I've been here for almost two months now, and I have noticed so many wonderful improvements! From removing old cars to managing noise levels, everything is coming together beautifully. The landscaping looks fantastic, and I have to commend the respectful and quiet children in the community. The leasing team is absolutely phenomenal! I understand some residents have concerns about the pool area and cleanliness. However, it’s important to recognize that we all play a role in keeping our community tidy. After parties, I’ve seen leftover food and trash in shared spaces like the pool and tennis courts. Our grounds team is doing an excellent job maintaining the area, but we all need to pitch in and take pride in our complex. Let’s work together to keep our beloved Everetts Apartments in great shape! The calming energy here is truly special, and I enjoy meditating by the pool. So let’s all do our part and keep it clean. Thank you! ????

The place is decent and they are very helpful, but around certain building remain dirty and some tenants don’t care they throw glass bottles everywhere so watch where you drive

The move in process was very fast! Melissa made sure to communicate with us and get us processed quickly! The unit was clean, the property is well kept and the staff has been helpful.

Es un lugar muy bonito y seguro para vivir me encanta que siempre todo está bien limpio y podado. Las personas de la recepción son bien amables y siempre están dispuestas a ayudar.

My experience living in the complex has been great. The neighbors are very nice. The community is very clean. The complex is pet friendly. Everyone stays to themselves

Not happy that when i move in to my apartment, I was greeted by a family of ROACHES! This is not what I was expecting to see in my new home. This is disgusting and a terrible say to make a first impression. The apartment should have been fumigated prior to my move-in-date.

It's been a good experience, it's a good neighborhood and it feels very quiet, it's also very well located since there are several very interesting things around

Every month it’s the same thing this place has not gotten any better. I am honestly tired of getting the same email that says well we’re sorry here is our email that you can contact corporate. They don’t answer just like you guys. Nothing gets done around here.

Love the apartment complex but maintenance and staffing are so difficult to reach and get something corrected. Love the area and the apartments themselves but some simple procedure fixes would go a long way

“You get a roach! You get a roach! We all get a roach!” Is what they should say while you’re signing your lease! The fact that we even pay for pest control is laughable. A complete joke and I’m wondering if the camera men are going to come around the corner and say “You’ve been punked!”.

We've had problems with multiple things being broken in our apartment since move in and they keep lying about fixing things or breaking promises about fixing things. We can't use the master bathroom, there's no light in one of the closets because they painted over the switch, holes in the walls and baseboards everywhere, dishwasher leaks so we turned it off, broken outlets, missing laundry door, messed up front door frame, etc.

Please enforce a noise violation fee for any tenant that’s causing a disturbance for others. Upstair’s neighbors are loud. Can’t tell if my upstairs neighbor is being loud on purpose or what. I know it’s becoming a nuisance. People that live throughout the complex can be too loud. Playing loud music from their cars, blowing the whole complex up as if we enjoy hearing their music.

Mailboxes doors have been broken off for over a month. I have had to cancel 2 credit cards because of this. Not sure what other mail I have lost.

Staff member Lorena was very helpful from the beginning and made moving in 100% more easy and stress free very thankful for her help, the neighbor hood is very calm great area for kids to play feels very safe.

I have been a renter here for almost two years, and its not a terrible place to live even though they could improve on some things. First off, the maintenance crew is great! The few times I have needed help they have always come out quick to repair things in my unit. The biggest two issues I have is the lack of pest control and how they maintain the trash compactor. Since I have had Smart Rent installed nearly 4 months ago, I have only been notified once that Pest Control was going to come into my unit to spray even though I pay for a monthly visit from them. And, the trash outside of the trash compactor is filled to the limit and loaded outside the trash compactor multiple times a week....its an eye sore and sometimes it smells. But, outside of those two issues I have not had a bad stay here. I won't be renewing my lease in January, but that is only because I want to move to a location that is zoned for a better Elementary school next year.

The time Here was a blast I love the community the people are nice . It’s a very welcoming place to live. The amenities are nice the pool is always clean

I’ve been here almost a month. I love my unit, absolutely no issue regarding me unit. On another note, the neighbors are not clean and the communication with resident and leasing staff is almost nonexsisting.

I moved in in February, I was given a “renovated” floor plan. Nothing renovated about this floor plan, just stainless still appliances. The sink in the bathroom was already crack before move-in, the carpet was dirty, and I know it was dirty bc I found a small blunt on the floor, which can only mean the carpet was not replaced and or cleaned. 2 months ago water was leaking from the walls and that’s when I noticed the mold in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Office was notified and nothing has been done till this day 9/16/2024. And recently, I found a snake in my apartment! I was okay with the roaches and the spiders for a bit but snakes crosses the line. Stay on the first floor has been the worst decision ever. When it rains water leaks into our living room from under the trim. And don’t get me started with the neighbors, idk who it is but people don’t care bout their trash and will leave it anywhere and in your “valet” trash cans. The valet will not take the trash if it’s not placed in a bag. And these nasty neighbors think it’s polite to throw banana peels, bread, all sorts of rest in my trash with no consequences. And did I mention that they have overflow of trash in there 2 dumpsters that they have for weeks

Lugar tranquilo, seguro, amabilidad con el personal de trabajo. Limpio, y muy cerca de centro comercial y hospital. Tenemos el recogido de trash en la puerta y es una ventaja.

