The Everett Apartments

My experience has not been the greatest and I have a really bad roach infestation and other issues has come up with the apartment. I haven’t been too happy about it.

Great I personally think that they hold a lot of Events for The residence who live here. They have a park and a car wash. They also have two separate pools and a gym. They also have washing center for laundry. However, the hours are not very good and the washing machine machines do not work very well.

I like the apartment complex and the area is beautiful, but I’m not happy. I’ve been complaining about moldy smell and water dripping in my ceiling since early last year and maintenance never fixed the problem and my apartment was flooded twice, and all that water came from incidents upstairs, but I suffered. In addition, my neighbors upstairs belong in a basement because they stomp day and night. Not sure if they work from home, but they never leave. Additionally, the floors are extremely creaky which adds to their stomping. Very aggravated staying here. I’m going to consider transferring to another apartment first, and if that’s unsuccessful, I will definitely be moving somewhere else. All my complaints over the past year and a half were in vein.

I have been a resident for eight months, and it has been an amazing experience! The landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and professional. As a nature lover, I enjoy taking walks around the property, where I can see tall green trees, squirrels, birds, and even geese happily living here. My neighbors are wonderful—very clean and kind individuals. The units are well-maintained, and I appreciate how respectful the children are; you hardly notice they live here! I also like that they don’t allow non-working vehicles to occupy parking spots, and non-registered vehicles are warned before being towed. There is plenty of open parking available for guests. The pool, tennis courts, and volleyball area are nice and clean, and they have just installed new electric barbecue pits. The management team is fantastic! I am planning to renew my lease. If you are considering making the Everrets your home, look no further! Welcome home! is quiest

Just moved in. Staff seems nice and quick responding. Apartments need to be upgraded a little. Pesticide problem in apartments. Need better quality of clean residents

The experience living here has been decent. Their have been a few instances where their was dissatisfaction such as additional charges for uncontrolled events, also repairs for any blinds are at residents cost. It was amazing the first year living here but seems their are some changes

Un ambiente sano, el personal es muy amable. Llevamos para 3 años viviendo aquí, y nos encanta. Nos gustaría tener el privilegio de seguir viviendo aquí por muchos años más, deberían de tener algunos privilegios de aquellos inquilinos que pagamos puntual y mantenemos el apartamentos bien cuidado.

I would say this is a nice place to live the people are nice. The leasing staff is very friendly. The apartment complex is very clean. There are 2 pools

Es una comunidad muy tranquila nadie esta pendiente de nadie peeo si son muy saludables y amigables hay campeonatos de dutbol para los jovenes hay canchas en las que los jovenes pueden dedicar un tiempo de actividad y ni decir que cuenta con su dos pisonas y el gym

My experience have not been good. I talk to the property manager to try and resurface my tub. A few time after I renewed my lease. No one came resurface my tub. When I first move him my apartment was infested with roaches. They sent pest control to spray and it made it worse. My lease is almost up and I am moving to a better apartment

So far my experience has not been great. I’ve had to deal with roaches all over the apartment and appliances in my kitchen are either broken or not working properly. I’m not able to take a bath because the water doesn’t fill up in the tub and the hot water doesn’t stay hot long enough. There are stains on my carpet in the bedroom/ living room and on the kitchen countertops not to mention the dead roaches laying in the corners/crevices of the carpet. Overall I’ve had a pretty bad experience and it’s only been a total of 4 days I’m very disappointed.

My experience here is not bad but some things could be better . Overall these apartments are not 100% terrible . Although emailing would be easier they move quicker if you go into the office for any concerns you may have .

At first it wasn’t the best because of rats and roaches but the roaches weren’t as much as the rats eventually they went away. Now I’m living just fine comfortably my only thing is space we have lots of stuff.

Not bad so far, a few pest issues at first however they were resolved. For the price not a bad experience and amenities are pretty nice all things considered.

The community is not so bad except for the people who don’t know how to park taking up 2 parking spots and maintenance not doing their jobs at all

This place is a joke. The rent is far too high for this crappy place and they won’t do a single thing to actually help you. I am so very sick of y’all replying to me with the same thing. Well, here’s our email if you’re upset guess what they don’t answer either just like you guys. You can’t even actually fix any problems with the apartment because according to you guys, it’s cosmetic Would you live with a tub that’s peeling or would you use a vent? That sounds like somebody screaming at you? This place is not livable and you guys do not help make it livable. It’s disgusting.

Excelente experiencia, en administración siempre nos atienden con buena actitud y contestan todas nuestras dudas, al rededor del departamento siempre lo mantienen limpio

Como residente no he corrido con mucha suerte ya que en el apto asignado han ocurrido muchas fallas desde derrames de aguas negaras y deterioros los complementos internos como mesón de baños y gaveta de la cocina en mi experiencia no lo recomiendo al menos que le muestren el apto que le van asignar.

My experience living in the community is great I love how everyone gets along . I love how clean the complex is. The laundry room is awsome and easy to use

Overall, my experience here has been pretty positive. I may renew my lease! Coming from LV to Duluth and the location of the complex near some pretty awesome restaurants and MICRO CENTER! I'm in love!

I love being a resident here at the Everretts. In the 5 months living here has been a rewarding experience. My neighbors are kind, the children are respectful and loving. I'm so happy to have chosen The Everretts as my home

The Everett Apartments are great with their communication to their residents. They have a mobile app, email, text, and even post signs when there is a freeze warning.

The Everett apartments a good place to live nice and quiet and make sure everything's getting taken care of The management in a leasing office are very helpful they make sure everything was taken care of when you put in the work order

Awful. The so-called trash service that we pay for does not get done and most of the time it just sits there outside, to the point where I have seen raccoons and cats pick out our trash. On top of that, I know what your response will be too, “oh why don’t you come down to the office and we’ll talk to you,” that is ridiculous because we have and every time nobody follows through with what they actually say and that’s the problem here nobody follows through. I do not want the email because I have emailed your “Corporate”and there’s never ever response. I’ve emailed multiple times.

Love it in the community. Very clean washroom very helpful. Staff is very respectful and maintenance Is always there when u need them. The community is quiet

Have been lied to since before we even moved in. They've told us they would fix the multiple broken and messed up parts of our apartment and just never shown or responded several times. We have broken outlets, holes in the walls, broken fan and peeling paint in the master bathroom, they painted over the light switch in the closet, missing laundry door, broken dishwasher, dials on the stove have no numbers, paint peeling in the other bathroom, broken outlets in the kitchen, broken front entry light, broken closet fixtures, messed up front door frame, etc. The trash everywhere and the lack of communication doesn't help either.

The community is very quiet and it’s affordable living. The only complaint I have is the bugs they won’t go away no matter your level of cleanliness.

My experience has been great for the past two years. One thing I can say it is very quiet and clean. They do felt a little on trash valet for the amount we pay but it’s a good experience so far

I can say with a few upgrades && improvements this place would be a five star. Nothing too bad but with the right team or the current team improve . They are not terrible but they can definitely do better
