The Everett Apartments are great with their communication to their residents. They have a mobile app, email, text, and even post signs when there is a freeze warning.

Awful. The so-called trash service that we pay for does not get done and most of the time it just sits there outside, to the point where I have seen raccoons and cats pick out our trash. On top of that, I know what your response will be too, “oh why don’t you come down to the office and we’ll talk to you,” that is ridiculous because we have and every time nobody follows through with what they actually say and that’s the problem here nobody follows through. I do not want the email because I have emailed your “Corporate”and there’s never ever response. I’ve emailed multiple times.

Love it in the community. Very clean washroom very helpful. Staff is very respectful and maintenance Is always there when u need them. The community is quiet

Have been lied to since before we even moved in. They've told us they would fix the multiple broken and messed up parts of our apartment and just never shown or responded several times. We have broken outlets, holes in the walls, broken fan and peeling paint in the master bathroom, they painted over the light switch in the closet, missing laundry door, broken dishwasher, dials on the stove have no numbers, paint peeling in the other bathroom, broken outlets in the kitchen, broken front entry light, broken closet fixtures, messed up front door frame, etc. The trash everywhere and the lack of communication doesn't help either.

The community is very quiet and it’s affordable living. The only complaint I have is the bugs they won’t go away no matter your level of cleanliness.

My experience has been great for the past two years. One thing I can say it is very quiet and clean. They do felt a little on trash valet for the amount we pay but it’s a good experience so far

Hasta ahora me siento muy cómodo. No es nada Ade el otro mundo pero mi espacio es muy bien, alguna que otras reparaciones que han sabido resolver a tiempo. Excelente

I can say with a few upgrades && improvements this place would be a five star. Nothing too bad but with the right team or the current team improve . They are not terrible but they can definitely do better

Would’ve been such an amazing apartment if they didn’t move me into a unit that had roaches. I love the neighborhood, the staff and all. But I was leased an apartment that had roaches and it has only gotten worse in the winter time. Everything else I would rate highly except for this one major issue.

It was absolutely shocking. In such a good way. The apartment people are so nice and they actually call you back within a good time. I love that they also remember me and speak to me like they have known me. It was awesome Im so excited to move in!

I've been here for almost two months now, and I have noticed so many wonderful improvements! From removing old cars to managing noise levels, everything is coming together beautifully. The landscaping looks fantastic, and I have to commend the respectful and quiet children in the community. The leasing team is absolutely phenomenal! I understand some residents have concerns about the pool area and cleanliness. However, it’s important to recognize that we all play a role in keeping our community tidy. After parties, I’ve seen leftover food and trash in shared spaces like the pool and tennis courts. Our grounds team is doing an excellent job maintaining the area, but we all need to pitch in and take pride in our complex. Let’s work together to keep our beloved Everetts Apartments in great shape! The calming energy here is truly special, and I enjoy meditating by the pool. So let’s all do our part and keep it clean. Thank you! ????

The place is decent and they are very helpful, but around certain building remain dirty and some tenants don’t care they throw glass bottles everywhere so watch where you drive

The move in process was very fast! Melissa made sure to communicate with us and get us processed quickly! The unit was clean, the property is well kept and the staff has been helpful.

Apartments need to be better taken care of. Plumbing has been a major issue with water leaks . Looks like most walls have mold and we’re just repainted to cover the spots .

My experience living in the complex has been great. The neighbors are very nice. The community is very clean. The complex is pet friendly. Everyone stays to themselves

Not happy that when i move in to my apartment, I was greeted by a family of ROACHES! This is not what I was expecting to see in my new home. This is disgusting and a terrible say to make a first impression. The apartment should have been fumigated prior to my move-in-date.

It's been a good experience, it's a good neighborhood and it feels very quiet, it's also very well located since there are several very interesting things around

Every month it’s the same thing this place has not gotten any better. I am honestly tired of getting the same email that says well we’re sorry here is our email that you can contact corporate. They don’t answer just like you guys. Nothing gets done around here.

