great! The pool was very nice always had a wonderful time by the pool. Definitely will miss living here.

I’ve lived here for about 8 years and the way the community has been deteriorating is sad. We now have cars being vandalized, vehicles being broken into and other serious and dangerous crimes that were not happening before we had the change in management. No longer can say this is a safe place.

Drastically downgrading since I moved here in 2018. Racoon problem. Gate is a 50/50 that it will work. Beer cans and other trash down apartment stairs. People smoking weed in outside in groups late at night. So bad now compared to before. It’s only deteriorating by the day. Look elsewhere

I've been here 5 months and I have to say that I love my community. I have no complaints at all. Requests are answered right away, Community is kept clean and the environment is so chill

I like living here but the rent and added charges are ridiculous. These charges are for things I never asked for or needed. I don’t like having the option to say no, I don’t like they’re are forced

Sorry for this but it’s truthful.A beautiful community has turned into an unsafe and many other things.I would say in the past 2 years there has been a drastic change.Forcing people to have to use At&T as their provider even though many of us had companies where we were paying less.The to find out without written permission or knowledge that when they decided to change our key entry into our homes to this Smart home keypad with a code to get in.We were never asked nor notified that we would have to pay an extra 25 dollars a month for something that was snuck into our bill.We have no say so in these decisions and this is very concerning.

Nothing but the best in this community- I have enjoyed living here since2011. I”m pleased that everything is close by. I feel very comfortable and safe riding my bicycle or out walking.

Nice place to live, good pool area and amenities. Maintenance staff take take of issues in a timely fashion. The front gate is operational leaving us feeling very secure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Love the neighborhood and the walking path. Glad there are improvements always being made. I love the smart features in the apartment. One of my favorite parts of the neighborhood is the Pickleball courts

Clean neighborhood. Maintenance is efficient and done within a timely manner. Office staff has been wonderful and very informative with all my questions.

Great area with tons of stuff nearby. Staff is friendly. Apartments are a good size although could do without carpet. The views of the sunset over the lake are a nice bonus!

the condo is quiet, the Maintenace team resolve the problems quickly. the condo's garden is well maintained. the basketball court needs maintenance.

This community makes me feel safe, its so peaceful. Maintenance is always on point when i need them, community is always kept clean. Thank you everyone at the estates.

Our home is beautiful and the grounds are kept really nice. Our neighbors are very sweet. My family and I are really enjoying living here. The office staff is amazing! Especially Lorenzo! Maintenance is wonderful and very quick if needed.