New to community but enjoying it! Looking forward to my new residence. And enjoying time with the family and property amenities. Also enjoying the beautiful property landscapes!

The gym needs to be open as advertised .It would be nice to go to the gym later in the day . The trash valet needs to be on a fixed schedule

Living here has been such a great experience so far great communication when it comes to maintenance. The neighborhood is quiet and have had no issues so far.

For the most part we love it here. However there are a few cons. For one the pool area gets really gross and trashed easily including cigarette butts and glass. The maintenance does a good job at cleaning it however it’s the same group that is doing it over and over again. Maintenance is okay they are good at fixing emergencies however I have requested my lights to be changed several times and he will come in and leave without it being fixed. I would just do it myself however it’s a vaulted ceiling so I can’t. Another thing that annoys me so that they offer different prices on the same layout. I rented my apartment and the unit behind me is about 300 less a month. I also wish they had a gate

Our master bathroom is unusable, there are holes throughout the whole apartment, the vent in the master bathroom is broken, there are outlets that don't work, the laundry door is missing, the dishwasher leaks so we had them turn the water to it off, the stove's dials have no numbers on them from being worn, the light in the kitchen is broken, the light switch in the closet was painted over so the light is unusable, etc. All of these issues have been from before we even moved in and we have been promised to and lied to several times by the staff here because they do not care.

The apartment wasn’t 100% complete. I am still waiting on things to be fixed. The staff is nice. The apartment I got is nothing like the model they showed me though.

It's been wonderful dealing with the staff. They are very friendly and helpful when I have any questions or concerns. I love that they have different events as well for the holidays

I am looking forward to living here at the Everetts for many reasons. I am a creative writer, poet, and therapist who requires a calming and peaceful space. I love the synergy here and the management team, especially Ina and Jessica - they are phenomenal!

From the begging there has been issues,calls not being returned, maintenance request not being fulfilled,roaches roaches promised pest control still nothing . Not given a trash can for the trash valley. Mail box key not given had to come and ask. Still don’t know the code to the pool. Outside area dirty. Staff gives you the run a round. Not a good impression and I haven’t even been her for 3 weeks. If I had to choose again I would go else where.

Living here has been great; the neighborhood is quiet and calm, the pools always is clean, however there are a little issue with the valet trash (they aren't consistent in picking up the trash)

I really like the apartment complex, but there are a few things that prevent me from giving a 5 star. The first and most major 1 is the maintenance team. They are very lackadaisical and don’t care to do the work and fix these issues. It also takes them too many tries to get the issues corrected and they are very slow to react. Another is the drive way towards the back gate by the trash can. There are too many potholes and it really needs to be repaired. Another is the fact that the buildings towards the back are very old and need to be renovated. I can hear constant creaking with every step my upstairs neighbors take. Also, I’ve had quite a few maintenance issues since I moved here and is still experiencing some which I seem to have a serious problem getting them resolved because of the poor response from the maintenance team. Other than these issues, the apartment complex is nice. I also see that almost the entire leasing office staff has been replace and there is an improvement.

my living experience is good , even though it could be better , we are managing because things good be worse then they are . grateful for the roof over me and my kids heads .

It is a good residential area, very quiet. I love it. Friendly neighbors. It is really excellent, comfortable and quiet at the same time. Nobody bothers anyone else. They respect the parking spaces. I am totally happy to belong in the residential area.

Maintenance concerns are address as soon as possible. Communications are awesome. Office staff iknows their business and I oftentimes am pleased withn the service

I’d like to start with the Assistant Manager! She’s such an understanding individual! Professional, caring, compassionated. Staff super cordial! I’ve called in a work order and it was handled with urgency.

My experience been bad poor Maintenance service. They closed off the back gate and only made it exit only. Instead of just making us live in a gated community. People still can drive in from the front entrance and drop off trash. I feel like they should just keep the back gates open. This is a big apartment complex. Apartment needs to be tented, according to the people who installed smart locks. Stated that the walls of the apartment is infested with roaches.

An amazing experience so far. Renewed my lease for this year no issues. We enjoyed the pools all summer long. They have gotten better with service order requests

I love the apartment and what the community has to offer for the residents that live there. The grounds are always clean . The pool area is a great place to swim .the residents are nice

ongoing requests that don't get answered. work orders that are automatically completed that were not done. i have a bunch of electrical sockets that are non functioning or the plugs just fall out of the wall. a/c/ unit is still not fixed.

The staff was so helpful through the move in process. They answered all my concerns and made moving so simple. The neighborhood is so quiet and clean. The maintenance crew work very hard to up keep the buildings.

The apartment itself it just fine and staff is friendly but the plumbing in the apartment was damaged when I moved in in June and hasn't been fixed.

Fairly new but I don’t like the roaches. Everything else is fine I love the layout and the space I just don’t like the roaches that’s my biggest ick.