Love the apartment complex but maintenance and staffing are so difficult to reach and get something corrected. Love the area and the apartments themselves but some simple procedure fixes would go a long way

“You get a roach! You get a roach! We all get a roach!” Is what they should say while you’re signing your lease! The fact that we even pay for pest control is laughable. A complete joke and I’m wondering if the camera men are going to come around the corner and say “You’ve been punked!”.

We've had problems with multiple things being broken in our apartment since move in and they keep lying about fixing things or breaking promises about fixing things. We can't use the master bathroom, there's no light in one of the closets because they painted over the switch, holes in the walls and baseboards everywhere, dishwasher leaks so we turned it off, broken outlets, missing laundry door, messed up front door frame, etc.

Please enforce a noise violation fee for any tenant that’s causing a disturbance for others. Upstair’s neighbors are loud. Can’t tell if my upstairs neighbor is being loud on purpose or what. I know it’s becoming a nuisance. People that live throughout the complex can be too loud. Playing loud music from their cars, blowing the whole complex up as if we enjoy hearing their music.

Mailboxes doors have been broken off for over a month. I have had to cancel 2 credit cards because of this. Not sure what other mail I have lost.

Staff member Lorena was very helpful from the beginning and made moving in 100% more easy and stress free very thankful for her help, the neighbor hood is very calm great area for kids to play feels very safe.

I have been a renter here for almost two years, and its not a terrible place to live even though they could improve on some things. First off, the maintenance crew is great! The few times I have needed help they have always come out quick to repair things in my unit. The biggest two issues I have is the lack of pest control and how they maintain the trash compactor. Since I have had Smart Rent installed nearly 4 months ago, I have only been notified once that Pest Control was going to come into my unit to spray even though I pay for a monthly visit from them. And, the trash outside of the trash compactor is filled to the limit and loaded outside the trash compactor multiple times a week....its an eye sore and sometimes it smells. But, outside of those two issues I have not had a bad stay here. I won't be renewing my lease in January, but that is only because I want to move to a location that is zoned for a better Elementary school next year.

The time Here was a blast I love the community the people are nice . It’s a very welcoming place to live. The amenities are nice the pool is always clean

I’ve been here almost a month. I love my unit, absolutely no issue regarding me unit. On another note, the neighbors are not clean and the communication with resident and leasing staff is almost nonexsisting.

I moved in in February, I was given a “renovated” floor plan. Nothing renovated about this floor plan, just stainless still appliances. The sink in the bathroom was already crack before move-in, the carpet was dirty, and I know it was dirty bc I found a small blunt on the floor, which can only mean the carpet was not replaced and or cleaned. 2 months ago water was leaking from the walls and that’s when I noticed the mold in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Office was notified and nothing has been done till this day 9/16/2024. And recently, I found a snake in my apartment! I was okay with the roaches and the spiders for a bit but snakes crosses the line. Stay on the first floor has been the worst decision ever. When it rains water leaks into our living room from under the trim. And don’t get me started with the neighbors, idk who it is but people don’t care bout their trash and will leave it anywhere and in your “valet” trash cans. The valet will not take the trash if it’s not placed in a bag. And these nasty neighbors think it’s polite to throw banana peels, bread, all sorts of rest in my trash with no consequences. And did I mention that they have overflow of trash in there 2 dumpsters that they have for weeks

Lugar tranquilo, seguro, amabilidad con el personal de trabajo. Limpio, y muy cerca de centro comercial y hospital. Tenemos el recogido de trash en la puerta y es una ventaja.

New to community but enjoying it! Looking forward to my new residence. And enjoying time with the family and property amenities. Also enjoying the beautiful property landscapes!

The gym needs to be open as advertised .It would be nice to go to the gym later in the day . The trash valet needs to be on a fixed schedule
